Where's the beef? I get that beef is expensive now that we are living in a time of over paying and getting less, this is sad. The food cost $8.00 plus tax for the meal. A meal that perfect as a kids meal. It includes double stack, a jr bacon cheese burger , jr fries and a small drink. It's so tiny there absolutely zero beef on the bun. Sorry Wendys close if you can't afford to serve beef. The service is fast and as expected, what's surprising is the lack of product. This is why we don't eat out and we stop expecting anything worth buying. If you can't put more meat on a bun then stop serving it. read more

Stopped in for an apple pecan chicken salad, 6 ct nuggets, and 3 frosties. I ordered on the app, and everything was waiting for me. The salad looked a little messy but the chicken was fresh and there was tons of it. The lady at the counter was quick and pleasant. The bathroom and dining room were clean except for extremely sticky floors. It was the end of the day though so it's kind of not surprising. I was impressed with the 100% health score! read more

Great experience at Wendy's in Jasper, GA Fast, friendly service and good food. I was able to see everyone's smiles (no masks), which made for much better service. They had some tasteful Halloween decorations up. I tried the $1.99 Croissant with Bacon and Eggs...it was worth every penny, but I don't think I'd get one for full price. read more

Literally wont give you your full order and when you ask politely they argue with you, and when you request they watch their cameras to see they didn't give you your food, they refuse and you have to demand your food--fast food gaslighting, freaking weird. Placed a mobile order, after waiting in the drive thru line I was told that they never received my order and that I'd have to come inside to get it. Upon going in they told me they did not have one of the items I had purchased and that my order wasn't ready so I asked for a refund. The staff member working the front was very rude and had the IQ of a pixie stick. She got the manager who was just as much help and was unable to cancel the order/give me a refund because she "didn't know how". She then told me I'd have to contact my bank to have them cancel the transaction. Needless to say, I left with no food and 15$ poorer. read more

Have been buying Wendy's chili for years from the Jasper Wendy's as it is great chili. But last Sunday ( 1/31/21) I purchased 2 small chilis to go at about noontime to be eaten later that evening. When we opened the containers of chili at dinnertime we were stunned to see absolutely NO beans whatsoever in the chili and ,at best, one tablespoon of ground beef in each container. All the rest was broth! Essentially inedible. I am certain that Wendy's did not change the chili recipe so what I feel happened is that the employee ( a young blonde female) did not stir the chili at all and that the beans and meat had settled on the bottom of the pot. She just scooped from the top. I am taking the time to write this in hopes that management will stress the importance of thoroughly stirring the pot before scooping up the chili. Hopefully no-one else will have this very disappointing experience. read more

Hurt me to give one star. Got my mobile order wrong and when I called to fix it we were told we could get food replaced next day. Went back manager refused to give us the replacement food. The new food we ordered was messed us and they have us someone else's order. Continued to explain we called was told it would be fixed the manager threatened to cAll the police. Went there this morning 6/26/21, the chicken biscuit looked decent so I gave it a try. First bite I couldn't even get through the chicken. I take it back inside just to be told all the chicken is freezer burned and they are trying to cook through it. This is not cool as everyone in the Wendy's was aware of the situation. Disrespectful.
