We like Wendy's for the occasional quick meal. I do not understand why they process your order - grab hot fries and put them on your little tray while we wait another 3 to 5 minutes to get our order behind drive thru customers. I can't believe how terrible the service here is. I was trying to feed my four children all under 8 years old. I drove all the way there because I wanted to get my kids food. we received the food and all of the chicken nuggets were missing as well as sauces and straws. all the food was cold and so many things were missing. read more

Handy, cheap, good. Wendy's has always been my pick of the "top three" fast food places (McD's and BK being the others.) Better burgers, a few healthier choices, and, of course, based in Columbus. This one is pretty good. Very friendly service, pretty fast (I did not go at the lunch rush, but there were several people ordering mid-afternoon,) and clean. I had the #1 combo: single with fries. Plus, I got some 99-cent chicken nuggets. Avoid those- they are overly processed and tasteless. But the sandwich was pretty good. Meaty burger, decent bun, fairly fresh veggies (tomatoes are always the downfall...) The fries were good: bigger and more potato-ey than McD's, nicely fried, lightly salted. I would say out of the two in Marysville, I like this Wendy's better because they never get our order wrong. Beware because they are almost always busy drive thru wise and you may have to wait, but please don't bash the workers because of that. Went on a Saturday evening. When I ordered they told me they had to check if they had enough chicken nuggets for my order. I ordered two 4 piece orders. They said they did so after waiting in line 18 minutes for the three cars in front of me we finally got up to the window. We were then told they were out of chicken nuggets and offered to make us cheeseburgers instead. When I asked for my money back they refused and said it was cheeseburgers or nothing. The girl was polite about it but gave me little options. I could see the employees inside laughing and joking and the entire kitchen appeared disgusting with food, gloves, and other stuff all over the floor. There were additional employees outside smoking. Once I got the food home and we prepare to eat it was by far the worst Wendy's food I have ever had. The hamburgers were still pink in the middle and cold and we only live five minutes from the store. The fries were cold as well. I am not one to complain and I have actually never had bad food from Wendy's however this group working apparently needed supervision and training. Marysville Oh. Went inside to order 3-5-17 at 8PM. One woman waiting on her large order. Place was empty. Girl at register got her purse & said someone would be with me and left. I stood there for 10 minutes before someone waited on my order of one sandwich to go. Another 5 minutes for the sandwich. Also saw a male worker with microphone on head (so obviously on drive-through so he has been handling money & register) prepare a baked potato without gloves cutting & squeezing the potato. We all know money is filthy. No excuse for handling food without gloves. On a previous visit French fries etc on floor in the preparation area. No big deal until you are there the next night and the fries are still there. Someone is not cleaning. It all falls on the management and employee training. read more

Very rarely do my family and I eat out. We decided to treat ourselves with some good old fashioned Wendy's and to our surprise ordered four sandwiches that were far from fresh or warm. The bread had multiple hard spots on it... You could literally knock on this bread. However, when I called it in the gentleman on the other end was very polite and replaced all of them at no charge. When picking the replacement order up the manager was awesome. Very nice, apologetic and supportive to his team. Once I get home I realize three of the four sandwiches were made wrong and one of them had a long piece of hair in it. I will not call back, I will not be ordering at this Wendy's anymore, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Other than people service, it was a disaster. read more
