There was a live band (the reason we sought out this place) and they charge a $5/pp cover charge. Their menu is basic bar food - mozzarella sticks, burgers, poppers, fries, etc. (no wings). The burgers looked REALLY good and everyone was ordering them but we weren't hungry enough to get one. We arrived around 7:15PM and stayed until last call. We each had 4-5 beers in that time (since we had to drive out of there on back country roads) and we split an order of mozzarella sticks and our total bill was only $30! Amazing! Note: they do allow smoking, almost everyone in there was smoking, and the ventilation system didn't do much to help the air flow. At one point my eyes were burning pretty bad - but it's a dive bar and I was not expecting it to be non-smoking. It's a cool little joint and I'm glad we went!

When a cheeseburger was mistakenly ordered, the cook in the back yelled,"Grills not on. Complain about it." They changed their order accordingly, but were uneasy by the cooks response. At around 8:40 our food was delivered with no complications or send backs. Shortly after, however, the place started closing down for the night with closing tasks (20 minutes before posted close). This made me and my crew feel rushed and awkward, as the staff was asking us if it was ok they cleaning the bathroom for the night, or, asking we could pay in the middle of our meals. We understand that it may be useful of time to close early, I get it, I've worked in the food industry, but this was odd to us seeing us they were being pushy about it and making us feel unwelcome and awkward. Beyond that we had no issues. Kudos to our server, Migel, who handled us with care and wit. Overall, we were pretty disappointed, we can't imagine we would return.
