this wendy's is absolutely worthless , waited about 5 minutes in the drive thru without any service just for a rude drive thru worker to take my order. then i received my food and my wrap was not folded completely and the wrapper was not folded all the way causing my wrap to spill all over my car. just unhappy with the service as a whole. i will not be going back i can't lie read more

I don't eat out much, have eaten here 3 times in the last year and each time the hamburger had no taste. Tasted like the meat was boiled and not grilled. The bun was soggy and the minimal amount of lettuce and onion was hot like it had been all microwaved together. The Oreo chocolate Frosty was delicious, though, and the fries were descent. Probably the worst costumer service I've ever experienced. They were extremely rude, and when I was sitting there waiting to get my food the 3 girls at the 2nd window just sat there doing TikTok dances. They forgot my drink and were insanely rude when I was sitting there to ask them for it. They laughed when I was waiting and just danced. They also forgot over half of my other items even tho it was only 3 things. The manager wasn't very nice when I called as well. The work place there is seriously pathetic. Took 45 minutes to get a jr bacon that they had forgot to put in our order bag and they messed up two drinks. Food is good if you actually get it . Doordash multiple times from there and either didn't get the whole order or didn't get the right food. I tried calling one time when they forgot something and gave a wrong sandwich and the person I talked to was so rude . Saying if I wanted the sandwich I have to go and get it. Orders are constantly wrong, always to the detriment of the customer. Order pub fries, pay for pub fries, get home and you have regular fries. Ask for unsweet tea, get ultra sweet. Ask for sauce for nuggets, get none. Ask for ketchup get an eye roll. read more

Love the Wendy's brand, eat at one of their restaurants 2-3 times a week. Today while out and about in Ohio I stopped on way home. Arrived just as the post church patrons arrived. Long, long wait to order my food. The wait was worth it-food hot and delicious. Waited in the drive thru for almost TEN minutes until I finally decided they were never going to answer my hellos. It was exactly 9:50 when we went and this branch doesn't close till 11. I pulled around the front to double check if they were actually open or not, THEY WERE. they were all standing around talking and not paying attention! They saw my car so I turned around and went back (I was craving Wendy's), as soon as I pulled up, they answered! When I got to the window, the girl who rung me out was rude. Slow service, cold food, rude staff. My husband was there and one of the employees put another customers sandwich on another guys tray then told her to go over and get it from him...a total stranger. How about you fix the mistake yourself. Then the register person threw coffee creamer at an elderly female customer. One of the better fast food places here. You will wait a little bit for your food but it is fresh and delicious. Only thing is they sometimes but only one slice of cheese on my husband's double cheeseburger but once we said something to them they said that this was a directive from corporate but pictures shows two slices of cheese, so they now always give him two slices of cheese when we go in. Food is ok. Sometimes you get a hamburger and you wonder if the cook wants the grease back. Chili here is a hit or miss. I think someone adds some hot sauce to it. Their is times I have eaten the chili and it was super spicy and other times it was mild. The staff needs to start cleaning tables and restrooms a little more often.
