No signs telling people lobby closes at 2, had call store find out when people where still inside and doors where locked , RIDICULOUS PUT SIGN ON DOOR !!! Ok so I'm traveling to NJ and so I'm just passing thru, decided to have lunch go to Wendy's for my favorite salad apple pecan. Take my daughter across the street to Walmart going to eat while she's in store only to find out they forgot my chicken. I go back the lady wants to know how long ago a bought salad, he'll you looking at the receipt! Then she ask to see the salad and she and another woman proceeds to look to make sure I had not eaten the chicken are you SERIOUS!!! The young man at the drive through was very nice... I purchase food for 4 if I was going to lie it would have been that 4.99 chicken sandwich I bought my daughter, geez carry on I feel better now that I vented. read more

Pulled into the drive through, waited 15 minuets, there were 6 cars. The line was not moving. Decided to just go in and order. The place was filthy. Order counter had no one there, just two guys at the grill. No one came to the register. No one greeted. Then, one of the employees by the grill threw food across the back space, hitting a window. The poor service with extremely dirty dining room needed major help. We were here for 3 hrs. With no. One even made the attempt to clean the dining room. They had 4 employees in the back standing around which very easily could have come out to clean the tables. I had to clean my table for my family. ( ketchup, mustard, & crumbs ) I also offered to clean another family's table for them bc food they had children. The manager didnt seem to care the dining room was so disgusting & said they would eventually the time to clean the tables. Now for the floors, she made the comment that that won't be touched til closing time. I love Wendy's but do NOT recommend this 1 at all. The employees need to realize the customers are their pay check. The more you have the they could make. read more

Wrong choice. As best as I can gather, it is management failure -- as much of what I'm about to comment happened within the view of the manager. The restroom was dirty. The employees are part of the fraternity that spreads out on the only two outside tables with umbrellas to smoke by the door or shoot the breeze socially with the manager. In line with the condition of the bathroom, my reaction to the food, which ironically sent me to the aforementioned facility immediately suggests a questionable hygiene of the food. Notwithstanding,this may be par for the course for the area. A conversation with a patron and a scan of the star ratings confirms that. read more

Sat in drive through line for over 10 minutes and 2 Wendy's employees saw me sitting there and DID NOT have the common courtesy to tell us the car in front of us was the last car they were serving. Anyways we had a good meal from Burger King which is just past Wendy's so skip Wendy's and hit up Burger King. read more

So glad there is a Burger King, McDonalds, Hardees, Papa Johns, Subway etc, Last two times we have used the drive thru and the person working the window should not be dealing with the public. She acts like you are bothering here by eating there and has a bad attitude. Has not even so much as said thank you just gives you an attitude. My baked potato was over cooked, chili was decent. Wendys try at Breakfast was a flop for me this morning. I waited 18 minutes in the drive thru for my breakfast. I could only guess what I was ordering because the new Breakfast menu had several sections with the lights out. What I got was a ok bacon and egg sandwich on a cheap small hamburger bun. Certainly not almost $4 worth! I would have thought Wendys and their staff would have been all out to impress regular lunch customers like me. I didn't even get a napkin or a thank you let alone a smile from the cashier. If Wendys cant do better than this they need to go back to not serving breakfast. I'm disappointed, I wont be back and I will tell everyone to save you money and go to Mcdonalds or Hardees! read more

This Wendy's is trash! My family & I got 3 meals and we waited 45 minutes... we were on our way back from the beach and decided to stop into the Wendy's for something quick to eat. Last time I will ever eat at any Wendy's while traveling. I know that isn't fair to other Wendy's but it was ridiculous on how long we had to wait in line to get our food. One person was taking AND filling the orders. And they weren't getting any kind of a rush. There were 4 people in front of us when we came in. One person gave up and left. We still stood in line about 15 minutes to get our order placed. When we left, there were about 10 people in the line. Also, therewere so many cars in the drive through that we couldn't even back out of our parking place. One car left and instead of letting us back out, the next car pulled up and blocked us in again. I know that wasn't the fault of the restaurant that they have inconsiderate customers but the cars shouldn't have been backed up that far. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. My Dave's single with everything had hardly anything on it! barely any onion, lettuce, or tomato. Plus it was cold. Disappointed...

Although there were several tables open, they were all dirty. The restroom were fairly clean. The food was hot, but the fries were pretty limp. Our order was delivered minus a meal and that took awhile to fix, although staff was very pleasant. They were also out of honey mustard sauce for the chicken nuggets. I've been to worse f foos restaurants, but this Wendy's is not well run. read more

Just had an incredible spicy chicken sandwich. It had 2 large slices of tomato. That covered the whole sandwich. A thick juicy chicken patty. Overall a great sandwich. Most fast food places you get a thin dry over cooked piece of chicken with one tiny little tomato slice. read more

Terrible service. The past few times we've been it's been awful. Today I got home and realized they forgot to give us the baked potatoes we ordered. Once my son ordered the 4 for 4 deal and instead of giving him chicken nuggets they just took chicken tenders and tore them in half and gave them to him instead. Instead of making fresh tea for my husband they decided to give him what was left at the bottom of the machine and it didn't even fill his cup up all the way. We will NEVER eat here again. The service was slow, and the restaurant and the bathrooms were dirty and not stocked fully. The toilet seats appeared to be permanently stained and chipped. The food was good, but I worried about the cleanliness of the kitchen staff and handling of food since the place was so dirty. I did enjoy the Christian music that was playing. The food we ordered was good; however the service at this restaurant was painfully slow. Once the order was placed and paid for, the food was not ready for another 20-25 minutes. All of the garbage cans were overflowing with trash. Since the garbage cans were full customers were forced to leave trays with garbage on the tables in the dining area. Also the women's bathroom needed servicing because at least one of the stalls had no toilet paper. My family and I travel a lot and we will mark this down as one Wendy's that we will NEVER stop at again. read more

The last two times we went to the Wendy's in Dublin, Virginia were horrible. We went in after a school function with our grandchildren and the drive-through was backed up around the building. Seeing the long line we decided to go inside. That was a huge mistake. People were standing in line all of the way out the door. There was standing water in the cooking and serving, people were standing around with the exception of one young lady and she was the only one that was trying to serve the customers. The other staff was either standing at the door smoking or standing the grill area goofing off and one of the boys was standing at the grill running his hands through his hair and not one time did any one wash their hands. Totally nasty!!! A large number of people got fed up and walked out the door and went across the road to another fast food eatery. The last time we went, which was yesterday (05/22/19), the man that waited on us was nasty and dirty and every tooth in his mouth was rotten. If he's too sorry to brush his teeth he sure won't take the time to wash his hands before handling food. It took three tries for our drink order to be right and then they filled the cups so full that soda spilled all over the top. When I asked for them to please wipe the soda off of the cups I got a dirty look and he muttered something at us. The soda got all over my car. I am finished with Wendy's in Dublin, Virginia. We have a very large family and we may not count but people are getting disgusted with the low caliber food and service. Someone needs to wake up at Wendy's Corporate office and get this mess straightened out! read more
