My food was very undesirable and disgusting to even be near and my burger looked like a damn hotdog! it was horrible but the employees were so very nice I had to tip them 100% the lighting though thats where it all goes down hill since this damn place had one light! god do I hate a place with one light it really gets under my skin when there's less than 2 lights it just makes me go GAH! and explode!

    Fillet of fish.

Are you serious? Almost 5 dollars for a fillet of fish? I haven't eaten at McDonald's in years and I know with inflation, but when I got home and saw the size!? And the fish was even smaller than the stinking roll it was on.

Top one was the one that was laying in the bottom of my bag. Bottom one was pictured exactly as it was presented to me.

As a super Yelper, I try to be very deferential in any negative reviews I choose to provide. I understand that bad days happen and bad experiences don't always define the overall customer experience. However, this review leaves me totally baffled. My first question is how. My second is why. How did anyone think they had remotely accomplished customer service during this experience? Why was my food treated like this? Was it me or is this the normal level of gross negligence this restaurant operates with? Given the reviews I have seen further down this feed, it appears to be a chronic issue. My experience borders on bizarre. It started in the drive through. I pulled up and half the menu was missing on the order board. A clerk came on and greeted me, "Welcome to McDonalds". I started to talk and a second clerk greeted me, "Welcome to McDonalds can I have your order?" I started to talk again and one of the two clerks began a short argument with the other regarding who was going to take my order. What sounded like an older woman yielded to what sounded like a kid. I just stopped talking and chuckled. This was a first. I mean, it's been a long time since two women fought over me. Once asked to continue, I said, "Do you still have a two cheeseburger meal?" The clerk said, "Yes, number 7." To which I said, "Okay, I don't see it on the order board" Instead of helping me find it, the clerk said, "It's right there!" I assure you...it wasn't!" So I pulled around and paid. The lady who took my payment was a gem. She was the first lady who had attempted to talk to me. She was very nice and helpful. Then I pulled up to the delivery window and the bizarre was just beginning. As I pulled up I leaned toward the passengers side to put my debit card in my wallet that was laying on my center console. The clerk handed my Coke out the window and I guess because I wasn't looking right at her and giving her my undivided attention, she literally yelled at me, "Coke!" She startled me she yelled so loudly. I took my Coke as she told me to pull up and wait for my order. I asked her if she could put some salt in my bag when it came out. She said she would and I pulled up to await my order curbside. My order arrived and I opened the bag. I saw one cheeseburger laying, unwrapped in the bottom of my bag. The other was only partially wrapped. I took the burgers out and immediately took pictures of them. I reached for the fries and found them half full. Literally, they were half full. The fries were warm, not hot, and definitely not fresh. I took pictures of them too. The pics are all included here. Remember that I had asked for salt with my order? That's alright, they didn't either. No salt. I've eaten here before and had minor issues, but this visit was one for a review. I'm sorry to say, I would not recommend this business to anyone. I did file a complaint with McDonalds. To date, I have had no return response from management. This was a terrible dining experience.

Awful experience. Big Mac looked like someone threw it at the box ... forgetting to throw toppings except for lots of sauce and onions. I called ... Manager was good. She offered a replacement but I declined. Tasted as bad as it looked. I'd fire whoever made this mess.

There was a total of five guys working there what a coincidence lol. I am huge fan of the Coke machine. I've been trying to cut back on soda but come on that machine has every flavor I could even dream of. Besides the point who doesn't like free peanuts! I had a total of 5 peanuts and enjoyed every one before my food was ready. I was feeling a little nutty lol. The burgers were so tasty. Kinda regretting not getting bacon but their burgers are perfection even plain! If only they had a chicken sandwich. That would've had me acting up! Their fries sizes are way above average lol. I would only recommend getting a small because they give you so much. Their fries one of my favorites in the game! Highly recommend!!!

I'm so torn in the writing of this review, because I love or loved the Olde Lincoln House (OLH)…read morerestaurant, but this particular meal on Valentine's Day, was sad, disappointing and unforgivable. Even though I made a reservation, the parking (both lots), completely full and in semi-empty spaces, held heaps of snow. We partially parked on the side, of a heaping pile and my husband had to scoot his butt, past the steering wheel, to get out of the car. Why am I harping on the car parking situation? Because, if this restaurant choose to stick to those who had reservations, only; I feel there would have been ample parking available. I would have preferred to sit downstairs, dimmed lighting, wooden beams and overall, cozier feel. Yeah, I should have spoken up as to where I would have preferred to sit, but now I'm feeling slighted, by the lack of courtesy shown towards someone, who had the foresight to make a reservation in advance. Upstairs we went - bright lights, white table cloths, nothing cozy or hinting of Valentine's Day. That's okay, I'm thinking; the food will be good. A crock of onion soup, as a starter - perfect, actually, not too salty, caramelized onions, bubbly broiled cheese, savory onion broth, no complaints here. Medium-well prime rib, served raw, with a butter knife, no accompanied horseradish and over-cooked potato slices, undercooked zucchini. I sent it back to the kitchen. The same steak came back to me (not a new one), thirty minutes later, with the proper steak knife and horseradish. My husband's entree of five smallish scallops - decorated by halved, charred brussel sprouts on either side, looked more like an appetizer. This meal burned a huge, unimpressive hole in our wallet.

Everything was really good with this visit, EXCEPT we could not find the handicapped entrance. The…read moremain entrance next to the parking lot in the back has two sets of stairs. It turns out the front of the restaurant has no steps from the side walk, but the front door is kept locked. Of course I believe the law requires doors to be unlocked when patrons are on site, but this door was only unlocked for us to leave by. Just ridiculous! Now the Lincoln House has been known as a very nice restaurant for many years, probably at least 50. There are several dining rooms inside, a large separate bar area and indoor porch seating. It is modestly decorated with 19th century prints. The building itself is old and it retains character while having updated decor, tablecloths and glassware. It is upscale but casual dress is ok. One of us absolutely loves the cheesy tomato soup, a regular offering. The tea was nicely brewed. The food was fresh and tasty. Our server AJ was pleasant and attentive. Total price for 2 soups, 2 teas, and a sandwich and large salad was $50. Ample parking, ample space inside. They just have to do something about that handicapped entrance issue.
