I will say this, this is one of the more efficient Burger Kings I have ever been to. The food is usually hot and the place is sometimes empty when I get there to pick up for us, or if I eat there alone while he's out. It can however be hit or miss, but it's mostly with the service. Either they have enough staff to take orders while the last one is prepared, or they don't have enough to take orders and get backed up. There also seem to be a few times I've went and the Lobby isn't open, which though I love the food here, I go somewhere else if it's Drive Thru only due to my anxiety. Utterly awful in every single way. The inside floors are always sticky, and the play place consistently looks like a small child renacted "The Exocism" on every surface. The drive through e-signs are always either broken or just blank, so you never know if they still have an item you got before. The first window itself is about 7 foot above the road, so both you and the cashier are reaching to give cards and change. I am short, so I have to get out to pay if they are running someone on that window- which is almost impossible with how narrow the lane is. The workers always get something wrong. If you ask for no sauce, you will always get it. If you ask for one item, you consistently get the wrong one, and usually get charged more because they "misheard you." I know this industry is hard, but come on, none of this is from just one person or system breaking down once or twice. read more

This BK WAS Awesome but in the last month something changed. Drive through lines are WAAAY TOO LONG and they are out of sorts. MAYBE a new MGR? I got a family bundle meal and I Got only two whoppers when it should have 3 so I went through the drive through and the general manager Linda gave me attitude saying she remembered packing the order which is bs so I showed her I had only two whoppers and she made a big deal and had absolutely zero customer service this place is complete sh!t!!!!! read more

Waited 25 minutes in a drive through line... and this is after I had placed my order. I saw the workers laughing and bouncing around while there are multiple cars waiting. I am usually a very patient person, but this was unbelievable. I couldn't even get out of line because of the way that the Ephrata, Pa Burger King has their drive through set up. I was a sitting duck. The sad part about it is all that I ordered was a value fry and two coca cola slushies. 25 minutes later when I finally got to the window to get my food, I was given ice cold fries and two completely melted slushies. I got out of that drive through and went inside to get fresh slushies and hot fries. The manager that was on duty didn't even have the common curtesy to apologize for the inconvenience. This experience was so unbelievable that I actually thought there were hidden cameras somewhere and that I was being punked. This Burger King is OK. The location is convenient, parking is not a problem. They serve breakfast. The food itself is pretty good as far as fast food goes. It's a little inconsistent though. Best Burger King I've ever been in ... for real. I've lived in Ephrata for 16 years and have gone here countless times. The experience is consistent, not a fluke. It is always great. The food is served hot! The employees actually follow all the food prep steps. They keep it clean and the food is always tasty. The obviously have a manager or 2 that keeps the workers on track. I walked into Burger King expecting 10/10 service and 8/10 food quality. I was also looking for a really nice cup of iced coffee, which is provided (and quite satisfactorily) by McDonalds might I add, but I ended up with this really dingy cheap cup and this giant pot of the most poorly brewed coffee I've ever had in my life. It tasted like Chinese medicine and to put the severity of Chinese medicine into perspective, Asian kids go to school sick instead of using their sickness as an excuse to skip school because Chinese medicine just tastes that terrible. I'm thoroughly disappointed with Burger King and I hope you guys can fix your coffee quality. read more
