Your allergy menu listed taco salad as a gf option. The salad had corn, cheese, tomatoes and a tiny package of corn chips. It did include dressing. I had a container of chili on my tray. The chili apparently comes with the taco salad but the chili is listed as having wheat. So the taco salad is Not GF. If I would have known, i would have bought 2 size salads. This is dishonest of Wendy's. The bathrooms were remodeled to only have one gender neutral toilet. So there was a large line for the bathroom; the whole time. We were told to order on a Kiosks. So we couldn't ask questions about our food. And the burgers were way smaller than the last time we ate at Wendy's. It was 50$ for 4 people. We won't be back. read more

You ever have that feeling when you want a salad and nothing else will do? I got that today and I'm in a small town I've never been to, far, far from home. I looked for a deli that might have a good salad, but didn't find any resounding reviews to convince me, so I went with Wendy's. I ordered a chicken Cobb salad and it wasn't too bad. Disgusting. I thought I'd grab a hamburger while charging the car, but while waiting for the restroom, I looked around and changed my mind. The floors were dirty, the area was generally unclean, and the staff behind the counter were coughing. That alone was enough to make me walk out and look elsewhere. Wife got off work late and wanted a chicken sandwich. I have the Wendy's app and have only great experiences for breakfast. I oder her a chicken sandwich, fries and frosty for me. She stops, picks up odd and upon arrival to home, no chicken sandwich! Instead a cookie! To be fair wife returned to store and they made it right as far as the food. We got the Breakfast Chicken Sandwich and they were so good with the honey butter. We also ordered the Bacon, Egg, Swiss Cheese Croissant Sandwich and they gave us a pork and egg sandwich. We called them and they made right on the error. That is the one thing about the Manager down there, if you contact them they will correct the order. Other than the fact they have Coke products, pretty much do like the Burgers they have here, and Love how the meat taste like it's fresh and not frozen. I also think that they have the best Chicken Nuggets around. I also do love their Breakfast Sandwich, which is very good! I love Chili, but the Chili here i don't care much for as it's too watered down, for the most part if hungry and on the road, Wendy's is in general a good place to stop, BTW, if you want hot fries, ask for no Salt, they will have to fry up a new batch! I never thought about leaving a review for a fast food joint, likely as I rarely eat at one. Aside from challenges communicating with the cashier (not a language barrier, just a competency issue), they've got different prices for the same items on the menu vs plastered on the windows. The customer service is just abhorrent here. We requested a spicy chicken sandwich with no Mayo, as there's a deathly allergy. We find out our sandwich has Mayo at home and must take a 15 minute ride back there. We called ahead and spoke to KATIE, and she grudgingly requested we return for a replacement. We show up and the window boy, SAMMY, gives a great deal of attitude since we complained about the possibility of an allergy. When we asked if there was definitely no Mayo on the replacement sandwich, since we didn't want to return again, KATIE suggested that we DONT return. I never write reviews but we just experienced the worst service. We went thru drive thru and ordered a taco salad along with some other items. We waited for about food for a few minutes and then the window opened and we were handed two bags and the window closed. We started to pull away and Noticed that we were missing our salad. It was too late to talk to the man in the window so we went in and were told they did not have taco salad. So we paid for a taco salad and no one said that they didn't have taco salad and just sent us on our way? We then said okay give us a bowl of chili, mind you having to go back out to the car to ask the person what they wanted instead. They said well we don't have chili. So another trip out to the car. Came back in and said okay give us a baked potato where the manager proceeded to ask us what kind...chili and cheese? No we were just told you don't have chili and cheese...oh yeah! So we ordered the bacon and cheese and we were refunded some back for the difference. Waiting for the potato (for much longer than we should have) they told us they were out of potatoes. What the heck? After the worker told us this is not my business and manager walked off we just drove off. What a horrible experience, that should have never happened in the first place. If you are out of items the whole staff needs to know...and if chili is one of your main ingredients, you shouldn't be out of it! I feel this location is very poorly managed. read more

I don't normally write bad reviews on fast food places. After all, it's fast food. Obviously there is a lack of employees throughout the Ellensburg/Cle Elum area, where I spent a few nights last week. This location was also understaffed, with a harried manager and a skeleton crew. For dinner on a very busy vacation/holiday Friday. The facility was dirty--normally you expect a bit of this but most of the tables and several places on the floor had food debris and trash. I guess the kicker for me was getting a side salad, like I have been doing for 20+ years, and getting brown iceberg lettuce with some chopped tomatoes and grated cheese. Leftovers from the hamburger line. According to Wendy's website, it should indeed have had the mixed greens, cucumber, and plum tomatoes (no cheese) that I have always known. I've never had a bad experience with this Wendy's! They always get everything we've ordered in the bag (unlike the McDonald's in town which is usually missing at least something from even simple orders) and the special orders are always perfect! They've got the best bacon of any fast food in town, never run out of frosty even right before closing, and they aren't ever upset about the free small frosty keychain tag even if we've forgotten it until last minute. Image the nightmarish scene: You are working a normal shift, then BLAMO! you are hit with a 14 person order. Well, our group passed by twice, once on the way to Spokane and once on the way back. The crew were really friendly and helpful and were eager to accommodate our large group. The food came out pretty quickly and it was hot and freshly made. We had no complaints about the food we were served, everything was wonderful. We were all able to find seating in their spacious lobby. The main part of the restaurant looked clean. The only gripe I had was a small one. There was paper trash everywhere in the restroom, making it appear dirty. However, it did not smell bad, nor was there anything funky about it (except the strange patron before me that left his cup half full of Sprite in the stall... No I didn't partake in the beverage). Overall, this has become the custom of our group. Gas stop at the Cirkle K, snack stop at Wendy's. Keep it up guys, and we will be back! read more

Like long waits for "fast" food? If so this is the place for you! Went to the drive thru at this Wendy's location at lunch time. Expected it to be busy, but never expected to wait 30 minutes to even make it to the window, and then be told to wait another 5 minutes because they had to cook the chicken that I ordered. Then they brought me the wrong food to my car. I could have taken my family to a sit down restaurant and been in and out in the time it took them to process my drive-thru order.
