Just to let you know, that after I was contacted by the owner after mentioning that no one had contacted me, while on a visit to see my aunt I stopped by and picked up some mini tacos in place of the breakfast jack that was bad. I don't ever leave reviews but this is probably the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to. For starters, I drove about 30 minutes for it which was honestly a mistake. I waited in line at the window for over 20 min for my order (which was not a difficult one) and when I did get the food and check it, it was wrong, so I had to go into the store and get the rest of the food. The lady taking my order and making my food moved so slow and had no sense of time/urgency. The tacos had no taco sauce in them and the fries had a black strand of hair in them. My first time at this location. I used to like this place in Washington, but the service at this location was sub par. The fish was not good at all. It was soiled in frying oil. This store has seriously gone down hill the last 4-5months since moving back to Easley. We eat here about once per week and every time we go up here, it's something else with them. Usually when Edith (current Manager) isn't working we can count on either orders being wrong, making us pull up (even when no other cars are in the drive-thru or people inside) so the employees can go out and chit chat with friends outside, or flat out making you wait for what seems like forever at the order screen. This last time was the final straw, waited 11 mins at the order screen and was not acknowledged ONCE until about 5 mins after I said "HELLOOO?" at which point someone replied rudely "wait". No other cars in front of me and when I finally gave up and drove off, only one person inside. This location needs to take cues from the Cherrydale store on how to run a business. read more

I Love Jack in the Box, I'm from Oconee and our Jack in the Box didn't make it, When I'm in Easley I always stop by the drive thru. I went inside yesterday to order as soon as I walked up to the entrance door its FILTHY! yes, I said FILTHY! if only I had taken my phone I would have gotten pictures of all the filth. I still ordered food. Went to the restroom while waiting on my food and Geez, nasty, nasty, Even the woman sign on the bathroom door is nasty. I got my cups for my drinks and the drink machine was nasty, as I was waiting for my food I observed 2 employee's wiping their hands on their clothes yet, they are handling our food! I still can't get over the entrance door, BIG TIME GERMS!!! of all kinds. Yet, I still ordered food, the more I thought about how nasty that store is I didn't eat my food I threw it in the trash. I looked at the door for a complaint number and seen they have Grade of an A, I can't see the Grade A with how filthy the store is. Oh, I forgot to mention I do not know what they use on their floors but look like a law suit waiting to happen when someone falls whatever they suppose to mop in leaves the floors looking beyond nasty footprints everywhere. My mom-in-law saw the add on TV about the teriyaki bowls being back on the menu so when we were in Easley we had to go check it out. The workers are all polite and courteous. The drinks were huge which I liked and the restaurant was clean. When we got our food my mom-in-law talked about how delicious her bowl was. Well our burgers were cooked just right and everything but it was the most plain burger I have ever had. It was so plain that I had to put a ton of ketchup on it so get some taste. My husband didn't like his burger so he didn't eat it. If they would season the burgers a little I bet they would have a lot of people showing up for lunch more often. read more
