Cause that's a reason why food looks and tastes burnt. We paid, left a tip and went to another restaurant in Iron Mountain to wash away the taste of what we just experienced. I know this resort is up for sale and all I can say is to the new owner willing to pay the $4million price tag. Please focus on this restaurant and kitchen experience immediately.
