The worst service I. The city of Macon the food is good but the onions is like they see nasty as ever

I would rate them a 0. The customer service is always poor. They always have a long wait even when you are the only one in line. The people taking the orders always have a poor attitude. I have been here 3 times and I have accepted three strikes and you're out. I will not be going to this location anymore. Myself and my family who've decided it has not been worth the aggravation, because the food is not even worth the frustration. The burgers are never fresh. The fries are always cold and do not ask for a baked potato no matter what time you go there's a 20min wait and all the staff looks miserable. I even tried doing a mobile order and still had a poor experience. It's not appetizing to be handed your food by miserable people. The location is clean which is the only reason I gave 1 star. read more

Tough one today. Ordered a Double with Lettuce, Tomato and Mayo only. Got a Double Cheese with Mayo. They were out of lettuce. In their defense, they told me that when I ordered. Waited 12 minutes for the wrong budget and another 7 once they made it right. Did I mention I I had to explain the redo 3 times. They couldn't understand Tomato and Mayo only. The pandemic makes sanitary restaurants even more important. I went to this Wendy'd and ordered a chili. The girl who took my order and handles money went to get it. When she picked up the cup for the chili her finger went inside the cup all the way to the bottom of the cup and it was pressed against the side of the cup!!! Total contamination. I told her to stop and get a new cup as she contaminated the cup. Today I went back and gave them another chance. This time one of the food preparers was wearing a mask that did NOT cover his nose. Again unsafe. I walked out. That place has LOST my business. read more

For dining in, this is a nice and clean Wendy's. They even have two Coke freestyle machines, an LCD screen you can see your order on, self swipe your own credit card, and clean bathrooms. They deserve a visit if you're passing through on your way to the coast or back to the ATL. read more

Look, I would give them 5/5 but lately their service has been completely trash. Let's talk about tonight, we pull in & the lady over the speaker was rude , and rushing us. We pull up & the food that was given to us was cold & you can tell these fries hadn't seen any heat in a good bit. My burger was DRY! I understand these workers are probably over worked during the national climate we're experiencing but to be rude like that is uncalled for. We waited to at least ask for some sauce they looked at us & never opened the window to see what we needed. I literally come here maybe 5/6 times in a 2 week period but with the steadily declining service, I think not. read more

We "inconvenienced" the staff by coming in with 3 kids at 10pm (no times on doors, online says open till 1am). The staff were hugely disrespectful and clearly did not want us there. They messed up our order, but we ate it anyway not wanting to cause trouble. We thanked them for their service when we left, however one of the staff, the manager I think, loudly wiped her nose on her arm clearly insinuating she did something to our food. We went this morning for breakfast. The lady at the window didn't speak at all so my husband said "hello" and she said "order now" which is fine. Everyone has off and bad days so we let that go. We ordered and she didn't repeat anything back. We get to the window and she got one of the 3 things we ordered. She went to speak to someone to fix it, still didn't fix it. We pulled around and waited 5 mins. My husband went inside and got our order (the woman kept our card when we pulled around which we didn't like) and she forgot it. So it took another 3 minutes to just get our card back. I went earlier during lunch last week and they were sweet and very nice about everything. I'm not sure if it's just the breakfast staff, but they were rude and not nice at all. read more

I just had the best Wendy's I have had in years. The service was pretty fast thought they had a line. Fries were fully cooked and not half cooked like you always get at Wendy's. Burgers wasn't thrown together and fresh lettuce and tomatoes was on them. The closest thing I have seen to a burger on a commercial. I will be bypassing gray hwy Wendy's from now on to get me some Wendy's. keep up the good work give this crew an incentive please. read more

So let me start off by saying....all the women at the drive through window we're incredibly rude. One woman (I'm assuming the manager) was yelling at my father as she was taking down the order. 2 ladies had long hair and it was touching our drinks. I went to Wendy's on Riverside on 7/23 and my food was cold, My fries tasted like they had been sitting for a while. I brought 4 meals for my family and myself, I added bacon on one of my meals and didn't receive any bacon but I was charged for it. My food costed 25.00 dollars and the food service I received was horrible. Sad thing is when I went they wasn't busy. read more

This was my wife's and myself first time trying their breakfast selection. I got the #1 which is their croissant chicken and maple bacon sandwich wit wedge potato and my wife got the #5 biscuit sausage and egg only. My wife's sandwich was great, the biscuit was buttery and flaky, and the sausage and egg was yummy. My wife was amazed that it looked like they just cracked the egg and cooked it. The yoke was still runny, which she is not a big fan of. She was expecting something like McDonald's, reheated egg patties that looks like putty lol. The only complaint I had with my sandwich was that, it was much smaller than the pictures on the menu, its deceiving. It was small but very good especially with the maple bacon which rocked. The potatoe wedges was the best thing of all. The seasoning was so good, we didn't need any ketchup to eat it. This fast food breakfast was by far the best I have tasted compared to the other big fast food chain. I will differently be going back. The young lady that helped us was very polite and had helpful. My only complaint is that they do not put ketchup or napkins in the bags anymore, but they are not the only fast food place that does this. This is the worst Wendy's. My husband went in to order to go food, and every single worker flat out ignored him and continued talking to one another and playing around. My husband finally walked out after 10 minutes. To make matters worse, when I emailed corporate about it, they didn't even have the decency to respond. Needless to say, we refuse to go there. Started out great but like all dining...the service & quality quickly drop. This is a Wendys where the staff talks to each other instead of you always and it's what I call a "bag checker". Awful Wendy's on Riverside in Macon has INEPT workers serving customers inside. My friend went inside to order because the drive through had 6 cars in line. He had 3 people in front of him inside. 25 CARS WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU while he waited for our 2 sandwiches & 1 fry. The explanation given??? "We have different staff working the drive through. ". The pathetic management did NOTHING to handle the situation - as in pulling our order from the other staff early on in this ridiculously long wait!! Apparently you should FIRE the inept brain dead workers you have serving the inside customers!!! And by the way your grilled chicken sandwich tastes like cardboard. And it was not even warm. Needs improvement on MANY levels. Next time we will gladly go to Chic FilA across the street - positive the experience will be 100% better. read more

This Wendy's is beautiful on the outside and on the inside. The manager accommodated us in surprising our kids with a surprise military homecoming. He and the staff were very welcoming and gracious to us. Of course, the food was great as well! read more

This was the best Wendy's I've ever been to. The manager and employees were awesome! We called 20 minutes before we got there with a bus of 50 kids, and they were ready. Service was excellent, and they paid for our bus driver's food! I will definitely go back. It was super clean. I can't get over how awesome all of the employees were. 10/10 would recommend read more
