Everything else was correct and I checked the slip that was included with my order and sure enough there was no listing for grilled mushrooms on the slip or on my online receipt. I did notify the company who offered to send me a gift card if I would just confirm my email address I did this and of course heard nothing back from them. It's not like they're gonna lose me as a customer, but I will be much more wary to use the app to place orders from now on. The restaurant itself was very clean and well lit. There are accessible spaces near the entrance, but the entrance is not accessible. Thankfully, either are usually employees around who will get the door if somebody needs assistance or not in some cases. As I stated at the beginning I believe this is the first time a Five Guys has really messed up in order on me so I will be back. They do make some truly excellent food.
