They want you to buy a $2 bottle of water full of microplastics? Done with this chain for good. If they were worried about customers stealing soda I get that. So one random night we came here and what I will say is they have a bunch of great values for different dinners or combos so I guess you get what you pay for but when it comes to flavor it really is just a mid piece of chicken. So I totally got a dinner box that came with 3 pieces, my choice of onion rings, and a piece of bread of this I must say the chicken was totally piping hot when I got it so that definitely was a factor of it being the better part of the meal but those onion rings were just terrible bland and frozen nothing special makes me wish I had ordered something else and the bread was just a roll nothing crazy but still made nice to add pieces of pulled off chicken to it and an onion rings to make a chicken sandwich along with some of their hot sauce drizzled on top! Overall the price is good for the amount of food you get chicken was hot but needs flavor and they were super busy but still helping everyone so I'll take that as a plus but would I go back that's a big nope as I'm really picky when it comes to fried chicken as I've had some of the best of the best!

My wife and I were leaving the timeshare briefing and while heading to the outlet stores I noticed a White Castle restaurant, my wife didn't see it until I told her and she immediately wanted to stop and get some food ( I did as well ) so of course we stopped on the way back from the outlet stores before heading back to the Hilton resort we were staying in. The cheeseburger sliders weren't as hot as we wanted it them or should I say as hot as they should've been! We would and will return to White Castle because this is a childhood favorite restaurant growing up in NYC!.

The place looks almost exactly the same as it did the first time I came here. They are right near a train stop and there is one accessible space outside the building. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, but it is limited. The menu here has changed a little bit over the years, but they still have all the Chicago favorites that I enjoy. I've never had a problem with anything. I have had to eat here and that does keep me coming back. The people that work here are always friendly and they strive to make sure you get a good meal.
