Wendy's has changed for the worst over the last few years. Bad customer service , small portions of food and high price. What happened?

Unacceptable. Gross. Yuk. Ordered ahead on the app for curbside. It took 10 minutes to bring it out. When I arrived there was an employee on break out front... 10min later, he brought my food out. No mask 6/26/21. Inside my child's kid meal, the chicken nugget carton has schmutz on it. The water bottle was COVERED in more schmutz. I had to wipe my hands and tried cleaning it off but it was so nasty I just put it in a plastic bag to throw out. Trash overflowing out the can. Bad experience. read more

What was weird is that the first thing they said to us was they only take cash, no credit card. My friend ordered a chicken sandwich. She noticed there was no lettuce, so when she went to the counter to ask, they said there is a nation wide recall. Fair enough. She came back and started eating it. The bread was really stale. She had a stomachache for the rest of the day. My dollar cheese burger was cooked so well done that the patty was dried out. My fries were not plump either, but rather dry. The service was fine, but I just don't understand how you can mess up this kind of food. We also had to wipe down our own table. There were a bunch of boxes covering the counter where we ordered and paid, which also seemed odd. read more

We pulled up to order this evening (Sept. 27, 2019 at 6:09pm) the woman representative was extremely rude and rushed us to make our order. It's 6:22pm and we are still sitting at the window where we paid. We received drinks 8 minutes ago and my husband didn't receive a receipt. We have not received any update on our order. We heard yelling and impatience from the crew inside. It's 6:25 and we're finally leaving with our food. I gave two stars only because our order was correct. read more

This place deserves ZERO stars. We pulled in for some (fast) food before heading back home and the drive thru line took 30 minutes before we even got to order. Once we got to the ordering machine the lady asked us to "please wait" and then 10 more minutes went by. I asked how much longer it would take and they said they were prioritizing curb-side orders so they were unsure. Overall we waited 45 minutes for this trash. Highly recommend you avoid this waste of time establishment. read more

Did mobile order for dining room pick up! All doors locked! Someone was right by the door and they continued to look at there phone and did not acknowledge me! Than I had to google number and call them! Requested me to go through drive-thru but my husband was on a conference call with work that's why I requested in store pick up! On a quest for soccer cleats for my youngest son. Ended up stopping at Wendy's for a bite to eat. Had we found those cleats I think I would have kicked all the employees at Wendy's in their backside. We waited 20 minutes for our order and the 100 choices soda dispenser was down to about 4 weird flavors that nobody in their right mind would ever drink. Customers would walk in and after a few minutes in line would leave. One customer ordered then after waiting 10 minutes demanded their money back. The manager was in the back chatting away with the 2 or 3 cook staff and a young gal who never dealt with irate customers before was left to tend the register. And instead of apologizing to customers (which she probably wasn't trained to do) she copped an attitude and just made customers madder. I do not recommend this location to anyone. read more

The parking lot is strewn with trash. The landscaping around the parking area was a wreck. The outside storage unit desperately need paint. The food served at the drive through had not just been cooked. Our burgers were cold, our fries were cold. The sauce I'd asked for to go with my chicken nuggets (also cold) wasn't provided. Not a good experience. Slow and unorganized service, poorly trained employees, and an understaffed prep area. Not a good experience. The store was in ok shape, though there were tables that needed to be wiped. Trash was emptied, unlike some of the reviews already posted. We were in from out of town, and it was something we just thought we would do - visit a Wendy's. We hadn't been to one in a while. This Wendy's needs to get on the ball. I'm from out of town and went twice with mess up both times. First time they didn't give me the right sandwich and the second time they were out of frosties. Wrong sandwiches after correcting them three times on what sanwuch we meant because they dont know what numbers their sandwiches are, cold fries, long drive thru wait. Asked for barbecue and ranch and got a single ranch. Guy working drive thru pretty much forced me to get a triple burger because when I said no he kept asking if I want a triple instead of letting me continue my order. When I pulled up to the window they're just sitting there talking and told me to hang on and preceeded to talk to each other for three minutes. Wouldn't even take my card while they were talking. Worse drive thru. Went there at lunch today. Couldnt understand person on their intercom system. Either the person wasnt speaking clearly or it wasnt working. Pulled up to pick up window to place order. Told it would take 6 minutes to make a spicy chicken sandwich. Didnt want to wait. Ordered basic burger that took almost as long. Burger wrapper looked like it had been wrapped and unwrapped several times. Very sloppily made. No one else at drive thru and about 6 cars in parking lot. Should've had better service. Haven't been to this Wendys in a while due to bad service and long wait time. Nothing has changed. Will not return. read more

Very dissatisfied with the service, dining area, and staff. Trash cans overflowing while the condiments and utensils were out. Very understaffed and customer service training needed it seemed. Had staff playing games in the back while the line formed. Once you placed your order than you had to wait an additional 15 minutes. This was the worst Wendy's I have ever been to! The older counter lady was very rude and forgetful!! The food was ice cold!! People were complaining that they were missing items! One man came back to complain that the chicken wrap was raw. They gave him another one not even apologetic!! The trays were dirty! It's hard to believe this location is still in business. So first I was waiting for 15 minutes then a women took our order.We were waiting for 20 minutes finally we asked the manager and the manager asked the girl that took her order and she though some one already gave us the order because apparently her friend worked there and they did not care about people waiting.So after that we finally got our order and the manager gave us a free cookie and milkshake.but the girls didn't even care.The manager was a very polite gentalman,just not the girls. read more

