Came to drive thru about 5pm Friday September 19th 2025. Ordered a whopper combo and chicken strips for my dog. Whopper and fries were ok though the whopper obviously sat under a lamp for a while. Fries were fresh. Chicken strips were dry and hard, my dog wouldn't eat any of them. The lady at the window was an absolute sweetheart however, and gave my dog a pup cup and was very professional and friendly so I gave an extra star because of her. The food was good, me and my boyfriend come here a lot for casual dates because we loove us some BK, and our food was out super quick! which was great considering we were on a time crunch. And the music they play is phenomenal as always, very good for just a casual cheap hang out. However every single table was disgusting They didnt have anyone cleaning tables, nobody came out to clean up the whole 30-40 minutes we were there. I live 7 minutes from BK. My burger when I got home was 71 degrees. I know this because I used my thermometer. As soon as I handled this burger it felt like it came out of Titanic water. My fries sucked, they are ice cold and my chicken fries were so floppy and bendy I swear they weren't cooked either. Must be a BK full of morons who can't even use a timer read more

Yoooo, these guys don't care at all. Sat in the drive thru line for like 20 minutes before I decided to park. Not any better inside. Sat at the register for 5 minutes before anybody came over to help. And guess what? As soon as I started ordering, the girl taking my order started looking at her watch. She looked back up after I was done and said, "what was that?" Are you kidding me? Then get this, I said my order again. Easy peasy order too. Double cheeseburger, plain, and a small fry. She didn't even get that when she was paying attention. She thought I said two double cheeseburgers. Then the guy waiting on his order finally got it. He looked in the bag and said, "these are supposed to be combos, where are the fries?" Who I assume to be the manager said, "didn't come with fries on my screen so I didn't know." No worries, should be an easy fix. Just give the guy some fries. Nope. Manager goes over to the register and tells the guy it's gonna be $2.50 for fries. Guy said forget it and walked out. Writing this as I wait for my order. Let's see if they can get a double cheeseburger and fries right. Place is clean though. Got that going for them. read more

It's Burger King...not the Ritz Carlton. ;-) They do a good job for what they offer - Friendly staff, fast service. The HVAC was acting up, so they put a sign on the door letting people know before walking in. A Menu Screen was down, but things happen. read more

Horrible costumer service. They were very rude and cussing/yelling. One worker just stood there watching everyone make food.

i went through the drive through and the cashier was very rude. she sounded snarky and rushed my whole order at the speaker. i pull up to the window and she said nothing to me and started shoving drinks in my face while taking another order.my food was good. but i suggest getting nicer people for sure! read more

I would leave a 0 star review if I could. I used their app to do a mobile order. When I got to the drive thru, I told them I had a mobile order, to which the lady replies "please god don't let it be a lot of stuff". I had 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks, mozerella sticks, and 2 desserts. I personally feel like that's not to ton. She then goes (over the headset) "oh my god. That's a ton, pull forward." I'm a little flabbergasted at this point with the lack of customer service skills we have going on. I get to the window where she goes "so the chocolate milkshake. No bueno. Ain't got no ice cream." I then asked to just cancel the order. I was done. I asked them how to cancel the order and get a refund to which they have no idea how. I then get on the app to cancel the order and there's no way to. I fill out their little "ask questions here" thing, and I am talking with AI. At this point I go into the restaurant to ask for a refund, and the manager tells me he can't do that. That this store is a franchise and the app is a whole part of the company. I did finally get an email back from Burger King saying they would refund my card, but I will never be back to this location. read more

A patron was waiting in the drive through when she felt her sugar drop. As a diabetic she knew she needed to ingest something quickly. The line was too long at the drive though and after safely parking she came inside to a worker close to the counter packing an order. This patron asked for assistance and stated she was diabetic and needed a hamburger as her sugar was low. This worker gave patron a look of digest and attempted to ignore patron while patron was pleading for assistance. When her order was finally placed the same worker proceeded to take the orders of two different parties while the patron having a diabetic episode almost lost consciousness. At this point patron was pleading for assistance from one of the other two workers cooking and preparing orders to please help her before they would have to call paramedics because she was about to pass out. These two workers seemed confused by this patrons medical emergency but the one manning the drive through finally gave her food. This behavior is worrying and I hope it is addressed and the proper parties are educated on what medical emergencies are and how to handle them properly and compassionately. Scared to death! Stopped in on the way back from a nice lunch at the Carriage House, downtown Jasper, to grab a refreshing drink. Beforehand my daughter and I used the restroom and she uses a cane, with a thick rubber base. When entering the handicapped stall, she fell, hard, on the floor. It's a surface like we have never seen before...and it was NOT wet with any substance! She managed to get up with my support, but then when we were leaving the restroom, she nearly fell again, but I caught her before she went to the ground. It was so unsettling. Hoping NO ONE ELSE experiences this...we're out to eat a lot and have NEVER had an experience like this!! read more

Do not attempt to go to this Burger King's drive-thru after 11 o'clock. Though their website says it is open until midnight, and company wide they are open until midnight, they will ignore you and turn off the lights. read more

Drive thru was pretty fast, order was correct, food was fresh and hot. Can't ask for much more in a fast food joint.
