This is for my BIG BACK folks,because I have no business eating like this. The Baconator double with fresh fries out of the grease is EXCELLENT at the commerce Wendy's location. Everything was fresh,hot and delicious. I'd recommend adding heavy lettuce,tomato and onions. I thoroughly enjoyed this BIG BACK lunch with zero guilt. Honestly, Wendy's is not my first place I'd go to treat myself to fast food. I have not been to a Wendy's for over a decade and never took the kids here. I came here to buy a treat for a friend. There weren't any other customers inside the restaurant. A man who seemed like the manager was standing around. I imagine he was trying to be friendly and engage me, but basically made fun of what I was wearing and mocked my outfit. Personally, I am not too insecure about what I was wearing, this is more of a story to share, but do you poke fun at all of your customers? Why would I want to come back? It seems kind of rude and mean. I purchased a large frosty for my friend. Seeing that I have not had Wendy's since I was a kid, I do not know what the different sizes look like here. It seemed awfully small for a large and it was not even filled to the top. It was not horribly expensive, but it looked more like a medium in comparison to other fast food places. I am not sure if there had been an extra large option I could have purchased. While this place is in a convenient location, not sure I am returning to this Wendy's. read more

We had visited on the 20 of February we ordered a number 8 chicken sandwich, and I specifically asked her to give me a fresh hot piece of chicken and I will wait for it to be cooked when I got home it was an old hard, reheated piece of chicken I took one bite and it was hard as a rubber very disappointed 30 minute 30 minutes before that my wife had my grandson and took him to get a baconater with fries and lemonade When we got it, he came home and he had literally taken off the patty from the burger and put it in the fridge. it was hard as rock and freezing cold poorly made. He was only able to eat the bacon. then I called this. I called the store at 12 minutes before midnight. and the lady apologized. saying that they would re-cook the meal. I don't want a meal I am interested in nothing but my money back. never when we return here again we live right on the corner. We go there all the time. We are so disappointed we will never come back ever again. read more

I can definitely see why this place has terrible ratings. I have visited 3 times recently and they have forgotten something from my order. Today I paid better attention to the screen to make sure they caught everything. I paid for my meal and received a 1/4 of what I ordered. Unfortunately with a cranky kid in the backseat, I didn't have time to check the bags before I pulled away. I ordered a kids meal (which thankfully I received), 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers (didn't get those), a spicy chicken sandwich (I got a regular chicken sandwich), a big bacon classic meal (got the fries and drink, not the burger). Needless to say, I won't be visiting this location ever again and I will be calling cooperate to get my money back when they open on Monday. read more

Had a hankering for a fast food chicken sandwich and fries yesterday so I went to the nearby Wendy's where I had a coupon for BOGO free. What a nasty sandwich... The lettuce was so wilted it was almost liquid. The chicken had no breading or coating on it... and seemed old and reheated and it wasn't hot... the tomato was slimy and the so-called honey mustard was on less than half of the sandwich. The French fries sucked... not uniform in size... some skinny and small... and not hot and crispy... like old nuked fries. I thought the food was great. BUT, the card machine was not working once again so that is very inconvenient for most customers since we all pay in cards now. plus we had a larger order and we had a man that was taking our order through the drive through and was super nice, but then a woman came on the speaker and was being very snotty and bratty and not good customer service. i understand this is a fast food restaurant. but you can be kind and not disrespectful when we are the paying for their paychecks. read more

This place is horrible. Dave would be disgusted at what he would find. Bathroom: No soap, no paper towels. "All employees must was hands before returning to work." How? Burger: cold WAY OVER SALTED SO AS TO BE INEDIBLE. Response from manager after a 5 minute wait for him to show up: Sorry. New cook. No redo. No refund. Fries: Burned, cold and bitter. No ketchup in dispensers. This place should be shut down by the Oakland County Health Division but they are so understaffed that they will never see the place. Will not return. read more

We've been going to this Wendy's for 2 years. Until recently, they had super-friendly employees that knew us by name, but they seem to have had a lot of turnover recently. Nonetheless, the food and service is still good! Also, this place is cleaner than most Wendy's! Note that this shares a building with the BP/USA2GO gas station store, but it's still a full-blown Wendy's! Also, it's east of M-5, not West like the map shows. read more

Went in yesterday for a quick bite. Was promptly greeted by Gage, a cashier who was happy to help. Food was great too.

Such a shame, this place was a convenient place for us to grab a quick bite and we've been going there almost every Monday for the last year. They used to have a staff of really customer oriented, friendly people but we have been going there less and less since the staff seems to have been completely replaced with very unfriendly and slow servers. Recently, we were in there for a quick dinner with our kids. It took more than 10 minutes to even have my order taken even though there were at least 5 people working the counter and only one other person in the restaurant. Then the food took 15 minutes to fully come out with my having to monitor and remind them what else was on my order. Then there was no ice in their fancy new soda machine. The person who I presume was the manager yelled at the staff in front of me for packing my "here" order "to go". This manager created a fair amount of drama in that restaurant which seemed to draw all the staff up to the counter to watch (which probably explains why it takes so long to get your food). We walked out that day without getting to eat one of the items we'd ordered and made sure the manager knew we wouldn't be back. Guess the Jimmy John's next door will be our new go to for quick Monday night dinners. I hope the owner of this franchise reads these reviews, because that team he has in there working today is going to tank his/her business. read more

Extremely disappointed.. Ordered a burger, grilled chicken sandwich medium and large fries and 2 drinks. When I pulled up to the drive thru I could here one of the insiders screaming she dropped the chicken.. They asked me to pull forward and it would be a moment.. Which I would have been OK with hadn't it been 20 minutes later.. One of the employees brought my food out to me and was nice enough to bring me some ranch.. As I drove off I realized they forgot my drinks so I turned around (I should have noticed but after 20 minutes I just wanted to go home) when I returned they gave me my drinks.. As I got home and opened my bag. I found that I got no burger, no grilled chicken sandwich and no medium fries. Instead I received 2 poorly made fried chicken sandwicha chilli and a half empty fry.
