This place was unbelievable; we have never been in a worse fast food franchise. The floors were filthy the tables were dirty, the soda/water/ice machine wasn't working, the staff were struggling to keep up and not well formed. So far worst Wendy's I have been too. Even the simple things were rough here I ordered on the app to make it nice and simple but even that seemed hard. When I got my food I asked for the Frosty-ccino that I was needed still since he said I was all set. He looks at the computer for a few min then says yep there it is. He pours creamer over the ice and walks to the cooler and pours coffee into it and hands it to me. No frosty at all was added to it. This is the second time I was here and the first time they messed up my food order so that is why I tried the app this second time but still a sub par performance and service from this location. read more

Earlier today, my boyfriend and I went to this location to get a snack and a drink. Everything tasted fine and went great at first. Later that night, after all the ice melted, we looked over to see a crushed up and USED LOOKING lid in the bottom of the cup!! What in the hell? Called and complained and got a insincere apology. Food was not just unacceptable, it was not edible.... After a waiting for 10 minutes to be waited on, and another 20 minutes to get our "hot Fresh" food, we found our food to be cold and simply not edible. While waiting in line to order we observed the manager sitting in the lobby doing paper work, three people working behind the counter cooking (?) taking orders (?) or bagging. The vehicles waiting in line were lined up all the way to the highway entrance. While we were waiting to order, the manager got up, put her paperwork in a folder, walked behind the counter and removed one of the young ladies working and said to the remaining two crew members she was taking her home. She left this store with two young adults by themselves as she drove away. In contrast, The Wendy's in Lake Orion has never failed to provide us with great food and service. I don't how say this politely, but here goes. This Wendy's seems to run by the functional equivalent of kindergartners. Even the managers seems to be in over their heads. The dining room stinks like old rotten gym socks. The floors are so greasy that you slip and slide everywhere. I don't get how a national chain restaurant could be so bad. But it is. read more

The chicken nuggets gave me food poisoning. I went through the drive thru around lunch hour yesterday and I ordered the ten piece regular nugget meal. The fries were good and my peach lemonade was amazing. But the chicken nuggets did look a tad sketchy. They were moist in certain spots and had lost breading in the spots they were moist. I didn't think much of it at the time but for the rest of the day I was feeling sick to my stomach. This morning I woke up sweating in an air conditioned house and had to run to the bathroom multiple times through out the day. My mom who works in the medical field said it was food poisoning and that I'm lucky that I have a strong immune system. I still dont feel great but I know for a fact that I wont be eating at this Wendy's again read more

All of the people who work here are rude as hell and don't actually pay attention when taking orders. I asked for no mayo or tomato on my burgers due to an allergy and when I opened the bag to check my food it had everything on it still and had to drive back 10 minutes just to get it corrected. read more

Absolutely terrible experience I went there ordered some chili cheese fries with just shredded cheese on them and the number one I get home which is less than 2 minutes away everything is ice ice cold like seriously ice cold not just exaggerating so I go to call the phone number to tell them I'm headed back if I could just get some more hot fries and hot food and the phone it's busy I call back 10 minutes later the line is still busy and find out that they keep the phone off the hook due to all the complaints ridiculous sad experience read more

Rude staff, have never been consistently treated terrible at a business-especially fast food- you are literally dealing with someone for 30 seconds if you cannot smile or act like the customer isnt a hassle then you shouldnt be working with them. read more

Is it this locations policy to just give whatever sandwich they feel like regardless of what was ordered? Because I'm having trouble figuring out what part of "no lettuce no onion please" sounded like "no mayo no mustard extra lettuce and no onion please"? That, on top of receiving a hard stale bun and a cold burger. I just wish it was the only time this had happened, instead it seems to be the decision of this particular location to operate this way. read more
