So I've been to this Wendy's many times, mostly through the drive through. They are always SLOW. I want to give the workers inside the benefit of doubt. Who knows what is happening inside? But I mean who doesn't enjoy a Wendy's chili or a Frosty? But man it was beyond ridiculous when I tried to go through for dinner last night. I went to this location today, excited about trying the breakfast Baconator. The store was not exactly clean. Two unfriendly, low-energy, sloppy people greeted me with "Somebody will be with you." and "Wait a minute, I gotta (the rest was unintelligible). The Miamisburg Wendy's on Heineke is notoriously the worst Wendy's in the area. If not the country I have never had a good experience here and I've had so many bad experiences. There are too many to count. I don't know how people continue to provide them with their business. read more

The service depends on the workers, one worker I came across with acted like it's my fault for ordering food, how can he activate his tone without my mood? However, they barely get my order wrong and their Dave's double is amazing! Their limited time mint frosty was something new and fresh. I do not like to compare, but I rate it above the shamrock shake from McDonald's. The shamrock shake is way too sweet, too sugary and overpowering. Shakes, Smoothies, and Frosties are supposed to be cold and tasty. Not just making you quench for water. The manager switches out quite often, so be nice to them. read more

The food was cold and the order was not accurate. In addition it was super slow service! I asked for a baked potato and was told they no longer have them, but they were on the drive through menu. My Jr bacon cheeseburger didn't have any bacon and the burger patty was over done and extremely small compared to ones I have had in the past. We asked for pickles and onion on the baconator but none were on it. All in all a very disappointing meal and almost $20. I won't be back to this location! They are extremely slow. The orders are rarely right. The food is cold and over cooked. Tonight the drive thru was not working so you had to go inside to order. If I could leave 0 stars I would. First of all they are very slow at making the food but the worst part is my fiancé has a dairy allergy and she has had the spicy buffalo nuggs at other Wendy's. This Wendy's messed up her order and gave her a different sauce on them and she had an allergic reaction. This Wendy's is irresponsible and a terrible location. My boyfriend and I were hungry as we didn't have dinner, so we stopped here for the night on Friday, September 20th a little before 9PM. I believe it was one gentleman working and he was super kind. This is the slowest fast food restaurant inMiamisburg. You wait on average 20 to 30 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of you. Once to the speaker you will wait five or more minutes to order. In the last three stops at Wendy's I have only gotten one meal. Then the quality was poor at best. Fries cols, burger was messy and slapped together half of the toppings were hanging completely off the bun.​​ read more

They never have sweetener and rarely have baked potatoes. But they'll allow you to order a baked potato, sit in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and almost pay before letting you know they're out. They won't apologize for the inconvenience either. Staff aren't particularly nice and they're not very fast either. We usually drive the extra couple minutes to another Wendy's. read more

I stopped by this Wendy's last Sunday going through the drive thru. I had ordered my meal with no onion and no cheese. When I arrived to the window to get my food I was not greeted with a friendly smile. Rather there were a few employees just standing around goofing off. When I finally received my meal she handed to me and said "number 1 with cheese". I told her it should not have any cheese. I got a "whatever" look and shrug with a reply of "yeah it shouldn't have any cheese". She then proceeded to work on the next order. I will not be going back to this location. My wife and kids went here after a Girl Scout troop meeting to get us all a later than usual dinner for the convenience to where we didn't have to make something once they got home. They were out of potatoes and French fries and dipping sauces. I can understand if you haven't got your stock truck on time or fell short on inventory. Or just hope to anything it wasn't out of pure laziness. Next for that matter it could be the last option. Saying that because my single with cheese with everything was bone cold with turned lettuce and what smelled like turned mayo to where possibly this thing had been sitting for a while. Other words not fresh as they claim in all their commercials. Also had gotten a side salad, that went in the trash as well because all of the lettuce was in the process of turning brown! Both of the kids meals had cold chicken nuggets and slimed apple slices in them. Along with the wife's food was a cup of chili that was remotely probably at room temperature. Let alone, they rushed her through her order not giving her any other chances of deciding if she was wanting anything else. Which was probably a good thing , to where we didn't have to spend any more money on spoiled food. Also to where she had stated that the whole crew looked to be all high school kids and they weren't even close to closing time. Top it off , I can't even go down there or call there because they were nice enough not to give a receipt for proof of the order. Damn shame , I often go to this restaurant on Tuesday nights once I'm done with my girls dance classes. After this experience I am highly considering another choice or possibly just taking the time at home to prepare something there that would be more fresh and less risky than spoiled food. read more
