They downsized my drink and didn't put the modified toppings on the tacos. I ordered three soft shell tacos and they didn't put barely any cheese on them either. read more

Taco Bell - Soft Taco - Fast Food Near Me - Little Rock, Arkansas

The nachos tasted like they were days old and, for the second time the "cheese" dip was more water than cheese. It seems this location may be watering down their "cheese" to save money. It's disgusting. The Dorito tacos were good, though. That's why they get 2 stars instead of one. read more

Not too bad as far as fast food goes. The very first time I ate at this location the chips where just turning rancid, figured maybe they don't empty the chip bin every and it was getting close to the bottom. Every other time i have eaten here the food has been fresh (relative) and hot. Staff is friendly even if sometimes hard to understand. As long as they keep up the quality I'll keep coming back. read more

I constantly struggle with the WORST service here at Taco Bell on Markham in Little Rock. The employees are lazy & close the facility well before the hours say they are closed. They don't want to serve or work especially at night. I am currently here & I've watched 6 cars leave because they are claiming the system isn't working. This is one of their many stories here for customers like me and my friends who live new by. Something needs to be done.... they will be smoking outside as we drive in, mess my order up, not take my order at all, not even open the window when 20-30 mins until they should be closing. Get it together... read more

Idk if I got lucky or what but just went to this location and am extremely impressed. Staff was super friendly and quick. Also, whoever made my food clearly knows what their doing because it was the best Taco Bell I've had in quite a while. Great experience read more

So disappointed with my enchiritos. Very little sauce a no cheese. I paid $17 for four of them. Someone needs to teach their employees how to make them. This Taco Bell is across from UAMS. read more

Raising the minimum wage was a mistake. The assholes weren't busy (I wonder why), made me wait in the lot for my food, and thought it was appropriate to serve this as a meal. Preschoolers could've done a better job. Don't waste your money or time here. read more

Taco Bell - I've made more appetizing things in the bathroom. Bean Burrito - Fast Food Near Me - Little Rock, Arkansas

They really just give you whatever they want. I ordered a grill cheese burrito w chicken instead of steak bc I'm allergic, and it was steak & not even a grill cheese burrito. I'm never going here again. Get new employees or something bc I'm so sick now due to their lack of just preparing an order. read more

Honestly annoyed. "Freeze machine is down" lol ok mcdonalds. Asked for The crunch wrap supreme and a cheese quesadilla and received a chicken quesadilla and the smallest saddest crunch wrap supreme I've ever eaten.. it just was missing any flavor I could taste literally lettuce and tomato and that was it. read more

Worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bell's. Needs a completely new staff and apparently a new computer system. Extreme poor customer service. Don't go here. read more

Lived here for 4 years. Consistently poor management, terrible customer service and a disgrace to Taco Bell. The two workers ran to the men and womens restroom and stayed there so we couldn't get our food (I knocked and they said "hold up"). I consistently get wrong orders and poor service. A disgrace to the town read more

This place SUCKS. I have been three times now and every time SUCKS. I can't actually tell you how the food was for two of the times because they claimed to be on "shift change and it will be 20 min before any orders can be taken". Once was at midnight and once at 7:50pm. The only time I have gotten food here they left the cheese out of a CHEESE roll up and left the potatoes out of a bowl of fiesta POTATOES. Put a lid on an empty cup and served it. How high do you have to be to serve an empty cup! Come on, folks. It's not rocket science. Get it together. read more

