This McDonald's is my go-to location I probably visit a little too often but with what's going on in my life sometimes I just need a breakfast or a lunch or a late night dinner when time is of the essence. Their drive-thru employees are always polite and fast. I have been going to McDonald's since I was a child and I've seen it go through many changes over the years and probably my most favorite thing of all now is using the mobile app. I love the ease of placing my order and being graded friendly by the drive-thru employees, normally by the time I get to the second window my food is ready and fresh and I am on my way. I also love that the app offers discounts and you can earn rewards for more free stuff. Many of the employees at this particular location have come to recognize me and it makes me feel like I have friends here I know that sounds crazy but they are kind and sweet and I love my McDonald's. read more

Instead of providing help, the manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and spoke down to my husband in a completely unprofessional manner. For someone in a leadership position, her behavior was unacceptable. A manager should set the example for professionalism, patience, and respect--especially during difficult situations. This experience showed the opposite. I left feeling not just disappointed, but truly disrespected. The food was well cooked. When I walked in the were mopping and cleaning everything which was very nice. The workers are extremely kind and one of them even showed me how to take a survey to get free ice cream. This place is wonderful and well kept. read more

Food was hot and order was correct and came fast. My husband dropped his card and the lady gave him a wipe to sanitize it. We were surprised when she handed him the wipe and asked her what's it's for. She said "you dropped your card wipe it so you don't get germs and get sick, that was nice. Getting breakfast at a McDonald's is usually very time consuming and 7 times out of 10 not worth it. This McDonald's however, broke every stereotype. On our way to universal, a busy morning, we decide on some McDonalds Fraps. As we pull in we're greeted with an upbeat friendly hello,how are you. She carefully took our order, no rush, no harshness- this lady was all sunshine and rainbows. This kind of service started our morning out on the right foot creating the positive momentum we needed for the day! Not to mention the food was delicious. Our Griddles were neatly stacked-no cheese hanging over the side. Our frappes were ice cold and freshly made and stayed cold (I turned the AC down in 90° weather). The whip cream was filled to the top accompanied with a neatly drizzled Carmel (no Carmel dripping down the sides, and no sticky morning hands). Most surprisingly my hashbrown was not greasy; I didn't know a McDonald's could accomplish such a thing. We ordered, received our food, and left within 3 minutes. This has got to be one of the cleanest and well kept McDonald's I have ever been to. They have one person dedicated to keeping the dining area clean. She kept the drink and condiment station well kept and she was constantly wiping tables and sweeping the floors. I was definitely impressed. The food was good, the staff was friendly, and the order came out correct and in a timely fashion. We are from Canada so we don't normally have the McRib available or cheap chicken nuggets so of course we took advantage. It was worth it. read more

My go to anytime I go to Orlando and I'm rushing to get some breakfast in my body. Not the healthiest thing I can find but McDonald's is always there to provide the yummiest of coffee. This location is great. Very clean in the inside. The drive thru service is so quick and efficient. Didn't get my order wrong and it was a big order. Everything I asked for was hot and ready. My food tasted good along with the coffee. I went inside to get more napkins and that was about it. Gave me the chance to go on my merry way and make it to my designated theme park of the day on time. I always frequent whatever McDonald's is near but this one is a nice one. Approved! read more

Very close McDonald's near our hotel so we decided to stop by for a quick breakfast before going to Disney. We ordered through their self order machines, got a number, and sat down by the play area so Aubrey can play while we wait. Our food was brought to the table in less than 5 minutes. Everything was brought out the right way and hot. Aubrey loved the play area. We actually sat in the play area because since it's a very touristy location it is a rather busy McDonald's. Eventually I'll learn my lesson and stop coming here, but it's the only location with a playground in the area and that's the only positive thing about it. This location has been sub-par for years. Not too long ago they completely refurbished the inside giving it a nice modern look, but nothing changed as far as cleanliness and service. It doesn't matter what time of day or how busy they are, the inside is almost always messy, and the service is almost always extremely slow. read more

Very busy place but the auto order system makes it easy to run in and get what you want. The place was huge which makes it a fun meal for the kids. They have the variety soda machines, was clean and service was good. This is in an area close to the parks so its smart to grab something quick and cheap. read more

I came here because I was in town to run the Walt Disney World Marathon and I always eat at McDonald's before my races. It was located across the street from where I stayed. The dining area especially the drink dispenser station was a mess. Most of the time, the floors had trash. Otherwise, it's just your regular modern looking McDonald's with the same usual food menu on a fancy monitor display. Don't come here expecting fine dining and you should be fine. I thought that the deluxe quarter pounder was pretty nice since I normally get the Big Mac meal. read more

I will say normally this McDonald's is extremely slow, like be prepared for the drive through to take 15-25 minutes, however the other day I was pleased they gave me a free fry for having to wait only a few extra minutes for a coffee.
