Yikes, lots of 1-star reviews. I stop by here when I'm doing laundry across the parking lot. I usually come on a late Friday or Saturday night, so I'm happy they keep the lights on into the late evening. They've got the biggie bags, which is the best fast food deal going these days. The people working the drive thru are pretty chill and funny. One person was joking about not being paid enough to work the window on a below-freezing night. Another employee was being jokingly aggressive about donating money to some charity. I don't eat in here, so I can't speak to the ambiance, but I've never had an incorrect order or cold food, so I can't complain. read more

The fries and drink were good but I spilled the drink on me and the burger tasted a little weird it was fine.

Sadly to say this was the worst fast food experience I ever had. 1st I walked into the store place my order I ask how much for an extra pallet on my fish sandwich the only way they can add a flavor is if I bought a whole another sandwich. The store was disgusting they spilled soda all over the floor nobody's mapped it up there's mud all over the place inside the store very sad. Then I get home and we open up our fish sandwiches they're so well cooked dead they were dried out the worst sandwich I ever bought At a Wendy's. Went there a couple a days ago. Went through drive-thru. Jon who works there was super chill and nice. The food was also really good!

Why is it that every Wendy's keeps closing their dining rooms?! This is really inconvenient especially when you have kids with you and it's too uncomfortable to eat in the car!! This location in Dundee, IL is the worst regarding employees! Not only lack of training and direction - unless you speak Spanish they do not give a crap or communicate and act like you don't matter or are even part of the team! I reached out to corporate and because this is a franchise location they don't care either. It's a shame that they allow this behavior to represent their organization and it makes me rethink about going to this location and maybe even going to any Wendy's location! So disappointing!! Shame on you Wendy's and I'm sure that Dave would be appalled at this behavior! read more

Love Wendy's, hate this location. Service is terrible here. They get my order wrong every single time, and it's always the same issue: I ask for no mayo, they put a ton of mayo on it anyway. I can't wipe it off because it's so much and it absorbs into the bun. One particular manager is extremely stingy. Refused to let me use my frosty keytag in the past (even though I paid for it and actually bought it FROM THIS STORE, so it's not as if they don't accept it. He told me I couldn't use it twice in the same day.. which isn't true. His reasoning was that it's "one use per transaction".. but they were separate transactions.. just happened to be on the same day?) Today I went there and used a coupon on my phone.. same manager there.. took a whole minute to sit there and read the terms and conditions of a coupon that's pretty straight forward.. "Free Dave's Single with any purchase." and then he has another person read the terms and conditions.. tells me that I can't use that coupon ever again.. even though it's a promotion going on where it's valid once per day until the end of the month. Never had an issue with it at any other Wendy's, just this one. and then says that the terms and conditions say I need to spend $1 even though it says 1/100 of 1cent.. (I can't use a Wendy's coupon that Wendy's offers on their app.. at Wendy's?) Anyway. I ordered a Frosty and a burger. When I ordered I literally confirmed 3 times.. NO MAYO. I even waited for them to repeat it back to me because they mess this up every. single. time. I get home.. tons of mayo. Drive back. Get it exchanged. My order is literally Dave's Single No Mayo Extra Pickle Extra Onion Add Mustard (which they keep arguing with me that it already has mustard.. even though it doesn't. I even told them that their own website says it doesn't and they still say that it does.. so they don't add that alteration and then I end up with no mustard because it doesn't come with mustard regularly.. but anyway) I leave with my replacement.. check it. now there's nothing BUT onion, pickle, and mustard. I go back again and they tell me "All you're missing is lettuce, tomato, and ketchup.." as if I'm wrong for coming back. They end up giving me one slice of tomato and one piece of lettuce inside of a plastic container so I can add it to the sandwich they gave me.. and then tell me "you're welcome" after they hand it to me. This place is just stupid. Great food when it's correct, but that has nothing to do with the people who work here. Wendy's food is great, but this location is the absolute worst. read more

Been here twice. 1st time bad. Decided to try it again and it was bad again! Don't go here. Especially now a days, they don't even use gloves to serve you your food. Beside that. The food is always so cold, the fries are always like couple days old. Wendy's has gone downhill. It was one of my favorite burger joint. Get it together Wendy's. 1/27/2018 went to wendys tonight about 830 pm, i ate inside, i ordered the 4 for 4$. got my food and sat down, lobby was a little messy, tables needed to be wiped, food on the floor. so about my food, nuggets were good, fries were very hot, service was good, very fast..NOW, ABOUT THE BURGER, was a little under cook, wasn't very hot, had no sear, AND...it tasted like an old metal brillow pad, dirty, iron taste, i spit it out, it was the last thing i ate in my order. i did go up to the counter, and tell 1 of the managers, (male) about the lobby, and my food, he got someone to clean the lobby, and he offered me another burger. i said no, pulled out some money and said"ide like a large frosty" he compted me the frosty, for my inconvenience.then i get to my car and spill a full dr. pepper on my floorboard..ugggh !, went in and she gave me a new cup/ refill.. read more

Let me tell you something. This is not only the dirtiest Wendy's but the rudest service. I went through the drive thru and the lady who took my order, as well as the lady who swiped my card - straight up rude. If you're having a bad day don't take it out on me. I love this Wendy's. I got the 4 for $4. Small fires, chicken nuggets, small coke, and bacon cheeseburger jr. Yum!!!!

We usually do not eat a chains but we had an hour to kill before the amusement park across the street opened. It is your typical Wendy's offering quick food. I had a chicken sandwich that was tasty with fries. I ended up sharing my meal with two flies that were insistent on joining us for lunch.... Flies aside, it was okay but the restaurant could be a little cleaner... read more

Great for a quick bite to eat but sometimes you don't always get what you ordered. Make sure you check your bag before you leave because you will hate the surprise of not getting an order. They do offer you a free meal which is great, but who has the time after you have already taken a lunch break to go back and get a missing meal. read more

Love Wendy's.... I hate this Wendy's. Order is right less often than not and the people are rude. Usually takes about 10 minutes for me to get the wrong order then another few minutes to get the right order. They aren't any more polite after screwing up your order either. read more

Had to pay for sour cream well extra sour cream repeatedly said i wanted extra and got home to low and behold one each. I might as well threw my food away because it was like eating sand it was so dry. I really dint mind paying for the food i like but id appreciate if it was in the bag when i got home! We don't typically review fast food joints, but the staff at this location gets 5 stars from us tonite. We stopped by this Wendy's because the one closest to our house was temporarily "out" of baked potatoes. Since we were Jonesin for a potato, we decided to drive a little further down route 25 to this location. Unbeknownst to us, we had forgotten our wallets, as we had just come in from doing yard work, and had emptied our pockets before doing so. This was not realized until we ordered and were sandwiched between cars in the drive-thru. When we reached the pickup window, we let the cashier know that we didn't have the cash, but if they would accept Applepay, we could perhaps pay with our phones. Unfortunately, they did not, so we proceeded to drive away, after apologizing profusely for forgetting the funds. As we looped around the parking lot, we noticed that one of the employees from the drive-thru had bagged our order anyway and walked it out to us as we were about to turn back home onto route 25. He gave us our potatoes in spite of our carelessness. Very nice gesture, and staff! read more
