Went the other week to grab some bags of ice, as I've done it before at others Wendy's. I went in and asked for the 5 bags and the guy behind the counter, who was pretty high out of his mind, stared at me like I had 2 heads. I had to tell him 3 times what i wanted and then he asked his manager who said you get bags of ice when you purchase food. So I got food and said I wanted the 5 bags of ice and he nodded. Didn't charge me for them, so i assumed it had changed and you just needed a food purchase to get them. So I waited, i was given my food and he started to wander off and i asked about the bags of ice and he just looked at me so confused. He then handed 5 empty ice bags and told me have a good day. I had to stop him and say I need the ice too. He looked so confused. Eventually a woman came by and started bagging ice then some other random guy came over and asked if i purchased them. I told him i was told they came with a purchase of food and he began arguing with me about hoe that was wrong. I pointed to the stoned kid and the guy who told him about it and I was told oh well thats the manager so i cant do anything. The fact they have someone stoned out of his mind at the register, a manager who doesn't know his own pricing and then a random othet employee telling me something completely different is insane. If you work somewhete, it's not hard to learn your stores pricing. I told him to return the food and drink I purchased, as that was obviously a lie to just get me to buy something. They did the return looking annoyed and when I asked for a receipt for the return to make sure i had it, the guy sighed annoyed at me. Wow I was suprised to see so many one stars. Good food. Usually pretty quick as well. Only issue I have is they will give diet sodas by accident. I'm allergic so I get severe migraines from the diet. Doesn't make me super happy when I take a sip and know I'll have a migraine for the next hour or two. Quality control when it comes to the sodas is my only criticism. They really need to take into consideration that people are allergic and they can't just guess which soda is which. read more

went to this location at 4pm last friday. only 2 other people in the dining room, no one at drive-thru. Staff was friendly but, the double burger literally had no flavor except for the cheese. Haven't been to a Wendy's in over a year, and I wondered if they changed suppliers. Worse...when I was finished, I went to dispose of the trash, and every receptacle was full to overflowing. Next, I went to the men's room to wash my hands. There too, the trash receptacle was full to the top. This particular store was quiet while I was there. We get Wendy's I want to say one or two times a month and every single time we go they forget one or two items. Sometimes an entire burger in a happy meal!!!! Either way this has to be at least the tenth time they forgot something (2 things tonight) and then when you tell them or look the woman in the drive thru always gives us an attitude and rushes us from looking. Yet 9 out of ten times when we get home we are missing stuff! Tonight it's a sandwich and fries, as someone who waitresses, I understand making a mistake but constantly and then to follow it up with an attitude when you clearly didn't double check and it's not even busy! Wendy's you need to better train your staff, cause it's costing us money and to be frank the attitude is uncalled for, double check the bags and stop sending us home missing things. I'm not sure what it is about the crew past 8 o'clock , but if you can't take the time to make sure you are DOING YOUR JOB RIGHT than why even be open ? You can ask for no tomato and no pickles and it will be on your sandwich. You can ask for sour cream at the speaker and when you pay AND THEY STILL DONT PUT IT IN THE BAG - EVER . the staff at this place are horrible ! i asked for 2 chicken blt sandwiches with no tomato no mayo add honey mustard, to be spiteful they put a half cup of mayo on each sandwich and left out the bacon and put the biggest tomatoes they could find on them . they totally did this on purpose i returned annoyed and asked for a refund . they gave me a attitude and treated me unfriendly because i asked for a few modifications on my food . will never be back and i'll make sure none of my friends go there as well . good job wendy's staff in miller place !!! read more

Experience with drive thru is horrible. You will receive the incorrect amount of change and they will refuse to give you the correct amount of money. I have had money stolen from me, but the managers refuse to check the cameras. This location is such a joke. Managers and employees are rude and unprofessional. They don't care at all about the customers. General manager claimed the drawer was even, then said it was $20 short.. Which is it?
