I was in a rush yesterday, couldn't cook at home, decided to get fast food for the first time in months. What a mistake that was, the burger did not taste fresh at all. It's almost like it sat out for a while and just wasn't prepared right. I ordered a large meal, but after going home, I realized they gave me medium fries instead on accident. Not a good impression, probably not returning to this location. read more

I'm from Ohio, and I know how great Wendy's can be. Unfortunately, this location is a terrible representation. The fries alone tasted like nothing but dirty/burnt oil. It was so sad and disappointing. read more

Worst Wendy's on the planet. Rude employees. Forget your food and then try to charge you for the same food you paid for.

Best Wendy's I've had in a long time ! Fresh and exactly how I wanted. Service was quick as well.

Ordered nuggets and chicken sandwich and told me they charge 54 cents for sauce got to be kidding me this Wendy's must be so broke they charge for sauce or the employees think they can make a killing off pocketing money charging for sauce poor service dirty establishment. read more

by far the worst wendy's i've been too! i went through the drive thru ordered my food got all they way home to not having all my food called the store to let them know about it for the manager to argue with me saying she packed my food up and knows for a fact that she gave me everything! she started yelling then proceeded to tell me to bring her all the food back read more

Order the biggie bag. The fries were cold and the burger didn't have a beef patty. Where's the beef!?! Lodged a compliant with the restaurant. The manager apologized and said they only had two employees working in the restaurant. read more

What a mess, no forks for salads or potatoes, no ranch dressing, pop and tea machines for self serve not working. No paper towels in women's bathroom and the toilet is leaking at the flush mechanism. I felt bad for the employees who were clearly embaressed to admit they are not managing well there. read more

Stopped by for their Breakfast buiscuits. I was amazed at the quality and flavor of the simple buscuit and sausage breakfast sandwich! It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had in the last year! Some other places have dropped in their quality and are not superior! Really Good buiscuit and sausage patty! Didn't get anything but the simple sandwich. Haven't tried anthing else after Dave passed, as when I did , they changed his recipes, and the suk started! wasn't the same after Dave died! read more

The WORST Wendy's I've ever seen in my entire 23 years of living! The customer service is HORRIBLE!! I eat from this Wendy's almost every week, I get the same exactly meal every time, nothing changes. It's always ask for fresh food. I NEVER receive fresh food. They just recook old food and give that out. EWWWWW! I'm to the point where I will drive 10-15 minutes to another Wendy's to avoid eating here. Save your money and your gas and DO NOT EAT HERE! read more

Rude people here. I give it two stars because my nuggets were hot. I asked for well done fries. Received cold fries. The black woman in the drive thru was so rude! She huffed at me and made fun of my order with her coworkers with the window wide open! Mocked me and I really didn't appreciate it. I won't be back here. Be aware. read more

We got our food for dine in, and heard the staff bragging about how they put chemicals in our burgers and that we would be in the toilet forever. I wouldn't eat here read more

Went through the drive through for dinner and the man on the speaker seemed to not give a damn about what we were saying. He was mumbling and seemed dismissive almost when we tried to order, at the window he again seemed dismissive and didn't seem all that friendly. There was one lady who actually seemed friendly handing our food, sadly it's not enough to leave a higher review. read more

Update: I have been there a few more time since first writing this review. They really seem to have made an effort to be more accommodating to their customers. Hit or miss with this location. I've had some great service and had some really terrible service (like today). Food is consistent Wendy's food, but the girl who took my order today was tired and made sure everyone knew it. I had to remind her that I ordered a medium drink instead of a small and she just plunked my drink down as if she was very annoyed (which she obviously was). I know that good help is hard to find, but this place seems to epitomize that saying. This location is very close to me, but sometimes I will drive to another location just to get better service and less hassle. Make sure you have the correct order when you use the drive through, it can be hit or miss as well. read more

Another 20 minutes Today. Great job Fixing the time issue. I've always wanted to wait as much as a restaurant for my food.

