Food was delicious. Staff was super friendly and very outgoing! Will definitely be back here when we are in the area.

Best Mexican place between Fremont and Bellevue, and given the high prices it's worth it to drive to either.

And when the bill came, it reflected the wrong price. When I asked, I was told the bill reflected the price to pay using a credit card. So my cousin ordered meal #40, $15.99 which was on special for $1 off. So the bill should have read $15.99 minus $1 equaling $14.99. But no... it read $17.??And when I approached the cashier, I saw the waitresses rolling their eyes. REALLY? One word Casa Express: ADIOS

Words that come to mind: authentic, delicious, creative…read more Authentic: The food lists Mexican items that are well prepared and flavorful, while paying homage to traditional Mexican cuisine. There were a variety of choices, including vegetarian options. I also appreciated how they organized their menu; it was easy to navigate and not overly complicated like some Mexican restaurant menus can get. Delicious: I didn't regret a single bite. My wet burrito was a medley of traditional Mexican flavors served with a side of perfectly-cooked Mexican rice. I asked to sub fajita veggies for meat and they accommodated with no problem. While most people go crazy for cheese, I gotta admit the red sauce on the burrito was the star in my opinion. My husband got the molcajete and it was bubbling hot with cuts of steak, chicken, and shrimp cooked alongside onions and peppers topped with a mound of cheese. It could easily feed 2 people! Creative: Like any Mexican restaurant, they find creative ways to appeal to gringos. In this case, it's through their drink menu. We had a Black Magic Margarita served with a slice of lime floating atop a scoop of ice, topped with a gummy frog so it looks like a frog on a lily pad. There are some other nods to creativity on their menu like the wet burrito, but they aren't going to sacrifice their authenticity for the masses, which I appreciate. Bottom line: This is great Mexican food that is authentically cooked with a few twists to appeal to American taste buds. My only qualm is the chips aren't homemade, but hey, they're free and that wasn't why I came in the first place. We stopped off on a Sunday afternoon and by 4pm the place was packed, so the secret is out that Casa Express is awesome!

First walking through the doors, immediately you notice that Casa Fiesta is a most appropriate name. Not only were the colors festive and vibrant, the host quickly and wholeheartedly greeted us at the door. We instantly felt at home and welcomed. On my watch it was 1:50 Illinois time but in reality it was 3:00 Ohio time..... The wide variety of lunch specials were spectacular but it appeared we were too late as they ended at 2:00. Our server looked at my watch, said it's not 2:00 yet, go ahead and order what you'd like. Simply amazing! My wife ordered the chicken fajitas, I ordered the beef chimichanga. While waiting for the food to arrive we enjoyed excellent chips and salsa. When the food arrived, the servings were more than generous. Both orders came with salad, Spanish rice and refried beans. The food was excellent. For dessert we enjoyed homemade flan, my wife's favorite. The food and service was amazing! The only disappointment is this restaurant isn't closer to home, if it was we would surely make it a favorite. We would gladly recommend Casa Fiesta and look forward to dining here again in the future.

This place is a hidden gem and let me say, they do not miss with anything they serve. If you're in Fremont, this is a must stop for breakfast or lunch. Full review: alright so I had a lot to say about this place and I know some people just rant to know if its good or not so I made a short review. Anyway the full of it is that a group of us were on tdy for the military and we stayed in Fremont for two weeks. We got insanely lucky to discover this place early because everyone there were amazing and very welcoming. The food was mind boggling because let's be honest, I was not expecting incredible Mexican food in Fremont but we tried it one morning and we became daily customers into we left. The breakfast burrito is not limited by the meart selection like a lot of places. I was able to get Al Pastor in it and if you never had that in your breakfast burrito, get it. Everything is seasoned and cooked to perfection. I just want to end it by saying we had a great time seeing you guys every day and looked forward to seeing everyone. You guys are awesome and hope to see you again if we are ever back in town.

The sauces as I went with the divorced one and I added egg and chorizo (chorizo was amazing) just so good. Cute little place but enough seating for more than 20 people.
