Im so disappointed, i repeated multiple times that i wanted an order of "baconator fries" and for 4 dollars at the end of my already annoying day, i cant even get bacon on my BACONater fries. If you care about quality, do not go to this Wendys. Go to foxcroft ave. read more

I had a Very dissatisfying trip to Wendy. Reason 1 The worker was cussing and were very unprofessional, the manager seemed stressed and agitated at the cashier that didn't know how to do her job. Usually I would expect the MANAGER of the establishment to keep a family friendly Environment...but she didn't do that at all. Reason 2 It took me 12 minutes at least to get my four for four and the fries were cold and the chicken was raw. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had a fast food/ anywhere. I will never eat here again and I Absolutely do not recommend to anyone. read more

For the first time I placed an online a mobile order with Wendy's. The nearest Wendy's to me is the one in Hammonds Mill but my order went to this one on 1101 North Queen St. When I realized the mistake I tried to call them to cancel but they didn't pick up and their answering machine was full so there was no way to leave a message. I called twice. I went to pick up my order through the drive by window and noticed one of the ladies who was working the french fries deep fat fryer was NOT wearing a mask or gloves. My husband said something about that and the woman at the window said she would ask her to put on some gloves. We didn't see that happen and it would not have helped us We took our order out of the bag at home I noticed my salad lacked 4 xtra items I ordered and paid for. Ugh. I ate my salad but my husband threw away his remembering he saw a food preparer with no mask or gloves. I took my order home and noticed that several of the items I ordered extra for my salad we're not on it - Even though I paid for them - sweet onions, Parmesan crisp, pecans, and Avocado. read more

Ordered a meal from here this morning and the lady was looking at the drink all weird. I asked if something was wrong with it and she said "no its fine". Once I got home I looked into the drink and there was bugs floating around the top? Like she obviously saw them why would she give me the drink???????? Will NEVER come here again. read more

Wendy's - Bugs - Burgers Near Me - Martinsburg, West Virginia

This place needs a corporate visit and a condemned sign. I orderd a spicy chicken sandwich delicious right? I think they took a nugget and flattened it with a boot and through some pepper in the general area. Next time I will order a tomato sandwich and add pepper, it was dry, flat and the size of a silver dollar. There were 2 people ahead of me in line, after 25 minutes I was able to order and the poor girl behind the register looked like she was trying to solve string theory . So if you enjoy a dirty place, with slow service and disgusting food... still go somewhere else read more

Waited for 15 minutes at the counter last evening and left after not being waited on. 6 employees in the back, 3 doing most of the work waiting on the drive-thru. read more

Manager refused to give my order unless i drove around through the drive through again don't go here

Food was terrible. Don't even get me started about the employees, it took five times for them to hear my order. I said I wanted water countless times, and she (drive-thru employee) said what 5 times! I would not recommend going there. read more

After working a long day we ordered on the app and pulled up to a closed restaurant at 9:30pm because they were painting or cleaning the parking lot. They refused to fix our order and said they couldn't refund the money because they had nothing to do with the app. They said go to another Wendy's and pick up the order which we tried and that charged us AGAIN!!! No help from anyone and spent over an hour trying to get 2 sandwiches. read more

I ordered a baconator with just meat cheese and bacon and I comes out with just meat and cheese so I ask if I can get another One with bacon and she says a ask for no bacon and I said why would I order a Baconator if I don't want bacon and then she said it's not my fault that you said your order wrong. I hate to add another negative comment but people should just stop going here. I love Wendy's but this one has given me only negative experiences. Every single time I ask for sauce they ignore me and pretend to not hear my request. Fries are never fresh and cold. The whole place is a mess and is frequently out of food. read more

After getting to the window, we ordered a mixed berry lemonade, two frosty, and a unsweetened tea. When we got our order, they did not give us our lemonade. Then after we returned home, the tea was sweet. These are small things, but we did not get a recite to see what they charged. We expect to get what we order. This is not the first time this has happened. read more

I think I'm done with Wendy's, especially this location. Gets more underwhelming each time. Ordered the $5 grilled chicken sandwich combo, requested bacon and onion added. Was told it'd be $8.36. Get home, and there's no bacon nor onion. Also, no receipt. Lovely. Checked my bank statement - was charged $9.16. Thanks for the fraud, Wendy's! read more

The service here sucks. They're disrespectful and they don't care how long you have to wait to get your food. I wouldn't go here again.

