Every now and then I visit this Wendy's hoping it gets better because it's the closest to my house. But, for years this Wendy's is easily the worst Wendy's I know of, of any Wendy's I've visited in the US. Staff was extremely rude. While ordering they preceded to say "we ain't have that" to nearly everything we attempted to order. After we went to drive forward the employee was then heard speaking to the other employees in the background and said "god damn she act like she starving." Then, once at the drive thru window, the employee gave both of us in the car nasty looks while we waited for our food. This is my second negative experience at Wendy's and I will not be a consumer in the future. My first experience was at the Shillinger location when I had an employee tell me every single thing I wanted off the menu was unavailable to force me to simply go away so she wouldn't have to do any work. -Also, I tried to send this same review to Wendy's directly and they're system was down (or maybe they just don't want to use it). read more

When I Visit a fast food restaurant, and I pay good money, I expect to receive a good meal. The time was 3:47 p.m. April 25 and I went through the drive through. This employee was very rude and should not be interacting with the public if she can not speak clear precise English and be proud she has a job!!!! I asked for hot fries and received cold fries. When I asked her for hot fries, she said pull ahead. I waited 10 minutes. No other cars went through. When I got home with the food, the burger had been thrown together and the meat was hanging out the bottom. What happened to Wendys.!!!!! What happened to being happy and proud you have a job???? 40 plus minutes in the drive through and waiting in the parking lot for a salad... the lobby was locked so I went back through the drive through line only to be told that there was a shift change and they could not talk to me about the salad... some things are just not worth it... never stopping there again... read more

This location is horrible. The manager needs to be fired. On four different occasions I have ordered a salad and the never have any. Today there is only one worker in the entire place. The is poor customer management and not how a business should be ran. read more

Me and my friends were joking about bad service at another restaurant and they told us to go elsewhere because they were listening to us when they were "so busy"!! so we did go to elsewhere and then we went to McDonald's across the street! Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Slowest drive thru ever!! And to top that off rude as hell! Had to say hello after sitting at the screen for 10 minutes before she even spoke to us. Then Sat at the window for 5 minutes at least before she even acknowledged we were waiting to pay. Awful! Corporate should come here and get this taken care of. read more

The actual worst. We are a wheat free family and the Wendy's on Schillinger has always been efficient at making our burgers bunless. We assumed this was a "Wendy's" thing but when we walked into the store on Hillcrest and requested a bunless burger they flat out refused. First we said "no bun, wrap it in lettuce" They said "we don't have lettuce wraps" We said " we know, just please wrap the burger in lettuce and don't give us a bun" They made stank faces and said they couldn't We said "just give us a burger with no bun" They said "you want a burger....with no bun? We can't...we don't do that" I explained that the branch on Schillinger does it all the time. They said " well that's them"... So we just went to the one on Schillinger. read more

Drive through, 2 people ahead of me, 20 minutes. Finally get to the window, she hands me the bag, I say "thank you" out of habit because I have manners. No "you're welcome," no "thank you," no "sorry for the wait," no "hello," nothing. Just hands me the bag, glances at me, and turns around and continues her conversation with her co-"worker." There's a Firehouse Subs next door, also a McDonalds and Burger King very nearby. Go there instead. I'm not even sure why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1. I guess because they didn't screw up my food, and even gave me napkins, which is (sadly) rare from fast food. Also, when did Double Stacks go up to $2.49? No thanks. read more

I usually never write reviews for fast food restaurants because I don't usually go to them, but this one required it. By far the absolute worst experience start to finish. Due to hurricane Sally 5 days prior, drive thrus in our area every where were pretty packed. I have zero complaints about that. It's expected after a storm... however, When we finally got to the intercom to order we were asked very rudely to hold on. When she finally told us to go ahead, she proceeded to talk to other workers while we were ordering, subsequently getting our very small order wrong twice. When we corrected her, she got noticeably more frustrated and even more rude. Finally, she gave us a total and we pulled around to pay. When we gave her our card she repeated the total. It was not right. Then she repeated another total. This one was also not right. We repeated our order again a single meal with a coke and just a single burger, both burgers with ketchup mustard cheese and pickles. She then gave us the right total. We go to the second drive thru window and the lady handed us our food. My husband looked and saw two burgers and one fry. So he drove off. When I opened them one burger had ketchup cheese and pickles (no mustard) and the other had lettuce tomato and onion (not in anyway what we asked for ). So... this whole endeavor took about 15- 20 minutes, we were treated very poorly and the food wasn't even right. This place is awful. There are somethings that we are use to after a storm. Even if the order wasn't right, it takes very little effort to be professional while working a fast food drive thru window. If she had been polite and kind the mistakes would've been excusable and I wouldn't have taken the time to write anything, but she chose to be rude and completely unprofessional. Hopefully her supervisor saw this and recognized that she needs more training on her job and basic customer service skills. By the way... the reason she had the total wrong is because the person in front of us told her she had paid... that's how unorganized this girl was. She couldn't remember if she had taken a payment and someone was able to get an order and not pay... still not sure how that happened in a drive thru line with a window specifically for payments.. ok I'm done. I would give it zero stars if I could. Employees are so rude and do not care at all. Expect to spend half an hour in the drive thru and then expect to have your order come out wrong. Also expect to be asked to pull up and wait on your order regardless of what you get. Horrible. The owner of this store needs to take action and fire the whole staff and start over. This Wendy's sucks so bad it's comical. I have only been three times because you know after one mistake you give them another chance or 2 hoping it won't happen again. But I mean if I order a CHEESEburger how do you get plain dry hamburger out of that? I say chicken sandwich they give me a kids meal with chicken nuggets. I mean don't even try to double check with another cashier because they are just as special as the first one and will call the special person in charge to correct your order but still somehow manage to get it wrong. I will just drive a few minutes away from my job and go to the one on Schillinger from now on. read more

I called corporate and of course they do not care. I guess this is what you should expect from a fast food chain...
