The phone call in question? She told us the order was NEXT--so she flat out lied to us either on the phone or by saying she 'had to stop making it'. Which one is it? Guess she can't keep her story straight either. Apparently she should stop working customer service if she cannot be polite with MILDLY frustrated customers.
