I ordered through the app and got the store to pick up my food, I got to the window this girl handed me out drinks and then I guy comes over and just swings my food to me then just walks away. I pulled forward and check the bag I was missing a Medium fry I told my gf to go inside and tell them, she came out with the fry and told me the guy who handed me our food would not give her the fry even after showing him the receipt, she asked to speak with the manager and he told her he will let it slide this time. After we got home we pulled out our food we ordered two 10pc spicy nuggets and a jr cheese burger, well one of the nuggets only had six nugget in it and the other had eight. I called the store to talk to the manager and she said she could only replace six nugget since that was the quantity missing, I told her about the guy who was rude and not wanting to give us the fry and she explained she would talk to the employee, I told her I was a General Manager and a restaurant that's only then she wanted to help and replace the meal I told her I wanted to speak with her General Manager bc this is not customer service, as a manager you she want your customers to come back and eat at the establishment, she then offered to replace the whole meal and I told her no that I would be speaking with her General Manager, worst customer service ever by the employee and the Manager. read more

Every time they never get my order right and so slow at the drive through even when slow. How do they continue to forget the napkins or ask if you need anything more when giving you your food. No complaints, actually they did better than any other Wendy's I have visited in a long time. I was not here during peak time but there were other customers in the location when I arrived. I was able to place my order quickly with no problem. I gathered my ketchup, drink, and napkins and then found a clean table inside the dining room. My order was called in three or four minutes after I ordered. It was accurate and correct. FOOD: My food was fresh, hot and good. The fries were hot as if they just were taken out of the fryer. SERVICE: The service was good, I was greeted when my turn in line came up to order. My order was taken promptly and I paid with no issues. My food was preparted quickly and my order was received accurately. CLEANLINESS: It has been some time since I visited a Wendy's location that had a clean dining room, tables were wiped down, floors were not sticky or littered. The drink station and condiments area were clean and well stocked. My experience was great and nothing less than five stars. I wish more Wendy's were like this! read more

Visited this location in Sept last year. Went in to order and the employees were all in the back. It took them about 10 minutes to ackowledge me. As I was waiting I noticed all of the flies living their best life. Probably counted 20-30 flies. I had to turn and leave. Ate at a place that is run properly instead. read more

I've been eating here literally since the week they opened. The first few years it was very fresh and tasty, good service and hot food, since then it seems each year it gets worse. The food is not fresh, I don't care what they say it's clearly all precooked and stale.. burgers, nuggets, fries, everything. I've been recently at lunch, dinner and late night and there's no difference it all bad. The only thing that's good is the chili, and I think it's because it's simply sitting there simmering so you know it's hot. The service is awful, rude and slow. The inside is relatively clean but no ketchup, napkins or anything else. Coke freestyle machine out of certain standard beverages (like sprite and Coke Zero) at lunch with no one caring to fix it. I'll start by saying that I like other Wendy's locations. However this location is very slow and the employees didn't charge us for what we ordered. After waiting in the drive thru for 20-30 minutes, we ordered our food. The screen showed an incorrect order, so I mentioned it. The employee told us she'd fix it at the window. She fixed it in her own way I guess, she gave us what we wanted in addition to what was on the screen. We didn't need that much food, but the employee just kept saying "I don't believe in over charging anyone!". We left very confused and with more than we ordered. read more

This Wendy's is always extremely slow. The dining room and kitchen were extremely dirty and the last time we went, we waited inside for over 10 mins while none of the workers spoke to us. The workers did not have hair nets on or gloves and were touching the fries and other food with their bare hands. We arrived at 8:15 to get 2 Baconators and a water. We waited 25 minutes in the drive thru, 10 minutes at the window, while the workers continued to stare at us like we'd done something wrong. When they finally gave us our food, they said they were waiting on meat. You serve...hamburgers! Would have been better to tell us that earlier and had us pull up so the other 15 cars behind us could hopefully get served. Craziness! read more

As a former employee, I have insight into the inner workings of this Wendy's owned and operated by Calhoun Management. Training is nonexistent, it's a thrown to the wolves mentality. God forbid if you get Covid. As soon as you're able they want you back to work, despite what your doctor might say. In my 7 months of employment we went through 4 shift managers, 1 restaurant manager and 1 General manager. I left because they kept bringing people back who had Covid but not retested. The flies are terrible. And once had a box of nuggets in the cooler instead of the freezer. Was told to put them in the freezer anyway. Upper management doesn't care about its employees, despite it's mission statement. They only want more money and damn your family/personal life, your health, your struggles. And this is not the only store; Dahlonega has been having struggles too. But Calhoun doesn't care. They just want you to make them more money while selling unsafe foods from an unclean facility. read more

Well it's 1:00 Sunday afternoon and there out of potatoes and salad dressing. Good thing I'm interested in the Baconator. After eating it though I regret it. The fries are soggy and need to be pealed. 100% beef I get but I would like to see 100% meat. 100% beef is implying that it's all meat but can actually be 100% beef guts. This is literally the worst Wendy's on the face of the Earth. Like I know no other way to say it. Every time I come here they either are limited on their potatoes or are completely out. The other day we came in at 6:30 an obvious time for dinner to find that they were out of potatoes, and if that wasn't bad enough the girl taking our orders was extremely rude. The problem is that this location is one of the only fast food places near where I live so we are forced to give chance after change, but I can say after this last time we may drive the extra distance just to not go to this location. read more

We come here often, because it is near our home and there are not many other options in North Hall. The service is consistently very poor and takes forever. However, the food is usually OK. Just be prepared to wait a long time--even if there are only a handful of customers. read more
