this wendy's is absolutely worthless , waited about 5 minutes in the drive thru without any service just for a rude drive thru worker to take my order. then i received my food and my wrap was not folded completely and the wrapper was not folded all the way causing my wrap to spill all over my car. just unhappy with the service as a whole. i will not be going back i can't lie read more

Love this Wendy's steady since I was a youngster. I still go to this location frequently for their Apple Pecan salad which is always fresh and delicious! Definitely recommend! read more

I don't eat out much, have eaten here 3 times in the last year and each time the hamburger had no taste. Tasted like the meat was boiled and not grilled. The bun was soggy and the minimal amount of lettuce and onion was hot like it had been all microwaved together. The Oreo chocolate Frosty was delicious, though, and the fries were descent. I guess I just won't buy a very over priced boiled hamburger from there again. read more

They suck waited 20 mins just to be told they just has a big order and had to wait nothing after that for ten more minutes I left service is crap ppl are rude very bad place to go all around u get no stars and won't be giving anyone recommendations for this place read more

Customer service is amazing, crew is always so kind and nice, my order is always perfect and I love to eat in.

Probably the worst costumer service I've ever experienced. They were extremely rude, and when I was sitting there waiting to get my food the 3 girls at the 2nd window just sat there doing TikTok dances. They forgot my drink and were insanely rude when I was sitting there to ask them for it. They laughed when I was waiting and just danced. They also forgot over half of my other items even tho it was only 3 things. The manager wasn't very nice when I called as well. The work place there is seriously pathetic. No one is nice or attentive at all. read more

Took 45 minutes to get a jr bacon that they had forgot to put in our order bag and they messed up two drinks. Bun was dry and stale on the chicken sandwich They didn't give us our jr bacon so we had to stand outside the window until they finally gave up the food we payed for after waiting for 45 minutes. Just bad customer service how hard is it to streamline a process in the food industry. They didn't give us our change or receipt either read more

I love Wendy's so I walk in and get a nevin burger they got it right bottom bun bacon cheese and ketchup

Food is good if you actually get it . Doordash multiple times from there and either didn't get the whole order or didn't get the right food. I tried calling one time when they forgot something and gave a wrong sandwich and the person I talked to was so rude . Saying if I wanted the sandwich I have to go and get it. I wouldn't recommend doordashing from there at all . read more

Orders are constantly wrong, always to the detriment of the customer. Order pub fries, pay for pub fries, get home and you have regular fries. Ask for unsweet tea, get ultra sweet. Ask for sauce for nuggets, get none. Ask for ketchup get an eye roll. read more

the two workers at the window were so rude to me for no reason, i said thank you and the girl just said "yeah". food was good tho

Do not ever visit this Wendy's. The employees all stand around and never get the order right. I ordered via drive through and was given a doordash order, went all the way back and they gave me the wrong order again. Would give 0 stars if I could read more

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to by far, always so slow and everyone is so rude. What is the point in asking what sauce customers want at the speaker if you never put it in the bag?? And I mean literally never?? Then get an attitude when you're the one who failed to do a simple task. read more

Love the Wendy's brand, eat at one of their restaurants 2-3 times a week. Today while out and about in Ohio I stopped on way home. Arrived just as the post church patrons arrived. Long, long wait to order my food. The wait was worth it-food hot and delicious. Loved the contemporary Christian music that played, never heard in one of their restaurants before, I enjoyed it greatly. read more

Waited in the drive thru for almost TEN minutes until I finally decided they were never going to answer my hellos. It was exactly 9:50 when we went and this branch doesn't close till 11. I pulled around the front to double check if they were actually open or not, THEY WERE. they were all standing around talking and not paying attention! They saw my car so I turned around and went back (I was craving Wendy's), as soon as I pulled up, they answered! When I got to the window, the girl who rung me out was rude. It was the blandest, worst customer service I have ever received. Now I see where minimum wage get it's reputation from. I rate this TRASH read more

Slow service, cold food, rude staff. My husband was there and one of the employees put another customers sandwich on another guys tray then told her to go over and get it from him...a total stranger. How about you fix the mistake yourself. Then the register person threw coffee creamer at an elderly female customer. My poor husband thought he was on one of those prank tv shows because of how messed up the employees were. read more

One of the better fast food places here. You will wait a little bit for your food but it is fresh and delicious. Only thing is they sometimes but only one slice of cheese on my husband's double cheeseburger but once we said something to them they said that this was a directive from corporate but pictures shows two slices of cheese, so they now always give him two slices of cheese when we go in. Love the music that they play there. Staff is friendly. read more

Food is ok. Sometimes you get a hamburger and you wonder if the cook wants the grease back. Chili here is a hit or miss. I think someone adds some hot sauce to it. Their is times I have eaten the chili and it was super spicy and other times it was mild. The staff needs to start cleaning tables and restrooms a little more often. And checking the soda machine read more
