I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at this location on 6/23/2026 during lunchtime. When the Subway app malfunctioned at checkout, I asked if the same coupons sent by email and physical mail could be honored at the register. Instead of receiving help, both the manager and cashier responded dismissively, repeating "We don't do that here" without offering any explanation or alternatives.
As I tried to reload the app, the two employees laughed at me. They had no idea of my background, but as a disabled Veteran, even going out in public can be difficult. Being mocked while simply trying to order lunch for my family was humiliating and completely unacceptable.
When I asked for the franchise owner's contact information so I could address the issue appropriately, the manager loudly refused and walked away laughing with the cashier. This was especially concerning because the owner's information is publicly available. Their reaction showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer‑service training.
No customer should be laughed at, dismissed, or made to feel unwelcome. I left feeling disrespected and treated as though my presence was an inconvenience. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this location and nearby franchise stores, and I will be sharing what happened so others, especially disabled individuals, are aware of how customers are being treated.
The behavior displayed by the manager and cashier falls far below the standards expected of any business representing the Subway brand. read more
