There appeared to be delays in service, and some interactions conveyed a less than welcoming attitude. However, I would like to specifically commend one male employee, who handled our order with exceptional professionalism and a positive attitude. He efficiently prepared all four of our burritos and provided a commendable level of customer service, despite what seemed to be a challenging operational environment. His dedication truly stood out.
