I live about 40 miles away from Crestview but pass through to hit the interstate on occasion when I'm going that way. Today I was passing through on my way back home when I decided to stop in at this McDonald's (mainly because) it was the last fast food place I knew of before getting out of the city limits. I went inside to order because I hate drive thru's. I ordered the special two fish fillet sandwiches for $6 along with a Qtr Pounder meal and couple other things for a family member. The Young man taking my order was very polite and didn't mind at all that I had a few special requests in preparing my food. My order only took about three minutes or so and I was out the door and back on my way home. The real reason I took the time to come back and leave a comment was that this food was cooked unbelievably well. You would have to go all the way back to the mid 80's when McDonald's food was real and not this condensed cooperate version that it's become to be today in order to get food that good. Great job McDonald's Staff , keep up the great work! I will definitely stop in again next time I'm passing through. .

They're constantly getting orders wrong or giving you food that is cold. I've tried switching it up and going in store to see if that helps but the waits are even longer and trying to get somebody to take your order at the counter is near impossible when they're focusing on grabbing drinks for DoorDash or other third-party orders I do not recommend!

Every time I get the crispy chicken biscuit from this specific location, it's always a 10/10! The chicken is crispy, the biscuit is flaky and buttery. And when I add honey - lord help me the breakfast sandwich is complete. Love the breakfast at this location!
