I wish I could leave zero stars but that's not possible, I love Wendy's, I love their baked potatoes, we had a run errands yesterday, and we were trying to think of what we wanted for dinner, loaded stuffed baked potatoes sounded great, I had all the fixings at home I just needed the baked potatoes. Management really needs to haul in the reins at this store. On my two previous visits, the dining area was filthy. A clean table wasn't an option so I sat at the least dirty one. The crew was loud and acted like middle schoolers on a field trip. On my visit today, although they were open and customers were eating inside, the door was locked. The drive through was backing up and didn't appear to be moving. I went next door to Burger King along with two other guests. Second time back to Wendys in a few years, I must say that the single deluxe cheeseburger I got was fresh, hot and delicious. A far cry from the last time I visited Wendys. Also got a large chili, which is always good. One MAJOR complaint was the fact that this location did not have the fish sandwich that was promoted a few months ago. Was nowhere on the menu, yet it was heavily advertised. I dont understand why it was not available. I had heard great reviews of Wendys fish sandwich, but was unable to get one here, or in the Pickens store. Its a shame really. The franchise group that has this store need to provide the items that Wendys is supposed to have, or lose their franchise. Its unacceptable not to have all the menu items. I usually go through the drive thru at this Wendy's a couple times a month because of work and they pretty much never get the order correct. The last time they got it so incorrect I filled in the survey and they called and offered me a free value meal for my trouble next time I came in When I went in less than two weeks later to get the "free" one, the cashier gave me attitude, refused to honor what I was told. She offered to call the general manager and when I said please, she refused. She took attitude and gave me a hard time including refusing to give me a receipt. When there wasn't one in the bag, I asked again and was ignored. I had to call the store, watching a person on their line answer and tell the cashier I wanted my receipt. I need the receipts for work purposes or would have walked out. The cashier finally gave me a receipt but looked like she was looking for a fisticuff. I know they don't pay workers enough to put up with crap, but customers aren't there to put up with attitude. And knowing they aren't paid enough and need the jobs isn't enough reason for me to ever go back there again. read more

This has got to be the slowest places in Easley to order drive through besides Chick- Fil- A... can't believe I was stupid enough to wait in line at least 15 mins to get the order screen, if it hadn't been for my niece, I would have left before 3 other cars behind us. Definitely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Wendy's in Easley. I went in tonight and got fries, a drink and a 6 piece spicy nugget, the fries were good Wendy's fries but those nuggets were absolutely awful, they were completely dry and about as flavorful as cardboard, I've never had a meal from Wendy's that was so bad I physically couldn't bring myself to swallow it. this is the wendy's address 6118 calhoun memorial hwy, easley, sc 29640 . if there was a zero star rating they would have received it. i placed a simple order. 2 salad combos with drinks. the order was given to us without the drinks. i called wendy's to advise them of their mistake and i was met with rudeness and abbrasiveness. i asked for the corporate phone number and they hung up on me. i did call back and the person answered and said 800 wendy's and hung up the phone. if we would have at least just got an apology and they took our names to get 2 fee drinks next time, the problem would have been solved. they are very unprofessional and don't trust there food making process. if they have poor customer service, ther's no telling what they put in our food or how they handle it. read more

Absolutely the slowest drive thru I have ever been in. Even after cars in line in front of me had already waited 10 min to even get to the window the food was still not ready. What exactly are they doing in all that time to where each car was waiting over 10 min to get to the window and the food is still not ready? Horrible. I've had very few problems with this location, sometimes the order isn't correct but they are always happy and willing to fix it for me. The drive through is normally very fast, the staff has never been rude and always nice, and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. read more
