The customer service as well as the accuracy of orders could use great improvement. I ordered the simplest things from the menu yet, I was given EVERYTHING I did not ask for. I had to return to get my items corrected and then to top it off several of the crew members were unhelpful. There was no effort put forth to assist me but by one crew member. In addition to ALL of these mistakes, my order was a mobile order that I had to wait at least 10-15 minutes for. I've worked in the fast food industry and the service that was provided today was below mediocre. Let's step up the game guys! read more

Went to Wendy to buy my kids and I some food. Once we got home and started eating my husband noticed mold on the bottom of my daughters burger bun. My husband ate a similar burger that my daughter had and he finished his food. No telling if his had mold, he said now he has to wait and see if he gets sick. We called and went back, and after providing the burger. They seemed to all take it as a joke. They contacted the main manager and was told they will only re fund us the burger with mold. Bad business. Knowing you might have someone get sick. But it was all chuckles once we told them. They told us to get a refund on our whole order we had to take back all the food we ordered. read more

I have problems every time I go here, I ordered three different sandwiches, they repeated the order back and my receipt matches what I asked for but when I get back home... they gave me three of the same sandwich. What's the point of placing an order if you are just going to give me whatever. Also if no one is in line behind you they will ask you to reverse so you don't see them f*** your order up. With this location barley having any customers you would think the service is 5 stars, must be a lazy staff with an even lazier manager. read more

They need to do a better job with this mobile orders!!!! when I arrived at the drive thru there was a long line and we had to wait for about 5-10 minutes to arrive to the speaker to let them know i was here for mobile order. Once I finally arrived to the window where they give out the food and drinks, the lady told me to pull up and that they will bring it out to me. I pulled forward and it was 10:49 pm. I noticed that the other vehicles behind me were getting their food and drinks and leaving. After 10 mins of still waiting for our food to come to us, I called them by phone and luckily for me they picked up, not sure who I spoke to, but I told them that I have been waiting for 10+ minutes for my mobile order and that the other vehicles behind me were long gone. It took them another 2 or so minutes to bring me my food. The fries were horrible and had a burned taste to them and you can tell that they were not fresh at all (so much for the crispy and fresh guarantee). I did take survey and have not yet received a response back from no one. read more

idk if this is the one right by six flags but if it was it was sketch af. periodt. like the wworkers were chill and cool and great n stuff but the areas atmosphere most def didnt pass the vibe check. oh and the burgers are kinda gross but the fries weere yummy. so i recommend the kfc next to it read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would we went yesterday and I waited over 30 mins for my mobile order and I blame management because the poor lady was under staffed and also our food wasn't cooked all the way out burgers were still pink and the chili was not cooked fries were as hard as a rock not to mention we are all sick today vomiting and diarrhea do better read more

As a chef I was very disappointed because I love their Asian cashew chicken salad. But as soon as I got home and opened my salad the chicken was completely raw in the middle. Pretty sure they should not have a cook who doesn't know the right cooking temperature for chicken. read more
