Both lines backed up for about 5 min between orders, cars were honking their horn in the lines, no professionalism at all, get to the window and everyone's laughing and cutting up, even the supervisor or manager. One of the worst places I have ever been. Everything was ok til I got to the window. I can see the guy throw(literally) my tray to the young lady at the drive thru window. I have eaten here numerous times. Overall the food is good, but the drive thru is usually backed up. The most common thing I order is the trey that consist of a meat with two sides. It's great very good corn dogs and bacon wrap. If you get a milkshake get the peanut butter it's SO GOOD if you are allergic to peanuts then the cookies and cream is awesome too! I am writing on behalf of my uncle, who does not have a Yelp account. They are visiting us this weekend from out of town and we stopped by to get milkshakes as a treat. We got peanut butter, butterfinger, double chocolate, and vanilla. And vanilla was THE WORST. It was not mixed and had a metric butt-ton of vanilla syrup added to it. My uncle said the first third of his shake was only that syrup and it was so bitter it was the most disgusting thing he's ever eaten. We had to endure 2.5 hours of endless complaints about how horrible it was. It ruined his entire day. Burned his mouth. He tried everything to get rid of the taste and nothing helped: brushing his teeth, mouthwash, coffee, other food, garlicky pizza and breadsticks...and still the taste remained. I love cookout. The burgers are great, the slaw is my favorite but not at this location. The burgers are overcooked here and the slaw was warm. Who wants warm slaw? The fries were mooshy to. Come one guys you can do better with the food. As for the building the acoustics are horrible. Whoever planned this restaurant it's horrible. The echo is terrible for someone with hearing aids. This is another reason we don't go here. I used to brag that this location of Cook Out made the best milkshakes in the upstate; however the last couple of times that we have been, the milkshakes have been way below par. The banana pudding milkshake didn't have the real bananas. I ordered a peanut butter shake with Reese Cups, but they forgot the Reese Cups on that one, and the Hershey's Chocolate milkshake looks like they might have put 1 pump of chocolate in it.
