As I tried to reload the app, the two employees laughed at me. They had no idea of my background, but as a disabled Veteran, even going out in public can be difficult. Being mocked while simply trying to order lunch for my family was humiliating and completely unacceptable. When I asked for the franchise owner's contact information so I could address the issue appropriately, the manager loudly refused and walked away laughing with the cashier. This was especially concerning because the owner's information is publicly available. Their reaction showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer‑service training.