I figured it was time for someone to write a more updated review. Here is my review in a nutshell...this place is bad. Just don't go here. Let me start off by saying, I am a Taco Bell connoisseur. I know it is gross to some people and I don't care because I love it. I even bought my best friend stock in the company because she and I both love it so much. I would never allow her to patronize this particular location. I have visited many Taco Bells in my days and this one is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of driving thru. For starters, they only stay open until 10:30 PM. Where the heck is fourth meal?! What self-respecting Taco Bell closes earlier than some real restaurants in town? It is shameful. If that wasn't bad enough, the workers turn the lights off and pretend to be closed starting around 10 PM. By 10:15 PM they are out the door, leaving you to drive up at 10:20 PM, starving and needing to scratch an itch than only a Doritos Loco Taco can scratch. Imagine my despair when this happened, not once....not twice...but THREE times to me. WHY ARE THE HOURS LISTED NOT THE HOURS THE BUSINESS IS OPEN?! It is mind boggling. Additionally, I have never, and I mean NEVER, EVER, NOT ONE TIME received my full correct order. I don't understand it. It has ranged from forgetting to give me any sauce, even though I have asked repeatedly, to leaving out over half of the items ordered. If you do find yourself ordering food here, ALWAYS double check your order before driving off. After a year and a half hiatus, my husband and I recently found ourselves starving around 10 PM. We hauled booty over to this Taco Bell, knowing that the 10:30 PM time is bogus. We made it by 10:10 PM. They already had the lights off, but were willing to take our order. After we placed our order, they informed us that they were out of beans. At a Taco Bell. LOL. Crisis averted though, because I knew we ordered nothing that contained beans. When my husband told the worker this, she said yes you did, so we told her to make the food bean-less. After that, I guess we both forgot what we were up against, so we just drove off after receiving our food. When we got home, about half of the order was missing. I was so livid that I called and explained to them what happened. The only positive I can say is that the worker wasn't rude (wasn't polite either) and she did stay to give us the missing items. Oh and yeah, I definitely looked up the items we ordered....none are made with beans. I guess they don't know or can't even follow the recipes given to them by their corporation. Sad. So, like I said, the old reviews still remain true. Don't go here. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Little Rock, Arkansas

See all

I hate this place. I haven't been there in probably about a year, but I've sworn it off due to the utter incompetency of the people who work there. One time it took them 25 minutes to give me my order of two pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes....and everything was just sitting there, pre-made! I can't explain it by the busy lunch hour, cuz it definitely wasn't. The people there are slow and really don't care. The same establishment also being a taco bell also doesn't help. I don't know how you screw up such standardized food, but this location definition does somehow. It sucks so bad, I can't explain in words how bad their food turns out. Taco bell doesn't turn out the best quality food, and this location is probably two notches down than average establishments. NO MATTER HOW HUNGRY YOU ARE....DO NOT GO! read more

Absolutely the slowest drive through of any fast food restaurant I've been to. A 25 minute wait for a basic order. Nothing special that would require them To take that long. Then FINALLY they bring my Order out and it was wrong. They threw in a couple Of extra tacos but a 25 minute wait for fast food is crazy. Never again at location read more

This is the absolute worst restaurant I've ever visited. The restaurant is absolutely filthy, the employees are rude, the service moves at a snail's pace (even when nobody else is there, which is most of the time), and they NEVER get your order right. By never, I mean that on 100% of my visits, my order was either missing an item or contained an incorrect item (like a "beef" burrito instead of a chicken burrito). Sadly, I have visited more than a few times because this dump is near my home. At night, there are all sorts of questionable people hanging out in the parking lot doing questionable things. This includes the employees. Whoever owns this place should truly be ashamed; it is a disgrace. If you ever eat here, make sure you get a side of Penicillin with your meal. read more

I love this location, but I'm giving it 2 stars because it keeps closing early, before it's listed closing time. I work in a restaurant as well and I make orders up to the minute we close, it's my job. If you're not doing enough business, then change your listed hours please. read more

This place has been the slowest in LR for over 20 years. Food is... Taco Bell. Not a Michelin star but do not understand why ownership can't fix speed. Plan on at least ten minutes in drive hru every time. read more

First let me say these people clearly do not know the menu. There is no customer service, the uncleanliness is remarkable(I have no idea how the health inspector keeps them open), there was hair all over the food. Like others have said, save yourself the money, time, and sanity before thinking about coming to this location. read more

I've had some problems with this location in the past, but I had a really pleasant visit two days ago. I went in around 6:00 and was greeted by multiple workers. My order was complete, everyone was polite, and the food was good. Not sure what else I could need from a Taco Bell. Hope they can keep this up. read more

I ordered a chicken nachos box through the drive thru on my lunch hour. When I got to work, I had received Steak nachos. When I called Taco Bell, I was told that if I could not bring my order back right now that "there is nothing we can do for you!" Do not waste your time going to this place as they do not have great customer service when they are the ones that were in the wrong!! read more