I would give them a no star rating if I could. Service is super slow regardless of how many cars are in the line and it always takes forever to get your food. Drive through cameras don't seem to be turned on so they can't see if someone is here. read more

Mediocre-to-subpar experience. We pulled up and had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come onto the intercom even though the it was empty. Next, we ordered a chili, fires and baked potato to which they proceeded to tell us they ran out of baked potato. We then had to wait about 10 minutes for the order to be ready as they were making new fries which was much appreciated however, when the chili was opened it was all lumpy and there was no liquid in the container. Just lumps of meat. Definitely the bottom of the barrel, which they could have at least told us and we would have ordered something else. Not coming back here again. read more

I ordered my food and went to get ketchup and napkins as my order was put together. I placed 3 ketchup cups on my tray and the older woman behind the counter (who was training someone) preceded to lecture me on why I wasn't supposed to put the ketchup on the tray!? I had my 2 year old with me. I already had my hands full with him. She continued harping on it but got my sandwich wrong and forgot my drink. I asked her for my cup and as she placed it on the tray she said "see! Its a tight squeeze, next time don't put things on the tray." There won't be a next time. My first experience with their mobile ordering failed to meet my already low expectations, as with most other apps I checked in upon arriving and skipped the line. Three other customers were waited on before I was acknowledged only to be told "2 minutes on the tenders" after waiting over 10 minutes for my food I was offered nothing but a sorry from the cashier who was in over her head. I will not only never mobile order from Wendy's but will never visit this location which had been a frequent lunch break spot. Also the 2 minutes on the tenders was to make me only 2 fresh ones instead of giving me 4 fresh ones. Is your bottom line that bad you can't throw out 2 tenders?! read more

After I work a 12 hour shift all I want is a chicken salad, as I order my food the guy tells me it will be a wait for the chicken I let him know it's okay and I'll wait, as I proceed to the window to pay and pick up my food, the drive through window is wide open while lil Wayne is playing, employees running back and fourth past the window but not one stops to take my money as the manager proceeds to the window all that is done is the window being shut. After waiting patiently and I mean patiently my money WAS NEVER TAKEN and my food WAS NEVER GIVEN TO ME. I always treat employees with respect but my patience was very low at this place. This Wendy's was not very cash money. John was very disrespectful, I was trying to get barbecue sauce for my nuggies and there was sauce packets that were already opened in there. And then he yelled at me when I asked for barbecue sauce because he took it from me when I was trying to get some. And then he had the audacity to yell and say is this your food. So this was my first and the last time in this place. How can I start..... I ordered two baconators burgers with fries and soda and the cashier was using her headphones when she was taking my order and when I got my order it was totally wrong because she gave to me two baconator fries instead of what I actually ordered. Plus that the ordered took MAD long to be damn ready and I think you guys have to do something about this because It was getting crazy back there. read more

Went in last night with my son and stood in line for over 15 minutes. Watched as 3 people left without their entire orders, as well as people walking out because the line wasn't moving. Old man taking orders doesn't pay attention and I had to reiterate my order, as I could see he had it wrong on the screen. Then they almost didn't give me my entire order! To top it off, he found it necessary to write a snarky comment in the name section of our receipt. Chili was watery and had burnt chunks of burger in it. Overall horrible experience. I've only eaten at this location once before, and it was a pretty similar experience! I have no doubt that if this wasn't in a tourist area, it would be shut down for lack of customers because nobody would want to go there. Don't waste your time or money, this location is horrible. If I could give this hole a minus10 rating I would. My wife and I stopped in to get a quick bite to eat Saturday March 7th around 730pm I ordered the Baconater meal she ordered a baked potato with chili and cheese. Our food took 15 minutes to come out. When we opened the bags we found she was given french fries with chili and cheese. Honest mistake on the staffs part or so I thought. When I went to the counter to tell the person who took our order about the mistake I was told sorry but the baked potatoes are going to take 50 minutes to make so I could wait if I wanted to. I said I wasn't interested in hanging out to wait for a potato. I then asked for my money back andi was ignored. At this point another customer's order came out. The customer checked his order it to was wrong. He placed the sandwich down on the counter and questioned the cashier about the mistake. The cashier then picked the sandwich up slammed it down on the counter and started yelling at the customer saying and I quote don't throw the food down I ain't no joke I'm from the city I ain't no country boy like you. Not sure what that meant but whatever. Meanwhile I'm standing at the counter with 2 other customers. I asked again about getting my money back and I was ignored again. The cashier continued to berate the other customer while his co-workers looked on. At this point I decided to cut my losses. I left all the food we had ordered on the counter and we walked out. First off I should have bailed on this dump right after we ordered. We walked into the dining area and found it to be filthy and unkept. The counter where the napkins and soda lids are kept was littered with trash, the tables were dirty the floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in days or longer. Just an all around mess and a total disregard for the customer. I am a supervisor at my job and if my crew acted in the manor these employees acted they would have been shown the door immediately. It would be considered animal cruelty to bring a pack of dogs to this place. I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's to my worst enemy. Please avoid this place at all costs. read more

I've patronized this Wendy's twice, and both times it was lacking. The first time was drive-thru, and the service was unprofessional/lousy. The second time was in the summer, and there were flies buzzing all around the dining room. Maybe not their fault, but still unappetizing. They also ran out of baked potatoes. read more
