Didn't think to much about it accidents happen. Went back to Arby's on the 3/17/26 order Id AADQ8NJ2ACBT. And the same damn thing happen again. Do you now have to ask for the Au jus separately? Does Arby's still have Au jus? It kind of ruins the sandwich without the dipping Au jus. The same damn thing happen at the Fremont, Ohio Arby's a month ago. I really don't think we will be going back to any Arby's any time soon!

Had to get the cops involved as they refused to give It to me, basically stealing my money. Finally got my money back and we left. Absolutely ridiculous. I've never had this happen before. I've worked in retail and that is not how you act to customers even if you are busy. I'd rather drive to the next city for food than go here again.
