Last time I went to this location was about 4 months ago...I placed my order on the app and did Apple Pay, got to the window and they charged me again for my order, I explained and showed them my order and that it was paid but...all he said was " that says your order was placed 45 minutes ago... and I said yes I've been waiting in line that long so I had to double pay for their last meal ... so called the number on the receipt and a manager emailed me back and offered to send me a gift certificate, when I said thanks great and I'll try a different location... well no gift certificate to this day!! They need to close that place and they seemed to have had 10 people working that night... must've been only one guy running the whole show. read more

If you're looking for fast food, forget the McDonalds next door and go to KFC instead. We were greeted at the door with a friendly employee at the register. He was very proper and treated us so well as he took our order. Our food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. The team seemed to work well together. The same gentleman that took our order worked hard at keeping busy while we were there - cleaning tables, helping other employees, prepping, and taking orders at the drive through. The atmosphere and restaurant were friendly, clean, and welcoming. My only complaint was that the tables could have been a bit cleaner. For a family just passing through, this was a great stop for me, my two children, and parents. read more

This location (Clark Lane, Columbia Missouri) is the slowest Wendy's I have ever been to. Those of us in the drive through tonight, waited at least 20 min to receive our order. I don't understand why customer service is so terrible. This is November 4th, 2022. If employees can't get it together, and do their jobs properly, it's time for new employees that don't mind working for their paycheck. Poor management is another real issue. Managers need to manage! Mismanagement will cause a severe decrease in sales. Get it together Wendy's! read more

This is the dirtiest Wendy's I have ever been in, employees had no clue what was going on, and horrible service. Sticky pop all over the counter they set my bags in and then I have to put them in my truck. Nothing was stocked they had to go to the back to get dressing then went to the back again to get pecans for the salads. Floors were filthy, tile and carpet and all appliances behind the counter were dirty. Wendy's are usually very clean, not this one very poor management. read more

Went to the Clark lane location and honestly the service was slow. Had 1 woman just standing there and 1 man complaining and having his kids call him so he can go home. He said everyone else does it. Won't be going back to that location anytime soon. read more

I know...Wendy's is common, and well...I ate there. I love to drive, and usually go straight through on long trips, like a marathon, only stopping to get gas or pee. But I got hungry today, and needed to eat. I knew Columbia, Missouri would be a safe place to stop. (Female, traveling the complete I-70 alone). This Wendy's is located the same exit to go to MU, but turn opposite, in a cluster eff of truck stops, and chain places. Wow, I didn't realize a Wendy's could be so positive minded. "Hi, Welcome to Wendys!" and the cook who had just clocked on (I saw him), told the cashier, "Today is a think positive day, it's going to be great." And I ordered, felt positive, and good. I sat down, and had a look around. It's lay out is bright, and I like the frosted blocks of glass, separating the sections. I didn't see any regular tea, and I don't drink (at that point, I needed to caffeinated up, and didn't care, selected Coke instead.) I did need to use the bathroom, and it was so so. Apparently someone tracked toilet paper on their shoe. But all of that withstanding. I was impressed with the staff. They even knew customers, and what the customers wanted. The food wasn't super spectacular, I mean, I don't get the sea salted fries...why? It's really not that healthier, but the attitude of the staff, that's why this review was written. Decided to hit this place up on our long drive home. Ordered large chili and apple pecan salad. Didn't receive the dressing for salad so that was a bummer and the chili was watered down and flavorless. Was quite disappointed. read more

I literally hate to come to Clark Lane Wendy's in Columbia, Mo. The African American staff are rude as f and always on their phones. They are not helpful or easy to get uber orders out of! They only do three uber orders at a time and uber order drivers are expacyed to wait as of they are ordering for themselves! JUST DON'T GO!!!! read more

From the map its actually on the south east corner of 63 and clark. It only has one entrance from Clark St going Eastbound. Tried to get there from QuikTrip across the street was a major pain. Wendy's is good when compared to the other major chains. Had a Chili and a Monterrey Ranch Chicken Sandwich off the $1 menu. It's a pretty good sandwich for a dollar. Much better then the Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe I also had. Like the for a Dollar you can get a burger with lettuce and tomato. Good place to go on the cheap. read more

Wendy's has the original spicy chicken sandwich. comes with lettuce tomato and mayo. and now it is buy 2 for $5. took 4 min to get thru drive thru. Chik a fil on the other hand has about the same sandwich except no mayo and add a pickle slice. but their sandwich costs $3.79 it took 45 min to get thru their drive thru. you decide. read more

This Wendy's is constantly understaffed. It's past lunch time and there's a line out the door with only one register open. That person has to also run expo and fries as well as take orders. It's ridiculous. Hire more people. read more

Staff takes forever to even take my order, then proceeds to mess up reading back my order then the lady who takes orders for the drive through on Friday December 13th at 5:45pm catches and attitude when reading my order back and then they take 10 minutes to even give me my drinks and then another 15 to give me my 2 4 for 4's. me and my daughter went and did the drive thru thing for us and a couple more at home that were hungry. we ordered no problem and went to second window and we got food resonably fast but they shorted us a drink and even after showing my recipe that proved my order the manager or asst manager continued to argue and close the window as i was explaining what we paid for and missing. she went to great lengths to try and prove me wrong and eventually gave us the drink and frosty we were missing. i know not a big deal but prople in the food service industry are underpaid but they choose to do that so my thoughts are they need to be efficient at what they do. read more

Wendy's has an alright location getting in but leaving you are basically on a one way street going east and have to go further down the road to make a u-turn or if you are traveling west you have to make several turns to get in to the location. The food has always been good. Our main purpose for going to Wendy's is to order the chicken nuggets for the kids as they taste better than other fast food restaurants.
