Slow slow slow... waited over 20 minutes for my food and it was an online order and wasnt anyone in line

Extremely Unsatisfied with Service I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I received during my visit last night. I ordered two fries and three drinks and was told the wait time would only be about three minutes. I agreed to wait, but ended up waiting over 20 minutes. At that point, I decided it would be best to ask for a refund, assuming my order would still not be ready--and I was correct. When I approached the window and informed the employee that I wanted a refund, he said "OK" and went to the back. I assume he went to speak with a manager because when he returned, he asked me to hand him the drinks--drinks that I never received. I explained that I had been waiting 20 minutes and never got my drinks. Only then did he say, "Oh, I'm sorry," and issue the refund. My concern is what was going to happen with those drinks--were they planning to resell them? In addition, the way the employee asked for them came across as very rude and dismissive. Honestly, this kind of behavior usually stems from poor leadership. If the manager is not setting a good example, it affects the whole team. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures better service and professionalism in the future. read more

The lady with the glasses is making burgers with no gloves. She came from the back and went straight to the grill and grabbed a pretzel bun.

I have no idea why the reviews are so poor! We've been here a lot and the burgers are fresh food is yummy and the frosty too. I've only come once and they didn't have chocolate frosty. Today, when we needed our burger plain and dry- but we hadn't specified that- they replaced it- with no complaints and with a positive attitude! We will be back! read more

Placed a mobile order. Drove there, lobby was locked. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Couldn't go inside because it was locked at 4:00pm. Older Hispanic lady and younger new guy were working, they most incompetent and honestly just dumb workers I've seen. Forgot my drink, forogt my straws, forgot my fries, had an attitude after asking for things that it's there job to provide. 02/24 workers need to be fired, I'd hate to see them represent a business I own like that. read more

Customer service is honestly terrible , asked for extra sauce to go with my 10pc nugget meal and the lady at the window caught an attitude and even started mouthing off. I couldn't even eat my food because the food wasn't fresh , my fries tasted weird, my nuggets were cold and my burger had a lot of mayo on it. This is by far the worst Wendy's to go to. They truly suck and whoever is manager over this place needs to clean house or give their employees some sort of customer service training. So we went to Wendy's today and I have come up with the conclusion that the employees there are incompetent. I ordered a salad & the girl took a really long pause & said "what else?" & we ordered a drink and she took another long pause & said "what else?" & we tried to order some cookies but they said they were out so we told the girl that'll be it & she gave us our total. When we came up to the window they did not repeat our order back to us and just charged the card when they gave us the receipt the order was completely wrong & they gave us the food. Some how they didn't even give us what was on the receipt when we told her that's not what we ordered she got really annoyed and asked us what we ordered she said she was only going to charge the difference and we said ok. SLOWEST Wendy's ever! I literally have spent approximately 10 minutes in the drive-thru. Took my son to the doctor and promised a Frosty...if it wasn't for my promise, I would be gone. This Wendy's is the closest fast food restaurant to my house, but after the many bad experiences there, including today, I have decided I cannot go back. I love Wendy's, but the poor and extremely slow service at this location is the reason I will not be going back. Waiting in the drive-thru for 20-30 minutes behind 3 cars amazes me. When I got to the window and was told today that they still needed 3 more minutes to "fry" the grilled chicken on my salad - after waiting in line 15 minutes - I just asked for my money back. I drove to Chick-Fil-A that had over 3 times the amount of cars in their drive-thru and got through the line in 5 minutes. I don't honestly know how this Wendy's even stays in business. It has to be one of the poorest ran sites I have ever visited. Please don't waste your time sitting in the drive-thru. 1/20/20 - I just tried going to this Wendy's again but the drive thru was so slow, I just gave up and went to Whataburger which is further from my house, but it was super fast and they had more people in line than at Wendy's and they also had great customer service. I actually like Wendy's but it's so hard to find a good one and this is definitely one of the worst. It's a shame. read more

We spend a lot of money at Wendy's and I've been to a lot of locations. My daughter used to work at a Wendy's. Tell me why when we ordered our meals this time, the lady asked us if we wanted them medium and we said yes because we were sharing our fries and frosty's. When we handed our money the man handed us 2 small looking frosty's. We instantly, without being rude asked if these were mediums and he snapped No then shut the glass window and walked away. When he returned with our card, and receipt I looked at the receipt as we also asked why we got Smalls when we asked for mediums. He completely ignored our question and shut the window on us again. The receipt said smalls. When he came to hand us our bags of food we told him that we ordered mediums. He just blank stared us and shrugged his shoulders. We got irritated and said we don't mind paying for it but we needed what we ordered. He walked away again and consulted another employee which looked irritated as well. Then opened the window again and he told us, "Too bad. We can't just ring up the upgrade to the size. We charged you for small." That's awesome customer service right??? Um no. We sat there and told him that that wasn't acceptable and he shut the window, proceeded to make us medium frosties and rudely handed them to us saying "Medium". By this time we didn't feel like dealing with them and left to Mc Donald's where they smiled as they handed us the proper size fries that we ordered. This Wendy's has no respect for their customers and acts like they hate their job. If you hate it that much, find a better one. I won't be going there ever again. read more

I had the worst experience at this establishment. They RUINED my entire order. For starters I'd like to say I have a regular routine of ordering a Jr cheeseburger with mayo, pickles, and ketchup. Along with a good ol fashioned baconator fry. Paired along with a large coke. So I pull up and order my usual as listed above. Once retrieving my food from the drive thru I drove off. I noticed they gave me two cheeseburgers and some bootleg version of the "baconator fries" with ALL CHEESE and only two pieces of bacon. EXCUSE ME??????????? HUHHHHH???? WHAT????????? I am honestly appalled. I had two other friends in the car that had a separate order with me. As we checked their food we realized they forgot one of our drinks. Sigh, such a basic move for a fast food restaurant. Get help Wendy's. I also asked for every sauce EXCEPT BBQ SAUCE AND U WANNA KNOW WHAT THEY GAVE ME? NO SAUCE AND ONLY TWO BBQ SAUCES.
