I have never been treated more rude at a restaurant in my life. The staff was lazy and not at all helpful. I did not even feel safe when eating the food because I had no trust in the staff. I felt like it was a TV show and they were going to tell me that it was a prank. The lobby was closed due to the low staff, so we had to wait in the drive through for half an hour. They also managed to mess up our orders despite the ample time they had to prepare it. read more

We came in during breakfast hours, and the breakfast menu was not up. We had to ask if they were serving breakfast. The men's restroom was out of service, with no sign. It was also filthy, with no indication that it had been cleaned recently. The floors were sticky, the napkins were not out, the drink machine was dirty, filled with fingerprints, and many drink selections were not available. The manager, after assuring us that she would bring our food over when it was ready, stood outside to chat with an acquaintance for at least ten minutes. We finally went up to get our food. Quick potty stop right off interstate 64. Some of us had to have the 50 cent small frosty. Quick service, super clean and new. Outside dining available as is ample bus parking. Convenient to a Sunoco gas station across the parking lot, but NOT in the gas station. It is a very new looking stand alone building with nice landscaping. read more

Cold, limp fries that were actually undercooked. No catchup in the dispensers and when asked for some told they would bring packets...those never came. Said they were too busy to refill the dispensers. I came in on a Saturday afternoon at 2...three other tables with folks. Ugh. read more

I seriously would not even give this one star if given the option. The entire place was filthy, staff was rude, bathrooms were disgusting. Stopped in here after having a birthday day at holiday world for my 5 year old son and he was so excited to stop here because he loves Wendy's. Not only was the girl at the counter rude, but she was asking me if my orders came with drinks as soon as she printed the receipt, forgot the frosty to the order, and you couldn't even get her name because her name badge was colored over entirely in permanent marker! My wife's baconater only had 2 pieces of bacon, I had the bourbon bacon burger, and believe me when I say the menu picture compared to what was given left so much to be desired. Three other staff members just walking around not even attempting to help each other out while the line in the lobby just continues to grow, as well as the drive through. The floor to the food line was absolutely filthy, and one of the staff members came around the corner wiping his nose and was sticking his hands down his pants and did not proceed to wash his hands! I'm honestly just appalled at this establishment and will not be going to any Wendy's anytime soon and I'm more upset at the fact if the lack of care and professionalism and the fact that my son was so upset about this experience. Don't waste your time coming here just keep driving! read more

It's a Wendy's in a small town. Nothing particularly great to say about it. The food tasted fine; it was about what I expected. It took a hell of a long time for it to come out, but it did, and it was nice. I think they gave me extra fries because it took so long. The staff were friendly, and the fountain had a myriad of soda choices. If you need to stop here, not a bad place to do so. I wouldn't make a special trip or anything... read more

We stopped here on our way home from Holiday World. After a terrible breakfast experience at the McDonald's across the street, dinner was a welcome surprise. The people were very nice and attentive, we had a12 person order (some with special requests) and not a single thing was wrong. The food came out incredibly quick, hot and fresh. It tasted great too. The drink machine offered many fun choices and tasted good. Nothing stood out to me about the store itself... Not remodeled or fancy or anything like that... but it was clean, service was great, food tasted good and it was quick. This Wendy's met or surpassed all of my needs in a fast food establishment. We will definitely be stopping again next time we head to Holiday World! read more

Ordered a double baconator meal. Fries cold and tasteless. Sandwich literally had NO bacon on it‍‍.

Doesn't deserve even one. Looks nice from the outside, but is filthy on the inside. Dodge the flies. Extremely long time to order with no one in front of us. Nothing but diet soda in machine. Order received was incorrect. Hamburger not done. Won't ever be back. read more

Customer service was terrible. Kara was working the register. I had to ask her name as she didn't have a name tag on. I noticed when I was in line that she wasn't friendly to the customers in front of me. When it was my turn, I asked her what the son of baconator was and she told me and I told her I wanted that. When she gave me the total, I asked her if that was for the combo (she never asked if I wanted fries and a drink). She didn't answer, she rolled her eyes and rang up a combo. I asked what her name was and she told me and pretty sure she realized how rude that was. She apologized. Bad customer service is something that I have no patience for. I was traveling from Missouri and almost went to McDonalds across the street. Wish I would've made that decision. Won't be back here again!! There's only 2 people dining in. Got there an hour before closing and both doors were locked. Several groups came behind my group and were also not pleased at all.

I've been to this Wendy's several times and have found a clean restaurant with good service. Some times you will see a long line at the register but they are pretty quick to get it down. Ask for Fresh Fries as they are tasty!!! Warm or cold fries not near as good. read more
