It's a Saturday night at 8:50 so the places doesn't close for over an hour, we questioned this because while pulling in we noticed through the windows that all the chairs were already up on the tables. As we were walking in there were 15+ bags of garbage sitting out by the trash can and all the employees except 1 were standing by the front door talking with people who weren't even employees like it was a college party or something. I get called up and asked what I wanted I proceed to say two bowls, both wanting white rice but them saying they don't have enough white rice for both, this continued to be the trend, them being out of everything, I truthfully think they had all the stuff but just didn't want to make anymore because of being extremely lazy and incompetent, in replace of the green sauce I just chose guac because of the fact that it's about all they had left and this man preceded to put so much guac on the top of my bowl to fill in the emptiness of the bowl. When I got home and attempted to choke down this god awful meal I noticed the guac itself wasn't even guac for the most part it was literal chunks of avocado. This was by far one of the worst meals I've ever consumed and that's saying something being from hazleton because most of the meals suck. I would rather never eat again than consume anything chipotle has to offer again. Items that they were out of white rice (after 1 bowl), pico, fajita veggies, green salsa, lettuce. Obviously they were just too lazy to go make more and just wanted to say they were out of it. I'll never be returning to this chipotle and I'll be sure to spread the word

If you say you close at a certain time, then stay the fuck open until that time. Simple. And the craziest part is I wasn't even ordering a bunch of complicated shit. I wanted ONE goddamn caramel frappe. One fucking drink. That's it. Somehow even that was impossible because apparently this location can't handle doing the bare minimum. I swear every time somebody wants food late at night there's always some bullshit excuse. "System's down." "Machine's broken." "We're closed early." It's always some dumb crap. Meanwhile the hours online are still sitting there lying to everybody like a joke. This whole experience was irritating as fuck. I wasted my drive for absolutely nothing and left annoyed because your location can't get its shit together. Either stay open during your posted hours or change the damn hours online so people don't keep getting screwed over for trying to buy a fucking frappe. Embarrassing.

We shared a root beer--fountain beverages always add to our meal! And we had 2 crunchy beef tacos. You lost a star for having sour cream on the 2 tacos. I specifically stated no sour cream when ordering, and I asked for it on the side only. One of us eats sour cream and the other doesn't. I could not eat an entire taco because of the abundance of sour cream. Please pay close attention to special requests.