Adnan had great customer service, was very helpful, made us feel like welcome. he was very patient with our questions too :)

The customer service at the drive-through this morning got my attention because it was unusually well done. I'm assuming it was the manager...he greeted me genuinely, offered me a water and condiments at the window. And the food came out quick. That may not seem like a big deal because every fast food place offers you water and condiments with your meal, the difference was when he asked it didn't sound like a script. It sounded like he genuinely wanted to improve my experience. Which in the fast food world, is exceedingly rare. After this experience, I will make a mental note to come back to this location, and with any luck I get similar service again. read more

We sat in-line for almost 20 min. Got irritated and ordered online. Nothing happened. No food, no response except a We are closed from an employee through the door glass. I called to get ahold of the business as we need a refund. We sat in parking lot for 10 min. At least 8 other cats were in-line. No indicators that it was open not even a sign. When I did call in I get a horrible voice on the end that said Wendy's. I asked if they were open, they said yes. I asked why they were closed 20 min ago. I was meanly told that there wasn't anyone there to work. No longer a customer of Wendy's!! Working on our refund. Our fries were not delivered to our car but our money was taken. read more

Check your food before you drive off! I ordered a number one meal and the meat was cold and dry, like it had been sitting for hrs! Wendy's is supposed to have fresh meat, but this was totally the opposite. It's really sad Wend's used to have great food, this place is a real let down!!! Very disappointed!!! read more

This is my local Wendy's and they are the worst. I go because they are close, but they are always slow and rarely get my order right. Even Wendy's main service line advised me that they have so many complaints filed they are "known" for not being a good location. Tonight, all food items were incorrect. No straw. No napkins in the bag. read more

Horrible place to visit. Young kids don't care about you as a customer. Order is always wrong, food temp is always not up to par and the attitudes are always bad. The employees on the night shift have music blasting and they play around too much in the drive-thru window. I would recommend just driving over to the other location on 380. This fast food restaurant sucks during the evening. read more

We have visited this location maybe 3/4 times this calendar year. Last night, stopped by for burgers. Ordered at speaker. Drove up to window. Asked attendant to repeat amount. He looked at register and told me he had given the previous cat my order. Said fine, just remake it. I repeated my order and he somehow added another, different burger. I repeated my order and he still wanted to add the other burger. He asked me, so you don't want the cheddar burger and I again repeated my order. He had to get someone to come over and take the errant burger off of the order. There were 4 people behind the window. Three guys, two of which APPEARED to be brothers and one female. All 4 based on their actions and inability to focus appeared high on something. One of the males, while I was waiting for my order, walked up to the register by the window and grabbed a cup off of the window frame and tossed it at another employee. When we hit home, the order was not correct even after repeating it to the window attendant multiple times. Wife and I were almost afraid to eat our order Will NOT be back read more

Absolutely terrible. Scheduled to be open but they don't have enough staff. If you don't have enough staff change your hours and close. Don't make ppl think you are open and drive to your restaurant only to find out they have to drive somewhere else bc you can't take to go orders. Worst experience at a Wendy location ever read more

Literal waste of $9. The spicy chicken sandwich was microwaved and not even edible. Would not recommend.

There's a guy named Ozzie that works at this particular Wendy's and he's a lifesaver he's a asset to that store he really is he's a really awesome guy and he has a wonderful personality and I come through this Wendy's on a regular basis just to see him he's wonderful and like I say the company made of right decision in hiring him he deserves a raise after raise after raise I mean that read more

"Fast" is not this locations specialty. Waited in line for 20 min just to place an order at the counter......please don't get me started on the food quality! Very sad as I grew up in Columbus OH dining at the original Wendy's and know what it used to be / can be. read more

It's okay basically a hit or miss. The only thing consistent in taste are their salads.

