Are good was cold are drink was hot how do you possibly manage to get the the opposite of the right choice. My food is supposed to be hot my drink is supposed to be cold. The service was not ok. There was a Karen that was absolutely disrespectful at the register what is wrong with you. I don't like Wendy's anymore I think no one should eat here anymore I would rather eat a poce if dog waist then eat Wendy's. read more

So we had to wait a few minutes to order, they must of been short staffed. I got a chili w/ extra cheese, no clue where the extra cheese was. Also found out no more half salads, had to order a full one which is mostly lettuce. As for the fries, they were warm & no salt. Manager did offer to make us fresh ones but we declined. read more

Not good, french fries tasted stale, the baked potato was not fresh and the entire meal was cold. You cannot microwave or reheat bad french fries or baked potato after it gets cold, it doesn't work. Hopefully this night was just a fluke. read more

I've had 1 correct order in the last year. Like a dumbass I keep trying though, so it's my fault. Today's was a Son of Baconator with no bacon. I've definitely paid for at least 5 or 10 dollars worth of bacon I never ate from this place, but in trade I've eaten 4 or 5 burgers I never wanted. Maybe 3 years ago is when the place nosedived in terms of... I suppose "give a crap about your neighbor." read more

The positives were quick pleasant service but Sadly they gave me the wrong soda got the replacement but mix was off. My burger was cold asked for replacement which was only slightly warmer. The frosty was actually frozen but seemed very milky chocolate and with ice crystals. The fries were warm but seemed like they changed the oil- bland tasting. I am a long time Wendy's fan sorry to see this slip read more

It took me over two months to get a refund for a dinner that was never made. Even the manager on shift didn't know how to handle such a perplexing dilemma (??? How do you not know how to refund a customer???). Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. No apology given by the manager, no attempts made to make this right. So shady. Thanks Discover for getting me my money back! No thanks or praises left for this Wendy's location. Miss it. read more

This is a fine Wendy's at which to dine for a meal of Wendy's-caliber when it's not crowded. If, however, when you arrive, you see maybe 5 or more people in line at the counter, you should be prepared to either be patient or maybe look elsewhere. I arrived for lunch about 11:45. While the woman behind the counter fumbled slightly at the register taking my order, by the she handed me my change my meal was ready. About 5 minutes after that, the lunchtime crowd came in very quickly and before you knew it, the line was almost out the door. The store manager assisted, as he should. But there are good and bad ways to assist, and I felt his choices could have been more effective. For example, the woman who waited on me got my beverage and Frosty herself. The manager simply started yelling for other people to get these things, and I suspect that change of employee tasks caused more churn than good. It continued to get worse over the next 10-15 minutes. The dining area is spacious but somewhat unusually set up. There are booths at right angles to each other, which some people may find awkward. Also there are no tables which are all booth seating; there are several with a booth on one side and 2 chairs on the other. The men's room was clean and well maintained. USE EXTREME CAUTION when parking on the right side of the parking lot. The approximately 6 first spots on the right side of the lot have no cement tire-guards, only a slight rise in the asphalt. Beyond that is about a 3' sloped embankment. If you are not careful, especially after dark, and you go to far, you may be in for a surprise. (Don't bother trying for a lawsuit, I already notified them.) read more

Wendy's - Burgers Near Me - East Greenbush, New York

This location is horrendous. Everytime I've gone here they've messed up my order. Tonight we ordered and got a burger instead of a chicken sandwich. Missing frosty. Baconator Fries instead of Chili Cheese Fries. Fries were cold. burgers were ice cold. Stupid expensive. Will not go here again. read more

I go to Wendy's often but this was my first time at this location. They charged me $16 and change for two homestyle chicken sandwiches and a medium strawberry lemonade and when I told them that was way more than usual they yelled at me in the drive thru. So I just paid it. Then they didn't even give me a receipt. Super uncool. read more

