Great service, very nice staff & appreciated the quality / freshness of the meal, despite it being near closing time.

Eat in during COVID, yes the dining area was open, but limited capacity. There is a sanitizer station at the entrance. There was no sanitizer in the dispenser. The social distancing markers on the tables were confusing - some had conflicting messages on the front/back sides of the signage. One of the tables had a mess all over it - just someone left it and nobody cleaned it up? The food was typical Wendy's, nothing special, and it took a VERY long time to get our food. read more

This Wendy's continues to have the worst service of any place in the immediate area. When I moved to North Carolina from NYC, I had to get used to folks in the service industry being friendly. I was used to years of people at cash registers not even looking me in the eye. The staff here is blast from the past - they're so rude! I keep trying ...this is not just a Covid issue. Management has changed and I thought just maybe things will get better. Once a weekly customer, I dwindled down to maybe once or twice a month over the last 2 years, and even then, they are always out of something, or the quality of food(hard potato and by the way we out of butter; literally 2 pieces of chicken on a salad) is subpar. I got the new chicken jalapeño sandwich with no jalapeños no jalapeño sauce homestyle chicken it was the best sandwich I've ever had in the drive-through before in my life! The bacon was crispy. Shouldn't have to leave a star but to write this review I must. Went through the drive through around 2 pm and received a burger that was not just lunch time old, but several days old...bread hard as a rock and dry stiff hamburger patties. Then on top of that wouldn't give me my change?!?! Probably more like didn't know how to figure out how to make change or thought they were supposed to get a tip- "we don't have quarters" I could tell you were lying to me - ok so there are other coins you could have used. I stopped by on my way home from work to pick up food. The service was fast! I had a few complaints about hygiene. Cashier was handling money and food... and no one wore gloves or something to cover their hair. I was surprised that their rating wasn't lower! I hope that this gets resolved. First impressions matter most, and you never know when you'll be making that first impression. I just went through the drive thru to order two beverages. The lady through the voice box was nice and spoke clearly. The lady at the window was silent. Never spoke to us, never gave us a receipt and walked away. It is seriously one of my biggest pet peeves to experience service as if it were from a robot. This was at 6pm on a Thursday. Please people, say thank you, say have a nice day! So after getting the order wrong and receiving cold nuggets, the store went above and beyond to make it right for us, by remaking the food, giving all the kids free frosties and helping to walk the food out to us. I'm sure the level of service isn't where they want it to be during covid but they are willing to try to make it better! Thank you! read more

I went today during lunch and the cashier was nice. She made sure that our food was being made and kept us updated. Giving two stars because an employee was eating food in the lobby and coughing into her hands. Lost my appetite when I noticed the coughing. I would not of eaten the food if she had made it, but luckily we got fresh food ( which took more than 5 minutes). I am most likely never going there again after seeing the lady cough INTO HER HANDS/ into the air multiple times. She was also coughing behind the counter as well. I stop at this location for lunch and the young lady at the register told me that there systems were down and that she couldn't place any orders. As I proceeded to leave the restaurant, a group people were sitting at a table an one asked if the systems were still done, the cashier said yes, an I than replied that they should close their doors if you are not taking orders. She replied back in a very nasty tone saying that she not locking her doors. I said well if your not taking food orders than you are technically closed or put a sign up. She replied back saying no I'm not locking my door for my manger to come in. I said well you do not have to be smart about it, but than again I understand your working at Wendy's. As a customer she as a manager should not have engaged they way she did. If anything she should have said thanks for the recommendation and gave me a foundation soda. She needs to take the customer service training that Chick-fil-a has. read more

Oh my goodness, this restaurant can just as well close down.. It really needs a new manager. We have been here trying to order food now for the past 6 weeks.. Every week my children want to have Wendy's and unfortunately this one is on our way home. First time, no toys with the kids meals (I mean this is mostly why the kids order kids meals) I was only told there was no toys once I got to the second window to pay. I asked if we can fetch toys the next week and was told "No, the manager does not allow this". Then 2nd time around no bowls for the salad, so we could not order salad. Also no receipt as they ran out of paper for the machine. Once again the next week, still no toys- so we just left without an order. Tonight, I started to place the order and was told with the first order I placed that they don't have Coke.. A restaurant or any food outlet that does not have Coke or Pepsi??!! From my experience the last time I ordered a Coke from a restaurant and they didn't have any, they closed down within a few months. This is just crazy ! Sorry but you can not blame Covid on everything. If McDonald's and Burger King and Chic Fil A have what they need to serve their clients, then you can too. But ofcourse if you do not care enough, your customers will not care at all to visit you again.. Your service sucks ! read more

This Wendy's is poorly managed. The food is way too inconsistent. I ordered a meal and the food was yuck. The fries were stale and the sandwich felt like it had been sitting there a while. Even the chili was cold, and I don't mean warm. How do you let the chili get cold? I expected more from this location. It wasn't even late at night. The Wendy's on Miami boulevard sets an example. Stopped by for a taco salad, which was really good, but noticed that their tax calculation was charging 8.25% sales tax instead of 7.25%. I thought something was wrong when the tax rate was not called out on the TAX line of the receipt. When I called to inquire about it, the woman who answered said it was automatically programmed and that I could come back to the store and speak with the General Manager. I verified with the township that 7.25% tax rate is correct, so why is Wendy's overcharging their customers on taxes? read more