I normally don't eat fast food but after i saw the commercial of the Classic Chicken Sandwich I wanted to save the extra 2 mile trip to Chick- Fill-A and give Wendys the opportunity but what a mistake! I remember years ago the Sandwich being so good and what a disappointment today. The sandwich looked like a kids meal and I paid $10 for a medium combo. The cashier was wearing a dirty hoody with stains all over that did not give a good impression. I just don't understand why the prices of food go up and the quality goes way down! read more

This was the most disrespectful business I've probably ever been too! I was greeted by a gm named "Nila" she greeted me rudely and proceeded to say we where lying about what we where ordering. She then told me she knew where I was from. This kind of disrespect and harassment should never be tolerated. I am also pretty sure they spit in are drinks. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of going through the Drive Thru last night, my friend and I had four (4) total sandwiches which took approximately 15 minutes. I've worked fast food before, and unless you have a raccoon afflicted with some sort of syndrome or palsy making the food it shouldn't take that long, especially as the lobby was locked at 9pm and there was only car in front of us. Pot smoke wasn't billowing out of that car so we assumed it was an order for normal human beings. This experience took a fun turn when we got back to my crib to discover they apparently packed the bag by hurling the unlabeled sandwiches underhand from roughly 40 yards away into the bag, which resulted in a "fun" treasure hunt. We exchanged "is this one yours? *shrugs *" multiple times before we just ate whichever sandwich was closest, as though we had turned feral. Absolutely horrible experience, and I'll only go back so I can fart loudly on my way out. SHAME. read more

Wendy's is great. This franchise sucks. I will never be back and will more than likely tell anyone I know that is flirting with the idea of this location to skip it altogether or just eat rocks instead seeing as how they will at least get what they were expecting with a good ol' limestone sandwich. For starters, on multiple occasions they just straight up cancel DoorDash orders for no reason (Hint - it's the employees that are doing it because nobody else in the area ever does, and I live 3 miles away from this location + they are clearly open because I just ended up driving up there in order to experience this crap first hand). Person on the headphones at the drive through knows a couple of phrases which consist of "Hold on" "What else?" and my favorite which is the loud and irritated "WHAT?" multiple times while you're in the middle of ordering. BTW, my radio was off and I do not drive a car with a loud engine. My wild theory is that the reason he kept saying WHAT? is that it was hard for this cat to hear anything at all because of all of the laughter and screwing off that you can hear from his colleagues in the background. Man they sounded like they were having a ball in there. Anyhow, when I pull up to the window I can't determine whether these people are about to fight, hug each other, or just have an all out dance competition with one of them getting "served" by the other. Hopefully somebody did in fact get served, because it for damn sure was not this fella right here with his tummy a rumblin' and what not. I mean, it was a complete kangaroo court in there and when the window was finally opened for me to pay the guy didn't even look at me or speak to me. Just held his hand out for me to place my credit card in, and held it back out the window without saying anything either. Head completely turned the other way just talking to his crew about how fun their job must be. To be fair it really did look like they were all having a blast. I do not want this story to take away from the fact that they clearly love their job. Free money and buddies with zero to none work amiright? Dream job. But at least my order was perfect!! Only thing is that I am just kidding and it was totally botched. Not even gonna break down the order I gave them versus what was received. It was freaking laughable, and at this point I wasn't even surprised. Threw it away after checking it because I wasn't about to take a chance biting into anything that came from this travesty of a burger joint. To wrap it all up - I am not even mad really. I don't want a coupon or a discount. I 100% do not want to be reached out to by the already absent owner or manager. I am just frankly never going to go there again. And as quick suggestion to whoever is losing money by owning or franchising this complete joke ... Either fire everyone and start over, or cut you losses and sell it to somebody that actually knows and cares about the basics of running a store like this. Afterall, It's your money that these fools are wasting for you day in and out. Last thing to quell any rating confusion - I only gave 1 star because I couldn't figure out how to give zero or negative stars. Please do not count this 1 star as a positive towards your overall star point total, and again - this Wendy's super sucks. read more