We live across the street from this location and go about once every couple of weeks. The folks working there are always friendly and greet us with a smile. We dine-in and it's always clean and feels fresh. Very often they're sweeping and wiping down tables while we eat, which is nice to see. They've never messed up our order and the fries are always fresh (can't say that about other fast food places in EG)! read more

Woooooooooooow. It's like devil tooted ,lit it on fire whispered a curse into it and sent it up here as this restaurant. It's like they had to kill the cow, chicken and catch the fish right after you order because they take that long. Honestly I avoid this place. (Josue) I have two words for this place, Hot Garbage! Merry Christmas Wendy's! Have fun with the coal in your stockings for poor service!! . Hit the funny button, and we'll make more hilarious roasts! (Bell) read more

Wendy's is a very good fast food restaurant, but you need to get the right items. The fries are solid, they used to be bad, but they changed the recipe. Now they are crispy and flavorful. The chicken nuggets are delicious, they are crunchy and seasoned beautifully. The chicken is tender and juicy. The chili with cheese is fantastic. It is honestly probably my favorite chili. It's thin, not thick like I like my chili. It is flavorful and meaty. Also Wendy's homemade crackers are great and they make the chili that much better. The burgers are disgusting. The buns are soggy, the meat tastes weird and the burgers are never cooked right. The price is extremely cheap and the service is fast. Overall, Wendy's is a good fast food restaurant. read more

ALWAYS VERY BUSY! LONG WAIT! The food was warm that's about all they have going for them. OH yeah, and the fact they are the only fast food place in the area. Ordering inside is SLOW! They have one of the touch screen coke soda machine, where you chose your own soda. The location was easy to get to. Drive thru is busy anytime. 18 min from wait to order to pick up food. read more

Smelled like sewer when I went in today after waiting for the drive thru to move for 10 minutes. After waiting inside for another 5 minuted to be helped (I was the only one inside) I was greeted half heartedly. I put in my order, waited yet another 5 minutes only to get my 2 burgers and fries, run out the door since I had to be back to work in 15, and I come to find that the burgers were spicy chicken. Just awful service. I have been a customer here for 10 years and today will be the last time I go to this Wendy's. read more

I haven't been to this Columbia Trnpike location for a long time. I usually go the the newest in Van Rensselaer Square in North Greenbush. The Columbia turnpike Wendy's is terrible! I ordered a taco salad and a large frosty. When I got to the window, I asked I I could add a large French fry to my order. She said yes and told me 14.00 and some change. Took my card closed window, opened window gave my card back and never offered me my receipt. Because I have no receipt, I cannot call corporate and complain. Then the window opens and the girl flings out the bag with fries and the chili. The bag was dripping wet with grease and the chili was overfilled and leaking all over the inside of the bag. The bag was tearing becuse of the grease and I had to put it on my floor car mat to keep the grease off the seat. Then she opened the window and handed me the rest of the salad. So, I am now driving home and wondering how much food is going to be on my car mat. When I got home, you guessed it, the entire paper bag ripped and the fries and chili spill out onto my mat. I managed to save some of the chili for my taco salad but not the fries. So as I prepare my salad with the rest of the chili on it, I noticed large 1 1/5 " squares of meat. I'm assuming it is beef. Well guess what it was sausage!!! Since when did Wendy's put sausage in their chili!!! It was disgusting! Do they know the danger of someone who may have allergies!!! I'll never eat at this Wendy's again and I think they should shut it right down. It's an abomination to the quality that Wendy's has and Dave Thomas would be appalled that this really sub par meal was even served to a customer! read more

Unbearably slow, poorly managed. Trash was overflowing, tables were dirty. Skip this place.

