For a hometown Burger shop its great - Except lately (I mean all spring and now into June). I usually switch the fries for Chili. Well today's chili was soup. The last 6 times the chili has had nearly no (I mean NONE) meat at all. C'mon ya'll. The drive up service is stellar and quick. Reliably quick. People were nice, food was OK but floor was super sticky! Do a mobile order and pick up in the drive thru so you don't have to walk inside.

I don't know if this place is worse than the McDonalds on the same road or not. When I first moved here, I got pretty good service and food. I would come here usually on the way home from rehearsal to get something for my boyfriend and myself. Well that was 6 months ago. On my recent visit, drive thru was backed up, inside only one family in front of me. I placed my order. I didn't get my food for 20 minutes after that and people behind me including some Doordash orders got their food before me. The staff there seemed clueless and they didn't try to make things right. Might be high school students who are there just to get a paycheck. They did however get the order right, but it wasn't worth it to get food. I only went here after the Good's store to get my boyfriend a Baconator, but I think from now on we'll take our business to other places that I've reviewed on the route, maybe even the McDonalds. Either rehire the people who were around 6 months ago, or change the people in the evening around 6 because I am not coming back here any time soon. read more

My wife and I stopped. Chicken wrap...it was a balled up mess in some weird shape...in one area there was 5 layers of wrap folded onto itself. The tiny chicken cubes were cold and rubbery. Absolutely terrible. Chicken sandwich was also cold. Two orders of fries were limp and cold. No salt. We threw 2/3 of them away. The only thing decent were the diet cokes. I'm giving this Wendy's a 3 out of 5 stars because of the good attitude of the workers. However, the food is overpriced and the service is mediocre. I'm suggesting training for the employees. $10 for a potato, chili, and small burger. I could go next door to Gus's and get twice as much food for a comparable price. Paid $23 for two meals-one medium and one large. Chicken sandwich was edible. French fired were cool but ok. Also ordered a single with extra cheese. What we got was a stale hard roll with a cold hard very well done hamburger with a single piece of cheese that had been sitting out for quite a while. It was not edible! DISGUSTING. Went through the drive through and through the window we saw the worker that was just touching our food PICKING HIS NOSE ... like absolutely finger deep in his nose. One of the employees was back there in a tank top and pants that were sagging down his butt. Along with this, the food was horrid and the bread tasted stale. This is place is the worst. There drive thru line is always long. The workers are rude. The food is not good at all. You can see workers on there cell phones while at working. The drive thru person has there back turned to you the entire time until they have to collect the money. I seriously hate this restaurant. They should close it down and put something else. i will never go to this wendy's again. i refuse after visiting this chain in this location for 21 years that i will never go there again my experience was so horrible. when i got to the wendy's, almost all of the workers were in the back parking lot opening using drugs and cursing and one male worker even had the audacity to yell "in not making their food" so we sat and waited. 15 minutes later after parking and waiting i got a lemonade and a medium number 2. the lemonade was fermented and after one sip i felt sick, i walked over to the drive through window and told them and watched the worker dump it out and try to dip the cup back in the ice, with the contaminated lemonade still all over it and i had to stop him and all for a clean cup. . the worked named kiesha, every time i pull in she is out back smoking marijuana and cursing saying f*** wendy's and things of that nature thoroughly solidifying my choice to not continue to be a patron of this wendy's, this store is a wreck don't visit!!! read more
