For a fast food restaurant they were busy, but they did not slack on service. The girl who took my order was very nice and had a smile on her face as if she really enjoyed her job. The place was cleaner than most Wendy's I've been to. The food was made the way it should be and correctly. The temperature of the food was warm and my fries were not soggy. This Wendy's said they were open until 1am. They had no food to serve at 12:44 am. I went to the window and the staff was HIDING!! I called and they said they couldn't help us and they had no food to give us. So why would you say you are open until 1am and not serve food until 1am? Sorry but clearly your staff isn't worried about your customers or adhering to the hours on the door. That's pretty disgusting. What else does your staff do that doesn't adhere to the rules or what you put on your signs? False advertising is a horrible business practice. I will not be going to this establishment again no matter what hour it is. And I will be telling everyone my experience. Maybe you should check in on your staff to make sure they are doing their job. read more

yes the service can be slow but the food is consistent... Today it's 2 outside and the doors are broken and closing sloooooow... So it's real cold in the dining area. On the opposite side the door handles are broken. Something tells me maintenance is not high on the list here.... I hope that doesn't transfer to the sanitation! Wouldn't take much to fix the issues... Someone just needs to recognize and address. We will not be back in the cold. read more

I asked for barbecue... THEY GAVE ME ONE BARBECUE INSTEAD OF SEVERAL. We also specifically asked for ranch and didn't receive any. Workers need to focus and do better. I hate to give terrible reviews. But every single person that has commented on this Wendy's is correct. THE SLOWEST service ever. We stopped here due to the fact that it's right off the highway on our way home from a trip. It's supposed to be a fast food place and the last thing you want to do it be waiting for a long time to even get your order when you just want to get home. They could not get our order correct, were understaffed or just extremely slow. I would have rather eaten at the BK at the gas station instead! That's how bad this place was. Go elsewhere! read more

I worked here for a bit and it's not so bad. It's fast food, and the employees generally don't care about their job, but you can't expect much more. the food is just like it is at every other Wendy's, and nothing is really prepared in a sketchy way. The restaurant is usually pretty clean. read more
