We each ordered off the lunch menu- the Thai Chili Crunch and the Chimichanga. While the flavors of both were delicious, they were extremely rice laden. So many carbs. For my Thai dish, it really just made it look like there was a lot less chicken than expected. Per her suggestion, I added broccoli. Unfortunately it was $5 extra! There are tv's everywhere so expecting great conversation shouldn't be expected if you're dining with people who are prone to shiny things. The tv's showing people getting injured did laughs really is a negative distraction. If you're looking for a non-tv experience, go to the Canton location where the outdoor area is well-designed and the portions are more even. Overall, Lindsey made the experience great & since this is close, we'll return.

The staff is so friendly! Yes it's a chain but a good one with food sourced from quality farms. We were there late one night and I was noticing how the gals cleaned the restaurant. There were at least three different gals cleaning and one would clean the table and another would come along and clean the wall or the seats or the bottom of table! Yes! The bottom of the table! This way of cleaning I am sure is to better sanitize objects instead of having one filthy rag cleaning everything with it. If there was a window in that booth, it was cleaned. Honestly I have worked in restaurants and I have never seen any employees do this good at cleaning. I was thoroughly impressed. So come on people give them more stars. Got home and the tenders were TINY (first photo). Considering two 4-piece tender meals were $26, we were dissatisfied enough to send an email about it. They were nice enough to give us a $20 voucher that we honestly didn't expect to ever use because we don't live in the area anymore. Nevertheless, we decided to give Buffalo Luke's one more chance since we had the voucher and had to grab a quick meal on our way through the area once more. Ordered online for drive-thru pickup and were once again disappointed We found that they're now charging an extra $1 to have your tenders tossed in a sauce versus on the side? Seems ridiculous but we used to really enjoy their sauce so we paid for one meal to have it tossed and the other meal had it on the side. We got our order and made it to our destination without checking it (mistake on our end again). Opened the meals and neither meal had been tossed and the sauce that was supposed to be on the side was also missing. On top of that, without fail, the tenders were disappointingly small and dry (maybe the sauce that was left out is supposed to help with the dryness?). We'll never be going back here. I've had gas station frozen tenders that were miles better than the last two meals we've had here.

We waited 35 minutes for a table (which is fine BUT..) when they decided to seat a family of 4 before us that had only been there for 15 minutes. The family they were seating was even SO shocked that they looked at us and said no you guys were here first and apologized. When I asked the young waitress why she skipped us, she replied that the table was for 4. I expressed that it was not ok to skip over us and that we were not going to keep waiting while they continue to skip over us and that we would leave. She shrugged and said "Ok" while the short fat woman that was training her looked in our faces and loudly said "Oh well"! When we got in the car and I called for the manager, she first blamed us for leaving and then tried to blame the waitress in training.