This place is pretty bad, most Wendy's in the area are satisfactory, yet this one never fails to disappoint. I came in and the place looks like a mental institution, the gray lights ruined the whole style, it was also foggy, smoky and poorly lit. I went up to order and it took like five minutes before a employee actually visited us at the register. Then we ordered our food, the food was brought to us after about ten minutes. ( isn't this supposed to be fast food? ) Even the cups for soda came late, it took like a full minute to get a few soda cups! When I came back up to get the cups from my table, I asked the employee if they were ours, the only response I got back was a yawn, before she walked back into the kitchen. Our food finally came and the food was nothing like the picture, all the ad's I saw hyped the return of the spicy chicken nuggets, but all it tasted like was just as if it was a normal nugget, seasoned with pepper. The burger I got looked like it was thrown against the wall before I got it, and then their cookies tasted like sand. Save your money and eat somewhere else, stay away from this zombie apocalypse of a restaurant with their half dead employees, I'm not exaggerating. read more

I love their hamburgers and they make good milkshakes and they are great I come here everytime I go bowling

Went to the drive thru to get a kids meal and a spicy chicken meal. The girl at the window was so in accommodating. Was so rushed to give me a total that she almost made me want to leave. I ordered the kids meal, she told me to drive around. I asked for the chicken sandwich, she gave me a total I asked if that was the meal and she said no. Long story short.. I get home and there was a fish sandwich in the bag. Missing my fries. Btw: I'm allergic to fish. Called the manager. All that was said was sorry for the inconvenience. How does this place stay in business? Always problems at this place read more

Just a real shame they can't find a good manager to run this store. He's just as lazy the other employees that work there. The employees never smile walk around like they are sloths and you are nothing but an inconvenience. I love getting cold fries the wrong sodas and the best part are the cashiers for wipe their noses with the back of their hand and then package the food. waited 10 mins in the drive thru after ordering a bacon double classic. Got the baconator double, this place sucks.

I really honeslty wish i could give this place 0 stars but that's not an option so 1 star it is. Not only is the inside of this place look like a dumpster its the employees that make this a dumpster fire. I was in the drive thru lane to order something quick after work not only was i cut off before i was done ordering later on i found out they also got my order wrong. I pulled forward to the window to order the rest of my meal and was greeted by a young punk who prob has been working for a total of 17 hours in his life. Well this kid not only almost hit me with my bagged meal but was completly rude the entire time. I guess getting cut off was my fault and i was wrong to order more at the window. I would stay clear of this place and their employees. I called into wendys to file a complaint and was asked if i wanted to speak to a district manager, i was all about it. 3 weeks later still no call. Epic failure twice in the last few days. First time we said no onions in the chili and they added onions. Today we ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets and chili with cheese. Order came with only 9 nuggets and they forgot the cheese, though they did charge us for it. The motto of the story is check your order before you leave the window. read more

If you like to waste your money then the Wendy's in East Greenbush is the place to go!! Now it may seem hard to do but the employees at this location will some how find a way to fuck up your entire order!!! Like I'm talking they will even get your drink wrong!! In fact the only thing they got right with my order just now was that I wanted no tomatoe on my sandwich to bad they gave me the wrong sandwich which still had no tomato! My plain junior bacon cheeseburger had everything on it which was nice plus my regular coke was a diet!! So I figured shit since they got everything wrong with my order thus far I'll at least eat the fries and lucky me they were ice cold and gross so it was a nice overall waste of $ in fact I might have enjoyed just setting the $ on fire it would have been at least more enjoyable!!..: Wendy's East Greenbush you fucking blow!!! read more

So yesterday I went to the drive through. The man forgot to give me my card back which I didn't realize until after I had gotten back home. So I enjoyed my mail which was very good the french fries were expecially outstanding better than any other fast food restaurant. And then realize that I didn't have my card I searched all over because I am very forgetful I called Wendys this morning and told them that I thought I had left my card there. The man said yes it was me I'm sorry I forgot to give it back to you I have it here in the safe please come back with your ID and I will give it back to you. So I arrived showed some and my ID I watched him take it out of the safe where there were probably a stack of 30 cards that people had left behind not one cent was taking extra out of my bank. I have done the same thing in the past forgot my card at McDonald's needless to say there was hundreds of dollars spent in a 6 hour. So I just want to say thank you to Wendys staff for being so honest and also for having such good food not only good food but fresh food read more
