The food here is absolutely disgusting. My order consisted of chicken nuggets, a junior bacon cheeseburger and fries. The fries and nuggets tasted like they were fried in stale cooking oil. The burger patty looked like it had been cooked earlier and microwaved. The only thing positive I can say about this meal is the bun was fresh. It's been an hour since I ate and I feel absolutely awful. I will never eat here again. read more

The food here is diabolical, for one, I had to wait about 5 minutes for some of the worst nuggets I've ever had, and I'm pretty sure one of the workers there never showers he just looks dirty and I think I've seen him homeless outside the mall a few times this place needs to be shut down before it starts some sort of virus that gets spread around town. read more

Been a fan of Wendy's since 1979 when my frIend Lowell introduced me to the new the chain out in Omaha. First meal was a triple with fries. That was my last triple but far from my last meal. My favorites are a bacon and cheese baked potato with chili in the side. Love adding the hot sauce. Gives the chili just the right amount of kick for me. This place is busiest in the evenings during mall hours. They were so backed up one time that they quit taking orders inside. That was an exception to the typical great service. The new self serve fountain machine takes cartridges that look like they are better suited for an ink jet printer. Due to the small size the staff needs to replace the cartridges more frequently. What you get in return is a huge amount of options and big flavor. There are at least six ways to enjoy your coke. Select your main soda flavor and six more flavorings poo up. All the options can make the line slow down. Be patient you'll get your turn. read more

I drove thru wendys, And the GIRL was named WENDY! And I order spicy chicken sandwich and ketchup. So then I asked "can I please have one ketchup" and they said "you don't deserve ketchup" and then they said pull up to the other window number 2 and at that point I was mad. so I pulled up to window number 2 and you won't believe what happened next! I'm sitting here right now having just ordered a "for here" order 6:45 PM on a Tuesday. The cashier order taker disappeared for several minutes giving me Tim to Look down at the floor at the entryway past the counter - it was loaded with paper litter. Placed my order went to sit in the dining room to await it. Noted that the waste cans were absolutely overflowing !!! Stacks of used trays over the trash can bins. A large of paper straw covers at the drink station. Ahh my order is ready! He bagged it to go. No biggie just more paper that won't fit into the overstuffed trash cans. On August 17th, after my grandson's football game, we stopped for supper. We waited in line for about 15 mins to get up to the counter to order. We were finally next in line to order when the employee behind the counter informed all of us in line he wasn't taking any more orders, they were to far behind. We stood there for a couple minutes dumbfounded that the employee refused to take any more orders. So food for thought (since we didn't get any other food there) if Wendy's is busy you may want to go to Burger King like we did. read more

Staying clear of the drive thru for awhile. Can't seem to get an order right. Also can't keep the mayo off the sandwiches when requested. Come across some terrible attitudes. Got old and cold fries on my last trip through. Too many options to put up with that. read more

Extremely slow service and poor management. I waited in line for about 15 minutes and then had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes to get my "fast food". A very apparent thing with at least partially causing the problem was the management. The manager would yell from the friers to the single cashier about how he should STOP taking orders and help other places also while over 10 people where in line someone was allowed to take their break! So today I went to this Wendy's and sure the place has been cleaned up and renovated but the service is terrible. Our host, Micheal, was her name had blue and red hair and was the rudest worker there. She stood doing nothing for a good solid ten to fifteen minutes just looking at us, as she was the cashier; but not at all a very good one. She was so rude and didn't even smile or show any emotion, it is so sad to see this is what we have to put up with now a days. In conclusion she was a terrible worker I am never coming here again until they hire better service because this is a disgrace that our society has to take this rudeness. read more

What a disgusting establishment and an even more disgusting group of employees!!! I would be embarrassed to be associated with this location and the trash they have working there. Wendy's, as a company, should be embarrassed to have these people representing them! I know from first hand experience that people are more likely to write reviews when they've had a bad experience than a good one, so understand that I try to give praise to businesses when they have people who represent their companies and themselves in amazing ways.... This is not a place or group of people that has done that!!! I had to take my food back in, after going through the drive - thru, because I didn't feel comfortable eating something that was handed to me by a very large, greasy, sweaty man who had on on a shirt two sizes to small to cover his hairy gut, a backwards, upside down and crooked visor and had what looked like mayonnaise dripping from his mouth and chin. He had a mouth full of fries which i only noticed after he wiped his snotty nose on his arm.it was absolutely grotesque! I took our food up to the counter and told the girl that I would please just like a refund, no new food and asked who the manager was. She said the manager wasnt there this evening. She said she would have to go get the acting manager to do the transaction. (She was very nice). A guy , who I believe was named joe, came around and very rudely said "yeah" I told him about the employee at the window (in great detail, so he could understand my reasoning) and that I'd just like a refund to my card. His response... " so what's wrong with your food?" I asked him " you don't see a problem with me not wanting to feed my family food that was served by that man?" As I pointed to the employee who was standing by the service window, I kid you not, 5 feet away watching us and scratching his crotch! Joe rolled his eyes and just walked away with my card to the back. I apologized to the young lady at the counter and told her "I'm sorry to cause any issue but this is not ok". As i waited and looked around there were fries, lettuce, some sort of grey slime and grease all over the floor where they were preparing food! Joe came back about a minute later and kind of threw my card and receipt onto the counter in front of me and said " you're going to need to sign that" I signed, said thank you and walked out. I suggest the owner step back, take a look at this location and reevaluate. I wouldn't want joe or captain sweaty crotch representing my business. I will never recommend this location to anyone and will make sure that anyone who suggests going there that it will be a big mistake. me and my friends went there after a choir concert, and it was horrible! the place was dirty and smelled bad, and all of our orders were messed up. two of my friends got cookie sundae's, and the cookies almost seemed green. one of my friends got a peach lemonade, and it was extremely syrupy and we had to water it down. me and two of my other friends got frosties and fries, and all of us got a size smaller than we asked for, but got charged for our original size. finally, one of my friends ordered a hamburger and received a chicken sandwich. i don't know how it's possible to mess up this much, and i'm extremely disappointed. read more
