I wish I had taken pictures of their amazing food but it smelled and looked so good I forgot my…read morephone existed. We frequented this place over the past two weeks while taking care of a family member in their final stages of life. Pita and Olive became our family's go-to spot for comfort food. We all ordered various plates from kebabs, falafal, beef and lamb pitas, chicken bowl, and sides of their delicious rice. While running errands a few days ago I actually stopped in JUST to pick up a side of rice and a small cup of their creamy dill sauce (which tastes amazing on everything). Fresh ingredients that are seasoned beautifully and plates that are crafted to satisfy and bring happiness to your tummy and your heart. I want to thank Pita and Olive for providing us with nourishment during some pretty chaotic and sad times.

I've been a fan of Pita & Olive for a while. Their food is obviously made with the best ingredients…read moreand many items are also clearly made from scratch. The addition of the coffee bar/cafe menu has only further endeared me to the place. Just like their food, many of the components of the coffee menu are scratch made, including the milks. They make a pistachio, almond, and oat milk all in house. There may be more too, but those three I know for certain. The attention to detail is also impressive, such as the presentation of each beverage. The cups the drinks are served in aren't just pretty, but also sturdy. Which as a clumsy person, I appreciate. Harder for me to spill. Ha! Something to keep in mind about the cafe menu is that since everything is mainly scratch made or ordered special (their Matcha is from Japan) they will be out of things at times. But there's nothing bad on the menu so I humbly suggest going in with an open mind. The lack of one item being available has caused me to try others, and I haven't disliked anything! I hope they continue to do well and are in the area for a long time to come.

The pina was made quickly and easily and satisfied my toddler. The chia brownie was clearly problematic in the blender. They took it on and off multiple times, added extra milk twice if not 3 times and it just would not blend. Seemed like a mistake in measuring ingredients so I figured they were going to start over. Instead they shook jiggled and forced this into my cup. I was pretty shocked they handed it over. The person working the blender seemed embarrassed and I'm pretty sure was instructed by whomever was working the register to just give it to me. For that reason I decided not to say anything, but what a crappy way to start a new business. It's an open window. They knew I could see this entire thing and that's certainly not the way to get return customers.

Whenever I'm traveling for work, I'm always on the lookout for spots that have:…read more 1) Great coffee 2) Great savory breakfast bites So many coffee shops nail the first count but miss on the second (lots of pastry cases but not as much savory options). Uncommon Grounds nails it on both counts and is a great spot to get a little work done to boot. Stopped by this location when I was in the area for some coffee and breakfast. I'm usually in search of sugar free options as well as milk alternatives. Uncommon Grounds had a couple sugar free options (yay! caramel and vanilla) and a few different milk alternatives. I got a caramel latte made with almond milk and it was dreamy. For my breakfast, I got the Mediterranean breakfast sandwich on a salt bagel. It came with egg, spinach, avocado, tomato, and a bit of pesto. Delicious! The only tiny thing for me was the tomato made the sandwich kinda slippery and difficult to eat so the next time I ordered it (which was literally the next day), I got it with double the spinach and no tomato. The service was really lovely and the prices are reasonable. They're a popular spot and were pretty busy when I was in and even with that everyone was so kind and helpful. Get to it!

Aside from a couple of very friendly staff, most visits are met with employees moving like they just woke up resulting in lines. Never bothers me because I usually go there to get a little work done, but it's not a place I'd go if I'm in a rush. Well to be fair, the airport team is always EXCELLENT. Here's my only negative. I just bought a dozen bagels and they were hockey pucks. I tried. Couldn't do it. Inedible. But weird because I usually grab a breakfast sandwich at their airport locations the they've been very good. Did I get a horrible batch? Idk? Seating is tight. I'm part of the problem. Lots of students. But I've also seen couples, friends, retirees, etc. not on any tech enjoying a long conversation with their group which I think is a plus. Solid 5 most visits, but those Clifton Park bagels were memorable in a not so pleasant way.

This is a reliable go-to spot. I've been going to Druthers…read morefor years now, and it has consistently delivered. If you've never been here before, I highly recommend trying two items in particular: 1. Beer cheese dip 2. BBQ (Or any other) mac & cheese I should note that the BBQ mac & cheese (previously the Memphis BBQ Mac) recipe has changed over the years, so this review may not hold forever. That said, mac & cheese in general has been the most reliable item on the menu for me. I've tried plenty of other dishes here over time -- fish & chips, burgers, fish and chicken tacos, and nearly every mac & cheese variation -- but I'll stick to reviewing what we ordered on this visit. This time around, my wife ordered the fish and chips, and I ordered the BBQ mac & cheese. The mac & cheese was delicious, and the BBQ sauce added a nice sweetness that paired really well with the pulled pork. The fish and chips were also very good. The fries were a bit soggy, but since we ordered to-go and they had to survive the drive home, I won't knock them for that. Portion sizes here are fantastic and easily justify the price. I love this spot -- it's a dependable comfort food destination for me. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to beer recommendations. The building itself is gorgeous and massive, giving the space an impressive sense of scale while you enjoy your meal.

Food was fresh & delicious. Beers & drinks were good, the fruit blond beers are definitely beer first, not strong fruity taste. Corn dip - good but very onion-y, almost too much but still different enough to eat it all. Watermelon salad was really good, unique. The chicken sandwich with slaw, wonderful. Burger - spot on! Recommend highly - something for everyone here plus quality beers & sours.

We opted to try two new sandwiches since none of our regulars were available. Both were prepared without any care. They were very sloppily thrown together, I had to reassemble them to take the picture because half the contents were falling out. The Frontega sandwich had very little sauce in it and they don't give you any on the side when you ask for more. Of the two sandwiches the spicy fiesta tasted better so we might give it another try at a different cafe. I also ordered the pomegranate hibiscus tea for my sip club drink and it had zero flavor. To quote my husband "it tastes like extremely watered down cough medicine". I ended up dumping it and refilling with lemonade and passion papaya ice green tea mixed together instead. The green tea cuts the tartness of the lemonade and makes for a great concoction when combined. I've been a long time Panera fan but don't visit as often anymore because of how pricey it has become. I won't let the visit at this cafe detour me from visiting other cafes though. I'm used to Panera staff being extremely friendly and happy to make sure your meal is satisfactory but that was not the case at this location unfortunately.