Oh my lord this place is shitty. I love Wendy's and while most are decent, this one really just needs to shut down. The food is always made so incorrectly and is always missing food. The staff are some of the rudest and most careless people I have ever seen in fast food. And for a conclusion, this place is filthy. And I mean FILTHY. read more

WORST experience ever. I work in the restaurant business and if there is one thing you never do, it is let someone do everything by themselves on their FIRST day. If the trainer calls out, has to leave, etc... someone else should step up, or the trainee should leave as well. Arrived at 8pm.... it's now 8:50 and I just finished ordering. The "manager" on duty told me, if I had a problem she would "give me a shirt" so I could make it myself. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Then expected a discount to make up for it... no, an apology would have been nice. The young lady at the register was so nice and I feel terribly bad for her. Wendy's you have too many "hyped" commercials to be this way.. not happy at all. read more

Would definitely recommend to my close friends and even people i would never even think about speaking to again in my life! I am absolutely obsessed with everything about this fine establishment. The workers were extremely helpful as to what i should get for my first time being here and to what their busy hours were so i could avoid social interaction. For sure moving into the back office, haha. Thank you so much for your service. read more

Terrible food, service, and overall restaurant. Shouldn't even be open with how awful everything was...

This was the worst fast food experience my family has ever had. The workers were the rudest people I've ever met. The manager obviously is fine with it because she acted the same way. There were 2 people eating inside the restaurant and 4 cars in the drive thru....obviously not overwhelming. When we got to the window we were given our drinks and asked to pull up to wait for our food. 15-20 minutes later, and still waiting for our food, I went in to check on it! Initially, no one seemed to know what happened to our food. Then someone admitted that it was given to the wrong car. You would think this admission would be followed with "sorry" or other somewhat kind words, but all I got was laughter and snarky responses from everybody from the cashier to the manager on duty. They hadn't even started to make/fill our order even though they admitted it had been given to the wrong car.... I questioned if we should have to pay for this kind of treatment. The response I got from the manager was, "You either get your food or your money back." Still, no apology, no admission of fault/error, no anything. 10-15 minutes later we have to go back in to check on the food. It's quickly thrown into a bag....no straws, no spoons for Frosty's, no napkins, no sauce for the nuggets that we had ordered, and two burgers that weren't even what we ordered. We asked the manager for her name, as NONE of the employees had name badges on (which corporate later told us all Wendy's employees are supposed to be wearing). She responded, "We don't have to tell you our names." We asked for the owner's name and number and got, "We're not allowed to give that information out." Ultimately we called the corporate office and reported our experience. They were not happy, and informed us that they would be calling the owner and regional manager. My family is not typically a bunch of complainers, but this experience was so far beyond anything we've ever experienced that we thought we should share it. I wouldn't recommend taking your pet, ex husband, or worst enemy to this Wendy's, yet alone your family. read more

This Wendy's needs to shut down or get new management. I can't believe that corporate office has not received complaints and sales must be decreasing. The food is always cold, burgers over cooked , orders made In correctly. Feels like a waste of money every time I eat there. I Will now only go to the Wendy's on the south end of town. Their food is always hot and fresh. Shame I have to drive across town bc this one is so bad. read more

I don't know if this Wendy's is continually under staffed. Ketchup is always out. Today there were no napkins. You'd be waiting a long time to ask for any at the counter. i always use this wendys but after november 8th 2017 probably no more!!! i waited in the line at drive thru for 15 minutes before getting to the menu board - i was in between vehicles and couldn't get out- i sat at the speaker another 8 minutes i then proceeded forward but not far,, a manager was walking in the back door and i asked her what was possibly taking so long - my wait time was 23 minutes at that point - she just looked at me and went inside where i assume she pointed out my car because the reception i got was frosty and not the ice cream type!!!? the girl stared or glared through the window another 5 minutes,, opened the window with her hand out but never said my total she said nothing !! she then hands me my tea still no words !!! then my bag of food- there were no words spoken and i was too angry to speak by this time.!!! someone should let her know that we the customer is why she has a job !!! i had every right to be upset waiting for fast food for 25 minutes with no i'm sorry for your wait !!! i know the lady that i spoke to is the manager and if she condones this behavior then shame on her !! i would not want anyone fired but i got no sauce for the nuggets because i was angry that she treated me so badly-- honestly i didn't even eat it because this girl was so hateful she probably spit in my food !!! i don't care if i'm spending 4$ or 44$ i deserved an apology for the wait-- not the " frosty" treatment !!!! i am contacting corporation because she needs in a lesson in customer service !!! and that manager who pointed my car out should not be one !! she should have been at the window offering an apology to all of us stuck in the slowest drive thru ever !!!! read more

I hate this place. Everytime I go there is a long wait. Plus, they are always out of things. Once they were out of lettuce, another time out of ice, another time out of cheese for their cheese fries. I mean, come on people. Plus you can barely hear what they are saying on the speaker at the drive-thru and their service is not really the best. I rarely go here unless I am so hungry that I do not feel like driving anywhere else. read more

In short,.. if I want Wendy's, I will drive to the other end of town to that location. While I have never had any real issues with the food from this location other than cold fries, what really turns me away is the service. Every time I have had to stop here, the service has been horrible and the staff has acted like the customers have all day to wait around. They are loud and carry-on in the back and kitchen area. Seems like the staff needs to grow-up or the management staff needs to hire more mature and courteous employees. read more
