I order food off DoorDash. I usually choose McDonald's because they have free delivery, which I love. This place is usually good with supplying hot food and including everything I ordered. I was at this McDonald's last night and I just want to say how horrible the service was. I had ordered a 6-piece nugget meal and a Big Mac meal. I was waiting for my food for 30 minutes and watched a couple get free food before me. There were people in there before me who hadn't got their food before we even got inside. All I wanted after running 6+ miles was a PLAIN REGULAR McChicken. After driving 20 minutes home, I find out they gave me a 'hot n spicy' McChicken. So now I am hot, tired, sore, and still hungry . When I worked in a fast food kitchen many years ago, I was taught, "Remember this is someone's meal. Make it appealing. Don't just throw it together." This store has not received that message. Every time, I have to take the sloppy sandwich apart and reassemble it myself. EVERY TIME! The fish/meat is always misaligned with the buns that are misaligned with each other, The condiments are ALWAYS piled on one side of the crooked sandwich. Tonight I had a double cheeseburger. I took two bites and only had meat and cheese. I wondered if I was supposed to specify at the kiosk that I wanted condiments. I had consumed literally 3/4 of the sandwich when I saw some ketchup. Super slow service. Music is rap style. Some random guy (not an employee) asked me if I were thirsty and said there were empty cups sitting around and we could get free drinks. I said no, of course. Never seen a location that has computer issues every evening and they always know it gonna be an hour. Doesn't tatter if you stop 11:30pm, 1am always the same thing. Worst service I've ever had in my life. Employees are careless and often rude. The two lane drive through is managed so poorly that cars lined up in one lane will be completely ignored for five minutes at a time while cars in the other lane are served one after the other. If you hit the drive through after dark be prepared for a half hour wait in line. Time and time again the food is cold, and orders are mixed up between customers. read more

The last time we went here, right before work, and we used the order yourself screen because past times they messed up our order (apparently they didn't hear us right; I don't know how fries and drink sound the same but whatever). Anyways, We got breakfast and chose the pick up instead of dine in option and we waited almost 45 minutes and my boyfriend's coffee came out first and it was so crowded we couldn't get up to the counter/we just decided to let it sit there until the rest of our order was finished (we ordered it all together so I just don't understand this...). Five minutes before they called our number again for our food, they threw our drink away right in front of us... I told them that we were missing our coffee and they made us another one (we got extra espresso shots so I wasn't just leaving without that... smh.) This is the only touch screen McDonald's in my area but if they are gonna throw our food away right in front of us, I'd rather go somewhere else! read more

One of the worst McDonald's EVER. Stay clear of this place. The drive-thru line took 25 minutes. Almost pulled away. Then, when I received the order, one of the sandwiches was supposed to be the Bacon Smokehouse (Crispy Chicken)....
