Not just a terrible attitude, but continuously spoke over us, cutting us off, and making rude statements. The food was cold. The nuggets were old. Most people don't think about posting reviews for fast foood restaurants, but at the risk of…read moresounding cliche, yesterday's lunch break at the kingdom was pretty special. For starters, I got fresh hot food in a matter of minutes, and my order was accurate. That's not exceptional in the fast food business, but many sit down restaurants seem to struggle with getting their house served, particularly when they get busy. As I selected a table to enjoy my regular Whopper, I noticed a fellow diner finishing up lunch with his two young girls wearing a T-shirt for a vegan store restaurant, and mentioned that it was an interesting choice of clothing for a trip to BK. But the guy's been vegan for 30 years, and the impossible Whopper has turned him and his family into repeat customers. I haven't tried on yet, but heard a really interesting sales pitch from a very unlikely source. Also, there was an employee there named Kearon who I told that I would mention by name in a Yelp! review. She was wiping down tables, and spoke to every customer. There was a transient/homeless woman in a nearby booth, and I was moved by the grace that Kearon showed to her. I have reservations about mentioning that she also gave her a fiver, because I'm pretty sure that she wasn't supposed to do that. During my convo with my new vegan friend, we briefly discussed our mutual distaste for a freakishly popular fast food chain that serves chicken sandwiches seasoned with homophobia. I consider it a public nuisance because of their policies and the traffic problems that they create. In their defense, they do seem to have an uncanny skill to wotk the drive thru line, and during the handful of times that I have actually eaten there, the employees have smiled, made eye contact, and seemed to have some people skills, I haven't eaten here enough to fully evaluate this location, but I want the record to reflect that Kearon is a major asset. I look forward to returning very soon to try the Impossible Whopper!

I ordered online and it said it would be ready in five minutes. Five minutes later I go through the Drive-thru and very quickly someone answers. After telling them I have an online order and my name, I get told to pull up to the window. Already, my chocolate shake was in her hands ready to be handed to me (it was sealed with a strip of tape and a label that went with the tape), and promptly my food is given to me. She identified herself as Lexi, kept a smile on her face and asked me to do the survey. So, I did. The food has turned out to be accurate and fresh, the shake was also correct and great. By the end of it all, I took had a smile on my face. Lexi and her crew did an excellent job. Top notch!

My heart skipped 20 beats when she said that because I had it before, it was my first time. She was about to go to the drive-thru thru but the line was too long, so we decided to go in to do a to-go order. The inside was clean with great employees. I got my to-go order and opened the box plate with the food I got. I was scared to take a bite of it but I had no choice because my mom paid for it. I took a bite of the chicken tender, I went straight to the hospital where they did 30 hours of surgery on me. I came out of the hospital and now I feel good. I rate the food a -56 out of 10 because the company doesn't season their chicken and their fries, it tastes like bland food with extra grease. I would eat here again TLDR: Food is nasty with no seasoning but recommend eating here again

If you want an all-beef burger that reminds you Of the backyard burgers from a decade or more ago,…read moreThen this is your place. 100%, all beef, thick, fresh, hand patted patty with fresh, crisp toppings and none of that added soy filler crap like the majority of burgers are these days. It's hard to tell from the pics and usually single patty burgers are so thin but I'm glad I ordered the single patty option instead of the double one because the patty was thick and was what one would make at home for a cookout. Plenty of burger for me. The fries are hand cut in store from potatoes on demand. No frozen premade burgers or fries. Read an article about this place being run by the man who used to run it when it was a back yard burger. Apparently he's a long time Benton native and his dad opened the Wendy's that is on military then they went with BYB and now he's running the BYB as Moodys. So don't sleep on this place. I like knowing I am Supporting small business and can stand behind the fresher, more natural food options too. I didn't take a pic of the chicken sandwich my teen got but she said it was better than most she's tried. Actual real chicken breast meat not the breaded processed fake chicken patty a lot of places offer.

This lets you know it's very "family friendly." Ambiance of the space is nice. I'll say three steps up, above "basic." It's very on "theme" with the "Orange" concept. Albeit my waitress was good, she didn't know WHY the restaurant was called "The Big Orange," or what it meant. That's an "onboarding" oversight. So, apparently they cook to order, as I ordered prior to beginning this review, and it has yet to arrive. I like that. I ordered the "Breakfast Burger." I'm pissed because I didn't tell her, (and she didn't ask), the temperature I wanted it to be. It came well done!! I HATE well done. I'm sure it would have been phenomenal had it been medium rare, the way I love my burgers. Oh well. Lesson learned.
