This was my first time at this Wendy's location on La Tijera and right off the 405. They are connected to the convenience, store of gas station. At first, I was kind of skeptical, but once I went inside, I was greeted warmly and they had told me that my order had gone in already and that it would be ready soon I'd placed my order online through the app a few minutes before. So I did not have to wait too long The team here is extremely friendly and hospitable. The dining room room is a little bit smaller than a typical one is just because of the layout of the store and have it shared But otherwise, it's a fully functioning Wendy's location The food was tasty and delicious. And I would definitely come back in the future. Parking might be a little bit tough but there is a drive-through that you can get to. read more

I had a really uncomfortable experience at this Wendy's. The manager was extremely aggressive, loud, and rude. Her tone and behavior honestly made me feel intimidated and unsafe just trying to place an order. This wasn't a one-time thing either -- I've experienced this multiple times, and it's gotten to the point where I don't even feel comfortable ordering here anymore. No customer should feel scared or disrespected when simply trying to get food. Management seriously needs to address this. Customer service should never feel like this. read more

Okay, I passed maaaany other restaurants to drive to this Wendy's. Off the bat the drive through guy is rushing me. There's no one else in the drive through & the restaurant can't seriously be busy. I ask him what the kids meal cheeseburger has because I have a picky 6 year old. I let him know I only want cheese & ketchup. I pull up, again this guy is rushing me. He tells me my total & I pay. Immediately after I ask, "this huge drink comes with a kids meal?" He says no, you ordered such & such. Uhhhh, no this meal is for my kid in the backseat. I have driven by this Wendy's so many times and have never stopped, I am so glad I finally did. My grandson loves it and has been there with his parents many times and as asked to go there, but we always had other plans. It was late at night and we were hungry so in the drive thru line we got. Now, it was crowded, the main eating area was closed because of the time. But the line moved along and we were happy as clams having a minute to review the menu. We ordered burgers, fries, frostys, and a salad a drinks. We stayed in the line about another 5 minutes and when we got our food it was hot and made exactly as ordered, and most of our stuff was special order. The staff there was so very nice and they repeated my order and made sure to thank us and tell us to have a great night. How nice is that. The food, all of it was great. I love those square burgers and my grandson loves the salad and the frosty. We ate in the car as there is plenty of parking the their clean lot and had just the most fun. Every since Covid, the world has been quite a different place for the most part... There's a lot of people that don't wanna work there's a lot of people that have nasty attitudes... And I'm not saying that prior to Covid this didn't happen, but I've just noticed more often than not there is a leaning towards people just not wanting to work, and I'm not saying it's laziness. I'm don't know what it is but the energy in the workplace has shifted. So you can imagine what a breath of fresh air it was to have Eduardo give me the most amazing greeting. Just going through Wendy's getting some chicken nuggets and he just sounded so positive and so upbeat and so happy and so friendly I made a comment and I told him that. And then when he took my payment and handed me my food, the smile match the voice! Whoever his manager is: take notice RIGHT NOW! He's doing something that other people aren't doing and when you're doing something, other people aren't doing and you're making the person in the car feel better just by hearing your voice you need to train other people how to do the same thing... Wendy herself would cry had she had the two experiences I endured. The first visit I had was for their baked potatoes. Boyfriend and I placed an order online via the app and then showed up to the establishment to be told the order didn't exist. We were frustrated, but we got back in line and ordered in person (the line was a good 20 minute wait). We reorder our food and then the manager tells us that our order was lost in translation and they now have it. So now we have double the order, double the price and doubled up in frustration. Second visit was just yesterday to get the HEAVILY advertised Krabby Patty meal. Let's get down to the Bikini bottom of bottoms... it was just a burger and fries with a pineapple frosty. The management here is aweful. When your order is good is its great. When its wrong they are aweful. In a couple days my order has been missing items, the order has been missing drinks, missing completely (not on system) or completely cold. The first time I ever asked for a new sandwich that was hot sandwich they were like that is your problem, ill give you 50% off a new order if you want but that is your sandwich now. I'm writing this review for Wendy's in Inglewood on Century. I'm a senior citizen and I am so pleased to buy by food from this Wendy's, the staff members are polite, patient and professional. Plus it is well managed by the afrolatina manager who speaks both Spanish and English. Due to dietary restrictions I need my Chicken salad to be :only meat and lettuce and the staff takes the time to get it right. Extremely rude service! Had to pull up twice in the same night as Uber driver to grab orders. First time it took 15 min to go through the drive thru. Second time around midnight on March 18th the driveway is again full. I decide to park right beside and walk to the pick up window and this spanish speaking lady in her 50s refuses to give me the order and forces me to to the drive thru! Not only I had to wait again a long time but then I delivered very late. No respect for other workers! No respect for their own customers who then have to eat their food cold and maybe complain with Uber for that. All this because of the stupidity of one single person who then even refused to give me her name so that I could file a complaint. Her co-worker also refused to give me her name. I ate here 3 or 4 times a week for several years and was very satisfied. I am fussy so that says a lot. Wendy's has since gone down hill, which is readily apparent during Covid-19 with only the drive-thru open. Their speaker is broken so the order taker has a hard time undetstanding you and might mess up your order. I know several employees having dined indoors for years. Two told me their hours have been cut in half while they have families to support, In their place, they hired new employees who are green and have not been properly trained. I was not thrilled when they were not able to honor the discount coupons on my phone app. I was given a hard time. Coupons with a number were most of the time not honored. The newbie employees told me they were supposed to be bar codes, which is not true. When you use the drive thru at night, lthe sign is not properly lit up so it's difficult to read the menu board. I now go there maybe once a week for their Southwest avocado salad, which is tasty. Two scoops of guac and slices of grilled chicken for $7.39. Such a deal! I placed an order on the app and showed up in the drive through like I have done countless times in the past at many other locations. We told the cashier at the speakerbox that we had a mobile order and he said to pull up to the window. When we got to the window, the manager who was working was talking to us in a very rushed and condescending tone that they don't have the order in their system. I double checked to make sure we were at the correct address and we were. I asked her to check again or ask the guy who talked to us over the speaker and she said she would not be able to do it, there was nothing further she could do about it, and we need to get out of her line. We pulled up to the parking spots and I walked in. A wonderful girl by the name of Ariel saw what had happened and had already found my order in the system when I walked up to the counter. She had my order ready really quickly and apologized for her manager. Thank you, Ariel, for problem solving. The manager needs to be let go - she will continue to bring down her staff and restaurant if she doesn't know what she's doing and/or cannot problem solved. It might be a different story if she was kinder to us at the window and at least tried to figure out what was going on. read more

Around sometime in December last year, I got to speak with a gentlemen by the name of Oscar. Now of all the fast-food breakfast, I particularly enjoy Wendy's menu, but I always seem to miss the cut off time to grab some of their biscuity goodness. One morning I had a special hankering for their bacon delights, but I wasn't aware of the time they end their breakfast menu. So I decided to give Wendy's a call, mind you trying to call any fast food establishment is a nightmare due to staffing and the demand. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Oscar picked up the phone. His attitude and demeanor was of someone who wanted to help. When he shared the cut off time, of course all hopes were dashed. Oscar, not willing to give up, actually suggested that they could still make the breakfast and I could come pick it up! What a solution based mentality, and although I greatly appreciated the suggestion, my time was split that day. And yet, he still wanted to see how we could make this work. That stuck out to me, and I love when I encounter people who want to help others in their capacity. I thought Oscar deserved some real recognition, and Wendy's definitely are fortunate to work with someone who gives a damn! read more

I was charged $50 for my food manager in charge told me to cancel the order and to place it again.
