My drive-thru order at the Tom Hill Sr Blvd in Macon, Ga was incorrect today. There isn't any ice in my drink. i understand a lot of people order drinks with no ice, but I am not one of those people. I just came in to order a sandwich meal, and I arrived almost at closing, which is my bad. But I did see a worker being yelled at right in the front of the building, which is a little embarrassing. I guess it was her manager; he was a younger Black man. I found Chick Fil A to be consistently good with A+ customer service no matter which location I visit. We stopped at this location to grab a quick bite to eat before we continued our travel. The only thing that was a turn off and appetite changer was the dead bird in the parking lot. We got in, and ordered and paid for our food. My husband stayed at the counter to wait for our drinks. By the time I got to the table with my children, a worker brought out our food! Talk about quick and fast! Our food got to the table before the drinks did! I ordered a Cobb salad with avocado lime ranch dressing. The rest of the family ordered chicken strips, nuggets, and waffle fries. Nothing much else to say here. The food and service were awesome and the interior restaurant and bathroom was also clean. The exterior was good with the exception of the dead bird. Super friendly staff! Easy access to and from the freeway. Food was fresh & hot. My husband did end up getting a spicy sandwich instead of the regular one, but other than that it was a great experience. They are open for inside dining, curbside, and drive through. Today @2pm at your location i was unfortunate to come across a team member who was just as disrespectful as they come! My husband is going up to grab us something's from the front when i notice its taking a very long time. A girl whose name i didn't catch, has clear glasses braids on her hair and curly hair in the black with a blue pull over from work uniform. As im watching she is saying nothing to my boyfriend after he asked 3 times for a fork. She looked at him threw her eyes back and ignored him multiple times. This is what im talking about customer service has gone to crap and now CFA! CFA PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH WITH YOUR TEAM MEMBERS. Especially if i'm correct the blue should mean shift lead. And that's more upsetting. And when you have the rest of the bunch laughing about taking out customer orders and making their work food first and saying exactly "Don't give a f* ab them customers" with a family right there is absolutely unacceptable. read more

I had a quick and easy experience! Ordered curbside pickup for breakfast and my order was out in less than 5 minutes. My Chick-n-Minis were very good and buttery! This location also does a huge Christmas light display every December, featuring lights synchronized to music, and a drive thru tunnel! Definitely be sure to come to that! read more

A few years ago a Chic fil A opened in our town. There was a lot of anticipation for the opening. I even heard that people camped out days before. Apparently the first 100 customers get a year of Chi fil A for free. I even have friends that look forward to going to Chic fil A when they visit their daughter because she has one near her. On on they praise the chicken... I hadn't drank the kool aid or better said bitten the chicken until recently. We were driving through Macon GA on Hwy 16... we filled our gas tank and looked at our food options. There was 5 Guys, Wendy's, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, a plethora of eateries and there was Chic fil A... We decided to try this place out, how bad can it be? The line is clear around the building, leading up to not just one but two ordering speakers. I ordered the chicken strips, because, well that's what our friends order. A side of honey mustard to dip... and (cue the angels singing) this chicken is yummooo!!! Oh I also ordered a small vanilla milkshake... perfect combo... I think they lace the chicken with some kind of addictive substance (crack) because this stuff is great!!! I'm a believer!!! Fortunately for me, I've moved south and we have a Chic fil A in our town.... I'll be seeing ya soon... but if this is going to be habit forming, I'm going to order the Cobb Salad next time!!! read more

At the CAF on Tom Hill the food comes fast, but the last 3 times our drinks took forever! This is so unfortunate however CFA sets a high standard for the fast food industry and for customer service and neither are exemplified at this location. Waited in a stagnant CFA line for 20 minutes to NEVER make it to the speakers. They have two lines around the building meaning there is no way to exit. We called them twice and never did we get an apology instead she said "in 10 minutes you should be able to exit." This CFA is always disappointing with wait times and food accuracy. Stopped through on our way to Savannah. The drive through was wrapped around the building, so we went inside. Very friendly staff and the food was freshly prepared. As we got in the car, the car that was to be in front of us in the drive through was just pulling up to the window to pay and we had our food and was pulling off. The drive thru at this location is often crowded because of this locations popularity but they seem to get the customers taken care of quickly. I have absolutely no complaints about this location. Officially the worst location we've been to. It's never taken 30 mins to get through a drive thru. Thought it was because they were incredibly busy. Instead, it was because the staff were goofing off, one person was on her phone and they were talking about closing at 10 while it was 8:30. Even once we got to the window, it was more than 5 mins before anyone said anything to us and then the food was cold. Avoid this location during the Saturday night shift. They just don't care. Once you are in line you can't get out because of the way the drive thru is set-up. It took us 45 minutes to get to order and another 30 to our food. Apparently their system was down and couldn't take credit cards. They gave away orders to some people with only one sandwich but no consideration for the others like us stuck in line. It's rare to find a Chick-Fil-A with easy off/on highway access, likely due to the fact they're closed on Sundays. So I was psyched to find this Macon location while driving back to Atlanta from a business trip in Savannah. Situated just off the highway, in a bustling shopping center, this particular branch is clean - including the restrooms, which have paper towels! - and the staff is super-friendly. Like most Chick-Fil-A's, everyone pitches in to fill orders and keep the lines moving efficiently. Best bonus - the waffle fries are gluten free! So are the grilled chicken nuggets, but I'm not much of a fan. Compared to the original chicken sandwich, which is sadly not GF, they pale in comparison. But it's a safe meal option for anyone with a gluten allergy. read more
